A Tale of Forgotten Gods

In a universe of unrelenting cosmic horror, suffering is not a choice, it is an inescapable law. Across eleven worlds, ancient Gods linger in the shadows. Every year, the cosmic tide pulls seven humans into the horror. For these chosen one, survival is a game of brutal destiny: Some will perish in the dark. Some had to bargain for the terrifying power of an 'Authority.' To rise above mortality means an invitation to corruption.

Mo Fei was pulled into this madness. He died. Then he woke up in a ruthless labyrinth of deception, power, struggles, and cosmic horror. He must ascend. But in these worlds the very power you use was never salvation, it was insanity, the greatest enemy isn't the monsters outside... It is the rot creeping into his own mind.

Knowing that his own fate was to become a forgotten god alongside the sealed ones made his choices falter. But to give up meant becoming rot; ascending through suffering, chaos, and rising above mortality sounded like a responsibility he would not want to choose, and yet he was chosen. How unfair that the God he was trying to find to take the revenge for his sufferings was something he could not have anticipated.
