A Journey That Changed The World. - Chapter 1534 - 1534: Thanks For That, Ari

Archer stared at a smiling Freya as he nodded. ”Okay, I’ll go back to your mothers and let Ashoka finish off this fortress.”
The young woman beamed at his words before suddenly hugging him, replying. ”Thank you, Papa.”
She stepped back as a shimmering blue portal, mirroring the color of her eyes, swirled open. His daughter passed through it, vanishing in an instant, leaving him alone on the windswept cliffside. With a heavy heart, he summoned his wings and flew back to his fortress, where Inara, Ashoka, and Maeve were waiting.
Moments later, Archer took to the skies, his wings beating against the crisp air as he soared back toward the Draconian lines. Below, the disciplined ranks of his kin advanced steadily northward as they worked to rescue the scattered Pluorian survivors.
They guided the weary and wounded through the rugged terrain, escorting them to the safety of fortified camps established far from the battlefield. The distant glow of the encampments flickered like beacons of hope against the darkening horizon.
Just then, Archer spun around as something slammed into his body causing him to crash into the ground like a missile. A dust cloud erupted but he ignored just in time to catch a fist that was aimed at his face.
He spotted a giant human man standing above him that radiated the power of a Pseudo God but the stranger didn’t wait to strike and went to do it again. This time Archer was ready and hit out with his tail.
A thunderous clap echoed through the air as the Alliance powerhouse was hurled backward, crashing into a nearby hill with a tremor that shook the earth. Seizing the moment, Archer surged to his feet, his mana flaring like a wildfire as he propelled himself forward, a blazing comet trailing the enemy.
Without hesitation, Archer lashed out with his razor-sharp claws, aiming for the foe’s ribs. The enemy parried the strike with a strange spell, sparks flying from the clash of power. But his assault was far from over, his violet eyes glinting with anger as he pressed the attack.
Explosions rocked the sky as they went at it. The Pseudo God managed to land a few hits that cracked his scales but he ignored it and bit down on one of the humans arms, his teeth ripped through armor and flesh until it cracked bone.
The enemy screamed in agony but cast one those strange spells that by passed Archer’s shield and slammed into his chest. A boom echoed out causing him to shoot back like a missile.
Archer stopped himself by driving his claws into the ground and stopping himself as his body trembled thanks to the shock. ‘Anti Magic didn’t work!’ he thought.
He shook his head and prepared for another attack but Agrippina appeared and pumped him full of her Elemental Mana. This mended the wounds for now as the Pseudo God reappeared a few meters away.
”Thanks for that Ari,” he thanked the white-haired woman. ”Now let me deal with this idiot so I can get back to the others.”
Agrippina nodded and merged with him thanks to their bond and connection, this boosted his power even greater heights. He felt the newfound strength rush through him as the Pseudo God moved toward him only for his strange magic to falter.
A grin crossed his face as he grabbed the man’s fist and cancelled the spell, shocking the enemy until his jaw dropped open. Without waiting, he crushed the human’s fist in an explosion of blood.
He surged forward like a predator, his powerful jaws snapping shut on the Pseudo God’s shoulder, teeth sinking deep into flesh. His tail lashed out, coiling tightly around the man’s arm, pinning it in place. The enemy tried to dislodge him but it was impossible, desperation flickering in his eyes as he was trapped.
Seizing the moment, Archer tilted his head back, violet embers glowing in the depths of his throat. With a guttural roar, he unleashed a wave of dragon flames, the purple blaze engulfing the Pseudo God. The air shimmered, crackling with the raw power of the inferno, as the man’s form was consumed by the otherworldly fire.
Archer jumped back as the Pseudo Gods blood dripped down his mouth. He shook his head and summoned his wings before taking off for the fortress three of his women were waiting for his return.
After flying for some time, he spotted the Draconian fortress built outside Starfall City. Within minutes, he teleported to the lioness Inara who was watching the surrounding landscape for any threats that lurked nearby.
As Archer materialized behind the older woman, she whirled around with the speed and precision of a cracking whip, her eyes flashing. But the moment her gaze landed on him, her tense expression softened, replaced by a knowing smile that lit up her weathered features.
Without hesitation, she surged forward, her movements fluid and purposeful, closing the distance between them in an instant. Her arms enveloped his broad shoulders in a fierce, warm embrace, pulling him close with a strength that belied her age.
Inara’s lips met his in a bold kiss, a collision of passion as he held the lioness’s slim waist while her tongue invaded his mouth. Following that, the older woman backed off as Maeve, the orange-haird beauty appeared.
With the same excitement and happiness as Inara, she closed the distance between them, mirroring the passion of their earlier encounter. She drew him into a tight cuddle, her lips finding his in a kiss that was both loving and wild, a spark of their history flaring between them.
Not pausing, Archer turned to Ashoka once his kiss with Maeve ended, pulling her into an equally passionate kiss, his arms wrapping around the Tigress with a warmth that spoke of the deep bond they shared. The air thrummed due to the quiet electricity of their reunion, each gesture proof of their love.
Once that was done, he stepped back taking in the trio of women who looked tired thanks to the constant fighting they’d been plunged into all over Pluoria. When Archer saw this he frowned before hugging each one again.
”Sorry for everything but my monsters will clear the rest of the north,” he revealed causing the three to looked relieved.
Archer led them to their personal quatuers, walking through dim corridors that were only lit by mana torches by the people who worked in the fortress. When the group arrived at their living room and locked the door.
He poured them all a drink as screeches echoed throughout the night thanks to the Nightmare Ants and Broodmaw Warriors traveled across the continent, slaughtering any Alliance forces they came across.
Satisfied with the day’s events, he sank into his chair, savoring the fiery kick of Dragon Ale as it warmed his throat. The women spoke among themselves about the battles they were involved in.
He discovered that Maeve had liberated the Southlands by defeating the Alliance armies guarding the region after his fire washed over the land, leaving only a small surviving force in his wake that she mopped up. After overcoming this, she began the work of restoring and healing the land.
Archer was impressed with the news of their conquests as Ashoka took the entire central regions only using four legions which left Inara who held back the tide of the Alliance swarms plaguing the northlands.
When hearing this, he sent his monster army to the far north to overwhelm the remaining defenders who fell within days. After all the fighting ended, Archer sent out his legions to repair roads and build new towns.
Weeks went by so fast that he now found himself relaxing in the palace on Draconia alongside Nyx, Halime, Llyniel and a heavily pregnant Nefertiti who demanded that he take time away from the fighting.
The five of them were relaxing as inside one of the hot houses built in the gardens by Brooke and the others. He loved the place as it was the perfect place to relax during the horrible winter that plagued Thrylos this year.
Archer learned from Aisha that the Imperial Mages predict that the winter will go on for longer than usual. When he learned this, he ordered the entire Draconia Empire to start storing food.
The harem was ]bewildered when learning of his preparations, but Olivia and Agrippina foresaw a rare, monumental storm approaching. They rallied to support the empire, aiding in the management and stabilization of its newly acquired territories.
By the time everything was sorted, a snow storm hit the world and covered everything in white. People were forced inside unless they were strong and could handle the horrible weather.
Archer was standing at the window holding Elise while feeding her from a bottle as Ella had given him some breast milk. He began spending more time with the women and daughters since staying in the palace.
‘Glad I choose to be lazy for a while,’ he mused as the baby pushed the bottle away.
