As A Mafia Boss, I Refuse To Be An Extra - Chapter 203: Elizabeth II

Chapter 203: Elizabeth II
She bent backward casually, the punch passing inches from her nose, her body moving with fluid grace like she’d known exactly where the strike would land.
Damian’s follow-up kick came immediately, targeting her exposed midsection.
Elizabeth twisted, the kick passing harmlessly through empty air.
A spinning backfist. Dodged…
Knee strike. Avoided…
Elbow. Sidestepped…
Damian began moving faster, his Sonic Blink activating, his form blurring as he attacked from multiple angles simultaneously.
But Elizabeth moved through his assault like water flowing around rocks, each dodge effortless, each movement economical and precise.
Not a single strike landed.
’What the…’
Damian’s confusion must have shown on his face because Elizabeth smiled while casually bending away from another punch.
“I also have Aura Magnification at two times, you know. So you don’t have any advantage over me in terms of amplification.”
Her voice was conversational despite the high-speed combat.
“And I’m at A- rank while you’re at C+. It would be a joke if you could easily hit me. Physical stats also scale with rank – mine are significantly higher than yours across the board. Even if you have somehow raised your attributes beyond your rank’s limits.”
She ducked under a spinning kick, her purple hair flowing with the movement.
“Oh, and I have my seer skill as well. I’m predicting your moves before you make them.”
’What the fuck?! Seer skills can be used in combat like that?!’
Damian’s mind raced even as his body continued attacking.
’She’s seeing possible futures, reading which attacks I’ll commit to, and moving preemptively. That’s… that’s basically cheating in a fight.’
To the watching audience, the combat was nearly invisible.
Whoosh Whoosh Whoosh
Students in the stands saw only blurred figures moving too fast to track properly, hearing no sounds of impact because no attacks were actually connecting.
“What’s happening? I can’t see anything!”
“Are they even fighting? Why aren’t there any explosions?”
Professor Nathan Brock took pity on the confused first-years near him.
“Damian is attacking with everything he has – speed, technique and multiple skills combined. But Elizabeth is dodging every single strike using a combination of superior strength and predictive ability.
She hasn’t counterattacked once because she doesn’t need to. She’s completely in control.”
The students absorbed this information with mounting awe and horror.
’The gap between C rank and A rank is that massive? Even when the C rank fighter is Damian Valcor?’
Damian tried a different approach, his telekinesis activating, trying to grab Elizabeth’s limbs and restrict movement.
But she’d already shifted position before his mental grip could establish, her seer ability showing her where the invisible force would manifest.
“Your Aura control must be very high as well.”
Damian’s voice showed genuine respect despite his frustration.
Elizabeth nodded while performing a casual backbend to avoid a punch.
“Indeed. It’s at A+ rank. Also, my physical stats aren’t weak. I might not look like it compared to someone like Gareth, but I focus extensively on improving my physique alongside my Aura development.”
They continued the strange dance – Damian attacking relentlessly, Elizabeth dodging effortlessly, both of them talking almost normally despite the violence.
“Why do you want to keep Gareth, Liam, and Arielle in the Council specifically?”
Damian asked between combinations.
Elizabeth’s expression became more serious, though her dodging didn’t slow.
“It’s needed. I can’t just remove the strongest members easily – there are responsibilities that require actual capability.”
She twisted away from a kick.
“Also, every year at the end of the academic term, there’s a tournament between all the Academies across the Federation. The Student Council represents each institution in that competition. Removing everyone competent right before that event would be irresponsible.”
Damian processed this new information while launching another barrage of strikes.
’A tournament between Academies… That would explain why she wants to keep the strongest fighters even if they’re responsible for so much corruption.’
Then he stopped attacking completely, stepping back, his breathing slightly elevated but controlled.
The crowd murmured with confusion, wondering why the combat had suddenly paused.
Elizabeth tilted her head curiously.
“Giving up already?”
Damian smiled, wiping sweat from his forehead.
“Well, I’m not your match yet. And I don’t have a counter for your seer skill currently. Fighting you like this is pointless – I’d exhaust myself before landing a single clean hit.”
Elizabeth’s expression showed surprise mixed with respect.
“So you admit defeat then?”
Damian’s smile became something creepy and predatory, showing teeth.
“Not without a surprise.”
He snapped his fingers.
“Domain Expansion: Despair.”
The effect was instantaneous.
Both fighters went completely still, their bodies frozen in place and their eyes open but unseeing.
The crowd’s confusion turned to shocked silence as they realized something profound had just happened.

[Professor’s Section]
Every single professor in the audience stood up simultaneously, their expressions showing various degrees of shock and disbelief.
“WHAT THE FUCK?!”
Salazar Blackwood’s shout echoed across the entire arena, his usual eccentric composure completely shattered.
Nathan Brock’s mouth hung open.
“Is that… is that a Domain? Did a C+ rank student just activate a fucking Domain?!”
Admond Ashford gripped the railing in front of him, his grey eyes wide.
“That’s impossible. Domains require A-rank minimum. The will density and control needed to create and maintain a mental construct is beyond anything a C rank awakener should be capable of!”
Seraphina remained seated, but her violet eyes showed intense focus, analyzing what was happening with her military-trained perception.
’He actually manifested a Domain. And from the lack of physical changes, it’s a mental Domain rather than a physical one. Those are even rarer. How did he develop this?’

[Student Section – Nobles]
The Noble students wore expressions suggesting their fundamental understanding of reality was being challenged.
“Domain?! What’s a Domain?!”
Some first-year commoners were asking desperately, not understanding the significance.
Arielle Voss, her face pale, answered in a horrified voice.
“It’s a Domain! Damian just used a fucking Domain! How is this possible? He’s only C+ rank!”
Leonard tried to explain to the confused commoners nearby, his own voice shaking slightly.
“D-Domains are advanced techniques that create zones of absolute control. They’re manifestations of an awakener’s will made physical or mental. You’re only supposed to be able to develop them after reaching A-rank because the will requirements are enormous!”
Another Noble student interjected, his voice cracking with shock.
“And it’s not just any Domain – it’s a fucking mental Domain! Those are even more rare than physical ones! Mental Domains attack the mind directly rather than manipulating physical space!”
“!!!”
Deathly silence spread across the campus as three thousand students watched Damian and Elizabeth standing completely motionless in the arena.
’How long will it last? What’s happening inside the Domain? Can Elizabeth resist it?’
