Hearing the question from the young man, the vampire lady couldn’t help but wonder why is it that he asked, albeit already having an idea of why, causing her to feel disappointed as the thought of him not looking how she always sees him pops in her mind.

“I have a feeling, I just know a human cannot look as good as you look…” the lady replied in a calm tone, intending to hide the slight disappointment she felt as somehow, she already assumed that if he is truly hiding his real appearance, then whatever it is that is underneath that mask can only look worse compared to his current one.

And hearing this plan, her forehead couldn’t help but furrowed her brows as she felt like this would give them more of a mess than solutions.

“Pft… hahaha!!” Hearing Liliana’s words, the immortal-like young man couldn’t help but let out a snicker before he exploded into a full-blown laughter, laughter lasting for a while as the lady in front of him waited in silence, wondering why is it that he suddenly exploded into laughter just like that.

“You’re worried about those Great Ones?” After recovering from his laughter, Su Xiaotian then directed his attention to the beauty in front of him once again, this lady then nodded to his question with a bit of hesitation, causing him to shake his head as he spoke once again, this time as if to assure her of something.
