Cultivation Online - Chapter 2350 Crafting Kulas a New Vessel

Chapter 2350 Crafting Kulas a New Vessel
After holding Yuan for a full minute—still completely naked—Yu Ning finally released him and said in amazement, “I can’t believe how natural this feels. I don’t think even my original body was this comfortable.”
“That’s good to hear, but since it’s still new, it’ll take some time before you adjust to it and experience everything it has to offer. In the meantime, I’ll go get you some clothes…”
Yuan quickly disappeared back inside his house and sifted through Ren Xia’s closet to acquire some clothes for Yu Ning.
When he returned outside with her clothes, Yuan noticed that Yu Ning’s cultivation had entered the God Ascension realm.
“Look!” she exclaimed with excitement. “My cultivation, which had weakened to the Golden Immortal realm after spending too much time without a physical body, has returned to the God Ascension realm! And I haven’t even started cultivating yet! This vessel is truly amazing!”
Yuan hastily handed the clothes to her, who was too much from excitement, and said, “Looks like the vessel is working as intended. Anyway, put these on.”
Yu Ning dressed herself unhurriedly, each motion subtly enhancing her beauty.
“How do I look?” she asked with a smile, turning in a graceful circle as her long brown hair danced in the wind.
“So this is what it takes to receive the title Ethereal Immortal Fairy, huh?” Yuan said with a smile.
“I think I look even better than before,” she chuckled.
“Are you two done flirting? I am dying to move around with a body,” Kulas sighed.
“I still have one more vessel to complete before I work on yours,” said Yuan.
Suddenly, Yu Ning lowered herself onto the ground and kneeled before Yuan.
“What are you doing?” he asked with a raised eyebrow.
“I would like to pledge my loyalty to you once again,” Yu Ning replied with her head lowered, her voice calm. Yet, if Yuan could see her face, he’d see a layer of tears in her eyes.
“My name is Yu Ning, a Level Seven Array Master. Though my abilities may still be lacking, I ask that you allow me to serve you for the rest of my life. From this moment onward, my skills, my body, and my life all belong to you,” Yu Ning swore with unwavering resolve.
Yuan then asked, “Are you sure you want to follow me now? You’ve just regained your freedom after spending countless years in the Shadow Realm—without a physical body, no less. I wouldn’t mind if you took some time to enjoy your new life first. You can always find me in the future. It’s not like there is a time limit on these sorts of things, after all.”
“Even if you say that, I’m not sure what I want to do, and just wandering the world seems… pointless. Other than improving my skills as an Array Master, I don’t know what else to do.”
“Think about it for now. I’ll need at least another half a year to finish Kulas’ vessel, so you have plenty of time,” said Yuan.
She nodded.
“I understand.” Yuan immediately began working on Ji Ran’s vessel. Since he planned to make Ji Ran’s vessel similar to Yu Ning’s, he only spent a few days practicing in his mind before doing it for real.
Soon after, Ji Ran’s vessel was completed. However, since Ji Ran was not present, Yuan sealed the vessel inside a special container to preserve it. Vessels were similar to pills in nature, and if left exposed for too long, their efficacy would slowly deteriorate.
“Finally, it’s my turn!” Kulas laughed with excitement.
However, his excitement quickly died down after hearing Yuan’s following words.
“Since you’re a body refiner, I’ll need to craft a vessel durable enough to withstand your cultivation technique. That won’t be easy—even for me—and the materials themselves will be difficult to work with.”
“So… how long do you think it’ll take?” Kulas then asked.
“Who knows? I’ll let you know once I practice a few times.”
Without another word, Yuan sat down and began his mental simulations.
A few weeks later, Yuan opened his eyes and said, “I’ll probably finish within five years.”
“Five years?!” Kulas exclaimed.
Yuan frowned and said, “I can rush the process and finish it within a year. However, are you sure you want me to half-ass your new vessel? If it breaks down unexpectedly, I won’t make another one for you.”
“I wasn’t trying to rush you… Take as much time as you need,” he responded with a defeated sigh.
“Good, then I’ll begin… with more practice.”
Yuan closed his eyes again and returned to practicing inside his head.
Meanwhile, Yu Ning spent her time acclimating to her new vessel through exercises and ordinary martial arts. With each passing day, her amazement at the capabilities of her new body only grew.
“Not only does this body absorb spiritual energy with incredible efficiency, but cultivation feels almost effortless,” she muttered in amazement. “It’s like waking up one day with brand-new talents!”
Time slipped away unnoticed, and before Yuan realized it, three more months had passed since he started his mental practice.
“I am going to start the real deal now,” he suddenly announced as he stood up and retrieved the materials he needed for Kulas’ vessel.
“About time!”
After taking a deep breath, Yuan started working on the materials. However, preparing just one required immense focus and time, and there was a mountain of materials before him.
In the blink of an eye, two whole weeks passed, and Yuan just finished working on the first material.
Yet, he didn’t stop to take a break and immediately started on the next material.
One month… sixth months… a year…
For two whole years, Yuan moved without stopping, his speed and skills improving with every material.
In the end, it took nearly three years for Yuan to prepare all the materials. Now, he had to craft the vessel.
“I am actually ahead of schedule,” he said.
“You should take a break,” Kulas suggested.
Yuan shook his head and said, “Unfortunately, the materials won’t wait for me, so I’ll have to continue.”
