Dragon Monarch System - Chapter 911 911:- The Trinity of War

Laura hid behind a large boulder and cautiously watched everything from afar. In moments like this, she felt very helpless. This was the first time in her life that she felt like this.
Going into this journey, she knew that she would be a burden to Aditya. Her mind was prepared for this kind of scenario, but once she found herself in this situation, the feeling of helplessness was more intense than she realised.
‘If only…..!!’ She felt so helpless and bitter for not being able to help Aditya that she began to think of ‘What If’ scenarios in the back of her mind.
‘If I were in my Peak, then I could have contributed in some ways. But now all I can do is not get in his way and become a burden.’ Laura then quickly shook her head as she realised that even if she was in Peak, she couldn’t have contributed much. Just from observing, it was clear that this battle was beyond her league.
Perhaps she could have held her own against a few Peak 5th-order cultivators, but even at her peak, carrying Aditya’s burden was beyond her capabilities.
After accepting the fact that she wasn’t powerful enough, Laura began to think of other solutions.
‘There has to be something that I can help him with?’ Laura began to think.
This wasn’t a group of Peak 5th-order cultivators. There were several Sixth Order cultivators. This wasn’t a one-sided fight. From its looks, it was clear that the other side had several very talented cultivators.
And together they were able to give him trouble.
Meanwhile,
‘From the looks of it, this guy can teleport anywhere he wants.’ Aditya used this ability twice, but it was enough for Palmer to analyse and have a good understanding of how his teleportation ability worked.
‘Just one ability alone makes this guy super dangerous.’
‘On top of that, we still can’t tell what his Cultivation Rank is.’ But from what he had seen, his cultivation shouldn’t be higher than Peak 5th-order.
Nordour did not waste time. He quickly switched weapons and took out a triangle-shaped blue shield.
The triangle-shaped shield was three times his body size, yet Nordour was very comfortably able to pick it up and use it without slowing down his movements. The shield appeared to be dark blue in color. With a glance, Aditya spotted very tiny, almost hidden rune texts engraved on the surface of the shield.
When he tried to read what these runes were, he was unable to comprehend anything. ‘This could mean only one thing.’
‘This is the work of a 5-star Runemaster or maybe even a higher-star Runemaster.’
Aditya did not recklessly charge into the battle. He had already made that mistake at the beginning, which almost led him to get caught in their trap. They worked really well as a group. From what he had seen, each group member had skills or abilities that complemented other group members, making the entire group really dangerous.
‘I thought this half Dwarf was a mage. But now he is using a Shield. Just what is his class?’
These people weren’t amateurs. They were battle-hardened veterans who knew how to trap a monster.
As if responding to his growing wariness, the energy around Nordour shifted.
A faint hum pulsed through the battlefield.
The next second, the ground beneath Nordour cracked slightly as he slammed the butt of his colossal blue triangular shield into the earth.
“Heart of the Guardian!” He whispered, but Aditya managed to hear it.
A brilliant, emerald-green aura erupted around Nordour. The emerald-green aura pulsed rhythmically with his heartbeat.
The air around him thickened. It was as if a wall had materialised, invisible but unshakable. His veins pulsed with mana. His body gained an unnatural stillness, as if pain itself had been locked out of his nervous system.
The emerald-green Aura spread from his body and touched everyone from their group before disappearing.
Aditya immediately noticed the change.
This aura was different. It wasn’t designed to attack, but to absorb.
A shield that could carry the weight of others.
He switched his role. He went from being a mage to a tank.
At the same time, Elliot raised his left hand. The staff in his left hand was glowing.
“Synchronise – Mana Field Expansion.”
Elliot’s slender frame was wrapped in a silver-blue aura. His Aura was light like fog, yet precise like a scalpel. It shimmered around him and then began spreading to Palmer and Nordour.
Palmer’s eyes snapped open with renewed focus. Although he was nervous facing a Dragon, he was confident that as long as they worked together, nothing could stop them.
He unsheathed his curved blade and held it low.
“Executioner’s Rhythm… Begin.”
A crimson-red aura exploded around him.
The Crimson-red Aura was sharp and erratic. The Aura pulsed along with his heartbeat.
Lines of red energy formed across his arms and neck. These red energy lines looked more like tattoos. These lines of red energy pulsed like they were alive and breathing.
Aditya’s expression darkened.
These weren’t casual bandits.
This was a formation.
From the beginning, he knew that these three were the heart and core of this team. He thought these three were the strongest. But now, it looks like he underestimated them. These three weren’t just the strongest of this team; these three were the soul of this team. And the most alarming thing was that each of their abilities perfectly complemented the other.
Just when Aditya thought this was it, the second layer came.
Three support members emerged from the backline.
The first one was Kraedon Hiltrock. Kreadon Hiltrock was a 6’2″ tall hybrid Beast Man with skin like weathered granite. He was the most physically imposing member outside of Nordour. His role was reinforcement.
“Fortitude Transfer: Titan’s Legacy!”
A radiant brown aura flowed from Kraedon and entered Palmer. Palmer’s muscles grew slightly larger.
His stamina doubled.
His physical damage resistance rose significantly.
The second one was Syra Valewind. Syra was an Elven enchantress. She had glowing serpentine tattoos down her neck and arms. Her silver hair floated unnaturally even without wind.
“Spellstream Injection: Arcane Efficiency.”
Her lavender aura slipped through the air and touched Elliot.
Her skill accelerated Elliot’s magical energy flow. It also significantly decreased his casting time and reduced the cost of his spells.
Brenn Dashar — A short, golden-furred Beastkin with one prosthetic arm made from alchemical metal. Brenn was known for his speed in his group and his unnaturally sharp eyes.
“Pressure Coordination – Focus Anchor!”
Brenn’s amber aura formed thin threads from his fingers that linked to Palmer’s feet.
Palmer blinked in surprise.
“Speed increased. Reflex correction at 0.4 seconds. Optimal counter pattern engaged.”
The moment the boost settled in, the trio’s formation felt complete.
Nordour was the tank.
Elliot was the support.
Palmer was the killer. He was the main attacker.
Aditya gritted his teeth. He had to admit that he had made a mistake by understimating them. ‘It seems fighting foes in the Six Continents has made me rusty. I have lost my sharpness.’
Fortunately, there was time to correct this.
‘A full battlefield composition… this is a real war team.’
Without a word, Aditya blinked and then disappeared. His figure dissolved like mist.
He reappeared behind Syra Valewind. He wanted to eliminate the most fragile member first.
His sword sliced cleanly through her torso.
Or it should have.
But the sensation was off. Aditya’s blade hit her torso.
Syra, when she noticed Aditya behind her, immediately gasped. Her face turned pale. But nothing happened to her.
Syra remained standing.
Aditya saw a long scar on her torso. The flesh and the bone beneath it were exposed. But the next second, everything reversed. It was like he was eating time, reversing itself. The flesh from both sides began rejoining and closing the wound. Within a second, the wound disappeared. Not even a scar was left on her torso.
Seeing this, Aditya was left shocked.
‘What just happened?’
Behind her, Nordour grunted. Nordour’s ability allowed him to transfer damage to his teammates. When he activated his skill, his Stamina, Strength, Mana, and Agility were all reduced by 50%. Instead, those points were invested in his health. In this state, his health was abnormally high.
Unfortunately, when he transferred the damage points, it also transferred the pain and suffering that his teammates should experience. Nordour grunted as he felt the pain that Syra should have felt.
‘Dammit! This is why I hate using this skill.’ Unless absolutely necessary, Nordour preferred not to use this skill. Instead, he preferred being a mage in this team.
Seeing what happened, Aditya’s eyes widened.
‘That damage… it didn’t go to her. It went to him.’ The way Nordour reacted was enough for him to guess what happened.
Nordour dropped to one knee and coughed a mouthful of blood. His body shook for a second, but his eyes remained locked on Aditya.
Elliot did not waste time. He began to heal Nordour. Whatever health points Nordour lost from transferring damage began to recover.

Really Thank you very much to all those who send support with valuable golden tickets and gifts. I hope we can keep it up!!!
