“I think we should head back and take a day break so that you can recover. We can come here tomorrow and finish our investigation.”

But a part of him also felt uncertain and worried. The organisation leader or the organisation itself knew that he was going to come here sooner or later, which is why they sent someone to remove everything from this place. Everything around them turned black.

“I now have the four Pearls in my palm!” The next second, in the darkness, four bright shining lights appeared. The light coming from the pearls reflected on the face of a man wearing an all-black outfit.

’Is he the Organisation leader?’ Aditya and Athena both wondered in their minds.

The four Pearls simply floated in the air above the man, and he just stared at the beautiful stones.

’This means that this means is the master that the Emperor spoke of before his death.’ Aditya and Athena were both certain of it.

“I have completed the first cycle with the Pearls. It’s time to make preparations for the next cycle.” The man did not look at his subordinate and just continued staring at the pearls.

“So it’s time for me to create the Coccon again and enter into a deep slumber.”

The man finally looked at his one and only subordinate. “I have already told you about the Mission. Make sure that you oversee everything.”

“Understood, Master!”

“One final thing I want to say before leaving is that you do not overstep your boundaries and create a mess before the maturity period.”

“I have used the pearls to separate the Main Continent into six other continents and spread them all across the planet. Once I have entered into the coccon, your job is to spread the pearls in 4 locations around the globe and also monitor the situation of the entire planet so that we don’t have any unexpected surprises.”

“I will do exactly as you have instructed me to.” Then Athena ran out of Mana and collapsed onto Aditya. Aditya had about 30% of his Mana left. She stopped because her mind could no longer handle the immense strain. If she weren’t the Goddess of Wisdom, then her very soul might have shattered into pieces because of the overwhelming strain. Not to mention, she was also shielding Aditya’s mind as she knew that his mind wasn’t as strong as hers.

And before the exploison envopled them, Aditya wrapped his arms around Athena and covered her with his Dragon Kings. This is like both of them were protected inside the explosion.

But it did not stop here.

After that, a series of multiple explosions kept taking place all over the Palace. As a result, the whole Palace was brought to ruins within an entire minute. With the collapse of the Palace, a huge cloud of dust, debris, and ash engulfed the entire place. At the same time, it attracted the attention of the goblins that lived and ruled this entire Pocket Dimension.

The moment Aditya found an opportunity using Crimson Wrap Flash, he and Athena teleported to the clear sky. From here, they could clearly get a better view of the destruction.

But the explosions did not stop. The moment they teleported, another series of continuous explosions kept going one after another.

Around 5 minutes later, everything finally calmed down. The second wave of explosions lasted almost three whole minutes. By the time everything calmed down, not even a single wall of the Palace remained standing or intact. Not even a large piece of the wall could be found anything within the massive cloud of ash, fire, smoke, dust, and debris.

“The power of the explosion isn’t strong enough to harm any 5th-order cultivator. So it’s clear that the Organisation’s purpose of the explosion wasn’t to kill us in one sweep but rather destroy this entire Palace.”

Aditya nodded his head with a grim look. “I was also thinking of growing suspicious. Given the way the organisation operated, it wouldn’t be extremely unusual if there wasn’t any trap for us.”

“But this isn’t a trap. This is an attempt to get rid of the past history. Now we won’t be able to learn anything about the Organisation’s Leader.”

“My guess is that man knows I have the ability to read parts of the past. Leaving even one of the walls of the Palace intact would be too risky. If I were in his place, even I would have destroyed everything as well.”

Aditya was about to ask about the shocking discoveries that they had made in the last twenty minutes. There were too many things to unpack and discuss. What they had learned was just groundbreaking.

But then he sensed a presence that wasn’t a golbin and was in the area. This instantly raised his guard to maximum.

“Who are you?” The mysterious person made no effort to hide his identity. This is the reason why Aditya was able to immediately sense him the moment this man decided to show himself.

Following his line of sight, Athena also looked in the direction of south to find a mysterious man in a black cloak. The hood of the cloak also hid his face. Both of them could see only the man’s smooth chin, suggesting he had no beard.

“Even though I made extensive preparation, I had this feeling that this was not going to be enough to end your life. As a matter of fact, the Dragon Monarch and the Goddess of Wisdom cannot be taken out in this manner.”

“It was foolish of me to even entertain such ideas. For that I apologise.” Clearly, the man was mocking them.

“Who are you?” Aditya asked again.

But then he changed the topic.

“I have to say you are like a cockroach that doesn’t die even when crushed.” So many things, Aditya came close to death at the hands of the members of the organisation. But each time, he always manages to win and become an even bigger headache for the organisation.

“But I have achieved my objective, so that’s my win.” Everything in the Palace was destroyed. Not even a large piece of intact wall remained within the rubble and debris. Athena won’t be able to use Memory Imprint to read the past anymore.

“Who are you? Since you know me so well, you should at least give us the honour of seeing your face.” His voice was still the same as it was from half a million or a million years back. Despite knowing that it was the Leader, Aditya and Athena wanted to see his face and know his name.

“At this point, there is no use in hiding my appearance from you two anymore, since I’m sure that you, too, must have seen my appearance while using that ability.”

“You seem to know, awfully a lot about my abilities, even though I barely used them.”

“Back when we destroyed your empire and killed your parents, we had a few insiders who gave us enough information to deal with you as well.” Hearing this, Athena gritted her teeth in anger. Because of this bastard, everyone whom she loved was dead. Even her own homeland wasn’t spared.

The man chuckled, seeing the undisguised anger and hatred in Athena’s eyes for him.

“Throughout history, I have been called with countless names. I was known as the Jackal, Black Chaos, Reaper, Jason or even Ghost.”

“But my real name is Leo!” The man known as Leo removed the hood covering his face. This was the exact same face that they had seen in the flashes of the past.

“It’s finally nice to meet the man who has single-handedly done the most damage to my organisation since the time of the Crimson Dragon King.”

“I mean, it makes sense! You are, after all, the bloodline descendant of the Crimson Dragon King.”
