Saying that she didn’t feel anxious would be an outright lie. Seeing Nick succeed, of course she was looking forward to her moment too. After all, they pretty much started and completed their comprehension at the same time. She didn’t want to fall too far behind.

But as years passed, try as she might to relax and let it happen, it just wasn’t happening. The longer it took, the more anxious she got, and that’s just making it worse for her.

She was, of course, upset. But she understood what was happening pretty quickly and decided to take her mind off it.

Patricia followed a routine. One that she stuck close to, religiously, even. All in her attempts to try to forget about her anxiety. The worst part was that she went in this not knowing if it’d even work. She had done so, nevertheless.

And her friends knew this too, and they did their best to not talk about it around her. They knew that she was trying not to think too much about it; they also knew that, behind the scenes, Patricia was still continuing her experiments to discover the proper look of what the Origin Soul Law Diagram should look like.

She had failed hundreds of times in this. Each failure added to the bitterness she felt, but she soldiered on anyway. She’s used to failure. Nothing was ever easy, and she knows that. And with this being the absolute peak of concept laws? She’d be surprised if it came to her easily.

So, she continued. She’d get over each failure, move on, and try again whenever she could. That’s how it had been for her for the past 30 years.

So, imagine her surprise when all of a sudden, the very thing that she’d been searching for just decided to fall into her lap without any rhyme or reason.

She locked onto that diagram, straining her eyes hard enough as if she were staring at it when, in truth, it was reflected in her consciousness instead.

Gone was her care and attention to whatever the show on the network was. She’d happily forget about them all in exchange for what she’s seeing now.

Patricia practically took off like a comet to her seclusion chambers. She didn’t even bother sitting down. She just lay flat on the floor and held her attention on that diagram, afraid that if she dared to even blink for a split second, she would lose it.

She held onto that diagram as if it was her last lifeline. She stared at it and began memorizing each line obsessively. She etched it into her memory, making sure that not even the faintest line would be missed. She all but replicated it to her consciousness.

Her obsession was so strong that she unknowingly fell into a trance while she was doing this.

Time passed without her knowing that even her friends were alarmed. They had a meeting scheduled, and she wasn’t there; she didn’t even bother with a response, and that was unlike her.

This prompted Nick to check on her, and once he discovered that she’s in her seclusion chambers, he began speculating things. But he didn’t tell the rest of it yet; he just told them that she was meditating and lost herself in it.

It took her three days to completely memorize the Origin Soul Law Diagram.

It then took her a couple of weeks of continuous experimentation to produce the reactions and combinations that are needed for the diagram.

And finally, it took her three months in total to complete that diagram perfectly.

Now, in her consciousness and her inner world, the Origin Soul Law Diagram, the very same that she had seen earlier, had been replicated. It also had been filled perfectly with the Soul Law Essences and the variations that it needed.

Once she’s done with this, peace settles into her. Her mind, body, and soul went from a raging ocean to a still lake in a snap of a finger. It’s such a profound feeling that it left her reeling when it happened.

The peace and serenity she felt was immaculate and completely out of this world. It gave her the impression that even if Heavenly Star were to blow up the next moment, it wouldn’t have been enough to rustle the calm she’s experiencing.

It’s not indifference. Patricia’s old enough to recognize the difference between a peaceful mind and sheer indifference.

Actually, peace of mind was just the side effect of what happened. In truth, the sensation stemmed from her soul.

Yes, obviously, it will come from her. What she fulfilled was the Origin Soul Law Diagram after all.

The moment she did that, Patricia’s soul practically sublimated into something entirely different. It’s an inner change that couldn’t be explained by mere words and was not visible to the naked eye.

In her perception, her soul remains the same. But she knew without a shred of doubt that her soul definitely experienced heaven and earth changes the moment the Origin Soul Law Diagram shone in her consciousness and her inner world.

That was then followed by the perpetual calm and peace she’s now experiencing.

It feels good, though. Her mind was quiet. Her soul was at peace, and the world now looked just a bit more colorful than before.

Soundlessly and serenely, Patricia gracefully stood up. She then spread her senses around in search of a large and barren piece of land she could go to temporarily.

Her senses spread out, and she discovered that their range and quality had increased severalfold. It shook her for a bit, but she set it aside. She figured that now wasn’t the time to dwell on that.

She found something that suited her need fairly soon. She locked onto that place and took a step forward. When she came to, she was already there.

After arriving at that place, Patricia looked at the vast sky above her and whispered, “Come.”

And it arrived.

The source of Origin Laws appeared before her, not physically, but in presence.

Patricia felt her body frozen still, like an unknown and invisible force held her up tightly and refused to let go.

It’s similar to what Nick went through during his turn.

Patricia also felt eyes roaming every corner of her body as if it were searching for something. It was incredibly invasive and very rude, especially for a lady like her.

And normally, she would retaliate extremely if a person did this to her. But this wasn’t a person; this was the source of origin laws searching for the Origin Soul Law Diagram she completed within her.

So, while that moment felt incredibly long, in truth, it was over in an instant. The eyes saw what she did, and it confirmed what it saw.

The Origin Soul Law Diagram suddenly appeared above Patricia.

And in the moment it arrived, an extremely mystifying but equally invasive and terrifying force swept the entirety of the Heavenly Star Chaos Realm once more.

It alarmed those who understood the concept of laws at the Grand Law stage. Obviously, it also alarmed her friends, who flew over to her location as soon as possible.

But Patricia couldn’t bring herself to care about them right now.

What she cared about was the sensation that was flooding both her consciousness and inner world at the moment.

As the Origin Soul Law acknowledged her, Patricia felt as if she was bathing in the purest spring waters known to all.

She felt it cleansing her from outside in, flowing through the deepest and most secretive depths of her entire being to purify her whole existence.

This all felt so good that she couldn’t get enough of it.

One could only imagine her dismay once the process was over. Alas, she’s aware that it won’t go on forever. However, she knew that its effects would last for the rest of her life.

The Origin Soul Law Diagram had been acknowledged. It melted into a mark in her forehead, signifying this. The purity, serenity, and calm she felt will be perpetual; that she’s sure of.

When she opened her eyes, she sighed in relief.

She looked at the smiling faces of her friends and chuckled a bit. Then, excitement flooded her veins.

’Finally! ’She thought, ’I thought it’d never happen. Thankfully, it did. It turns out that all I needed to do was to relax.’

She had been acknowledged by the Origin Laws. Her hard work paid off in spades. And just like Nick, she had transcended pretty much 99% of the life evolvers out there.

Patricia could finally and truthfully relax now after this. All that’s left is to prepare for the true final breakthrough.
