Eternal Cultivation of Alchemy - Chapter 2920: The Fruit’s Effects

Chapter 2920: The Fruit’s Effects
Alex left his Spiritual sea that had given him quite the surprise this time, and moved on to checking other aspects of his body.
Since his Intent hadn’t increased just yet, he didn’t expect his Sword Intent to have grown much further either. He had reached the point he needed to start learning his Sword Heart, and since he had no memory of anything in between during the 50 or so years that had passed, the chances that he had come up with a Sword Heart were low as well.
Depending on whether or not he knew he would lose his memories upon leaving that place — which they believed to be the Realm within Realms — he could have just not done a few certain things, such as deciding upon his Sword Heart.
It made no sense for him to have decided on something to be his Sword Heart if he was going to forget about it soon after. Besides, he had cultivated in that time and eaten the two other fruits from the Tree of Life, which should have accounted for most of his time that he had lost.
His Sword Domain was now at its peak, spreading up to 50 meters around him. He could probably push it further, but there was no point to that at all. What he needed to do now was move his Sword out of his body, all at once, so he could separate the man and the sword, and finally form the Sword Heart.
“Intent fully depends on my own understanding of things and my will upon it, so it makes sense nothing involving it has improved,” Alex thought and moved on from his Sword.
After Sword, his attention went to his body.
Immediately, his spiritual sense covered his body, scanning every part of it to see if there were some changes in the time he had been absent that he didn’t already have an explanation for.
He immediately sensed his physical strength, which had most certainly grown since the time of Hell. He had eaten 2 other fruits, so the improvement made sense to him, but aside from that, Alex wondered if he had perhaps eaten the sap of the Tree of Life — the Elixir — too.
Unlike the Elixir, which improved someone’s body by a certain amount, the fruits from the Tree of Life improved one’s body proportional to what state it was already in.
Instead of being an additive increase, it was multiplicative.
That meant, while Elixir was great at quickly improving the body of someone in the lower realms and making them stronger, it couldn’t do much to someone that already had a high body cultivation.
But it was the exact opposite for the fruit. While it struggled to make any changes for someone that was weak to start with, it improved someone’s strength quite a bit if they were already strong to begin with.
Alex had consumed enough Elixir for his body cultivation to be in the early Divine Creation realm, but after consuming 3 entire fruits, it had no doubt risen to the middle of the Divine Creation realm.
He would need to be around more Divinities to be certain just how strong he was, since as of now, he had been around too few to have a decent understanding of his own strength.
Of course, the Tree of Life was far better than Elixir just because of that. It not only improved the physical strength of someone but everything else regarding their body as well.
Alex’s meridians had grown stronger, his spiritual roots better. His regular senses had improved far beyond what would be right for a regular Immortal as well, and that didn’t even include the improvement to his Demon Eyes.
He was now capable of seeing shades of color he hadn’t seen before. The multi-colored Qi in the surroundings was so vibrant to his eyes that he almost felt like he could tell the difference between their grade just by their shades.
He would have to test those things out.
And then, there was his Undying God’s Physique as well, which had no doubt seen improvements. He was in the third stage of the Undying God’s Physique, which allowed him to come back to life so long as there still existed a part of him that held a connection to his whole self, whether it was his body or his soul.
And thanks to the fruit, it had grown much better than before.
The improvement had no doubt come to the speed of the regeneration more than anything, as that was the only improvement that could be made. That improvement, of course, would linger on even after Alex reached the fourth and last stage.
At this point, Alex could only wait in excitement for his physique to reach that stage.
He knew he was quite a bit of work away from reaching the final stage, but since he had nothing more to do now, he would work toward it. In his brief instances in his memories, there was not a single Undying God that had yet reached the final stage.
Due to the war and other circumstances, most had died at the second stage, with a few dying in the third stage.
If Alex continued, he would be the very first person to reach the final stage. He owed it to everyone who came before him to reach that realm.
The last thing that the fruits had improved was his blood. Just like his body cultivation, his blood had also seen the same rate of improvement, so it was now around the middle realms of the Divine Creation realm.
There wasn’t much else Alex could sense regarding his blood that he could say was better than it was back in Hell. It was stronger and that was it.
But then, he didn’t need it to be anything else.
Having checked all the changes that had come to his body thanks to the 2 additional fruits he had eaten, Alex moved on to the other aspects of himself to see what more had changed about him.
