Eternal Cultivation of Alchemy - Chapter 3365 Sword Heart vs Creation

Chapter 3365 Sword Heart vs Creation
Alex caught Coldburst off-guard with his True Immolation Strike, but the female dragon wouldn’t be so dumb as to give him another chance at that.
Just as Alex expected, she reformed the shapeless Yin Water around her, forming it into a sphere that she was ready to throw at Alex.
Alex prepared the same sword strike as before, readying himself.
Coldburst threw the Yin Water sphere toward Alex just as before once again.
Alex wondered for a moment what she was doing, repeating the same thing as before, but he didn’t have much time to consider it all as he needed to fight the incoming attack. Just as he released the attack, the dragon roared.
Ice crystals immediately grew around her body, quickly taking the shape of two separate tridents that flew toward Alex at a speed far beyond what he had seen from the dragon up until now. If not for his Demon Eyes, he likely might not even have been able to track the trajectory of the glacial lances.
Not that it did him any good.
The two lances sped past the dragon’s Yin Water and struck his True Immolation Strike, immediately destroying it. Even as the two attacks resulted in a shockwave of heat and ice, Alex could already
understand what was happening and could not afford to waste a single moment.
The explosion made it impossible for anyone to tell what had happened for the next few seconds. When the sound and the silence both vanished, they saw the ball of Yin Water holding itself high in the air, while a storm of almost invisible flickers of light covered it entirely, cutting at it time and again.
Ashenfog and the rest stared at Alex, realizing there was no Sword Qi
around him at all. It was only around the Creation.
That meant… this was not his Sword Domain.
“This… this is Sword Heart!” the family head couldn’t help but cry out in surprise, giving the confirmation the other Divinities needed to understand the incredible sight they were seeing.
Most of the dragons on the stands didn’t know what a Sword Heart was, but they could tell it was something rare by the way their seniors were acting.
Coldburst also didn’t understand what it was. She could only imagine this was a Sword Domain still. More than that, she didn’t understand what was so special about this ‘Sword Heart! As far as she could see, it was Sword Domain at a distance.
Sure, it was great, but creating anything with Intent grew in difficulty as one increased the distance at which it formed. There was a reason why she chose to form her Creation next to her before throwing it at others after all. It cost way less. For Alex to create a Sword Domain at a distance, it should’ve cost him much more.
‘Not that it matters, she thought, raising her hand to the side. Yin Water formed around it in a sphere as well, while the Yin Water that Alex was still fighting against was easily obliterated by him. It lost all of its strength the moment she recalled her Creation and formed a
new one.
Alex stopped his Sword Heart and breathed deeply as he stared at the woman. This was getting harder than he had thought it would be. As it was his first time fighting someone with a Creation, he wasn’t very used to it at all.
Coldburst gave Alex no time to think at all. She attacked him with a different technique this time, creating large serpents of water that flew toward Alex. At the same time, she threw the Yin Water at him.
Alex tried to target the Creation first, but it was simply impossible. The water serpent seemed practically alive in the way that it
protected the Yin Water, so Alex could only attack the water serpent directly, while relying on his Sword Heart to fight off the Yin Water.
A part of the water serpent made its way through the attack, landing on him, but he stopped it with his body. At the same time, he focused on the Yin Water.
One thing was becoming abundantly clear as Alex used Sword Heart on the Yin Water twice. He could not win like this.
The issue with the clash of his Sword Heart and the Yin Water was
that the Yin Water was going to win in the end. Since both were formed with mental energy through the usage of their Intent, the one with the stronger mental energy would win.
Considering that Coldburst had Divine energy when he only had Spiritual energy, it was obvious which one of them would win.
Just like him, Coldburst could use her Qi to fight him in one way and use her Divine energy to fight him in another way, effectively making two separate battlefields. And Alex struggled to find a way to defeat her on either.
‘I need to weaken her Yin Water quickly, Alex thought. ‘I need Sun Fire!
Creating his fire near the Yin Water was more or less a simple task for Alex, as it formed with just a thought. And together, it also appeared that the combination of his near Sun Fire and Sword Heart were
winning against Coldburst’s Creation.
However, that was at the cost of significantly wasting his own spiritual energy, while Coldburst’s Divine energy would only be used up a little. That was not a good strategy in the long term.
Alex knew he needed to change it, but he couldn’t imagine how.
Coldburst took back her Creation before it was destroyed, saving herself the pain. She stood, not even seemingly losing any breath just yet, and stared at Alex. She held a look of respect in her eyes, but that didn’t stop her from attacking again, forcing Alex to use Sword Heart
and Fire at the same time to stop her Creation.
“This can’t do, Alex thought in panic. ‘I’m wasting too much spiritual energy. I need to lessen it.
As he took a deep breath, a thought came to him.
‘I need to combine them. The Sword Heart and the Fire; I need to
create them together and as one!
Alex saw the first sign of how he could form his Dao Sword.
