The fierce sword light was like a giant crescent, flashing through the dark Forbidden Land, sweeping towards the dense black fog that permeated the ceiling.
As the sword light approached the black fog, the surrounding gale visibly blew away much of the fog, revealing a massive black flower-shaped object that appeared before everyone’s eyes.
“So that’s the true core of the dream, as expected of Your Excellency!”
The starry eyes of the unfamiliar Stone Spirit lit up, blurting out.
Meanwhile, Dark Elf Anna was filled with anxiety, screaming and attempting to intercept the sword light, but standing in her way were Sheila and the others, their faces resolute.
The next instant, the sword light, with irresistible power, sliced the giant black flower into two halves, which quickly turned back into scattered energy particles, swiftly dissipating into the air.
At the moment the giant black flower vanished, a dazzling white light surged forth.
Wherever the bright glow reached, the screaming Dark Elf Anna, the countless magic chains, and the pervasive black fog all disappeared, leaving everything completely silent.
Within the Forbidden Land, only the panting group and Anna lying on the stone bed remained.
“It’s finally over, we’ve returned to real space!”
After sensing for a while, the unfamiliar Stone Spirit turned to Leo Ray, excitedly saying, “All thanks to Your Excellency!”
After the Stone Spirit spoke, Sheila also nodded, equally exhilarated.
“It’s no big deal.”
Leo Ray sheathed his longsword and began to look around anew.
Just as the unfamiliar Stone Spirit had said earlier, the environment here hadn’t changed much, with the Dark Elf relief, the pure white stone bed, and the sleeping gray-robed Anna still the same.
No matter how one looked, this place didn’t fit the style of the Light Elves.
“So it seems, this Barrier Area—or perhaps this ancient Light relic we always believed it to be—holds an untold story.”
Leo Ray nodded slightly, his gaze again falling on the gray-robed Anna.
And all of this, only the dream’s owner lying before them knew.
Just as Leo Ray had this thought, he noticed Anna’s long eyelashes twitch slightly, as if she were waking up from a dream.
“The Mad Elf is waking, everyone get ready, who knows if it’ll have a bad temper upon waking!”
The unfamiliar Stone Spirit gripped the battle axe tightly, ready and poised.
Sheila and the others also dared not be careless, lowering their bodies, Melody Lyon’s brows furrowed, ready for a battle at any moment.
While the Stone Spirits were on high alert, Anna slowly opened her starry eyes, looking sleepy.
However, when her somewhat drifting gaze landed on Leo Ray, her face instantly flushed, and she quickly closed her eyes again.
As the owner of the dream, she was well aware of everything that happened in the Dream Space; more accurately, everything originated from her.
Especially recalling how Dark Elf Anna tried hard to keep Leo Ray in the Dream Space, even intending to create a story, her heart pounded, wishing she could find a crack to hide in immediately.
After a while, under the cautious eyes of the Stone Spirits, Anna took a deep breath, while simultaneously lifting the magic barrier, sitting up from the stone bed.
“Your Majesty of the Humans, we, we meet again.”
Anna looked at Leo Ray timidly, her voice barely audible.
Seeing this, the still cautious Stone Spirits exchanged glances.
Was this still the Mad Elf from before? It seemed like a completely different person.
However, upon closer thought, Bright Elf Anna was also the quiet type, but the Anna before them appeared even shyer.
“Your Majesty of the Humans, be careful, this might be a ploy by the Mad Elf, deliberately making us drop our guard!”
The unfamiliar Stone Spirit was still wary of the previous Dark Elf Anna, acting with utmost caution.
“Your Excellency overthinks, I’m not that kind of person!”
Anna waved at the unfamiliar Stone Spirit, then looked at Leo Ray again, explaining somewhat awkwardly, “Your Majesty of the Humans, after all, sleeping I wasn’t clear-headed, please forgive my rudeness!”
“No matter, we intruded here ourselves, it’s us who disturbed Your Excellency.”
Leo Ray smiled faintly, then asked her, “Where are those who were with me?”
“Please rest assured, Your Majesty of the Humans, they are safe.”
Seeing Leo Ray wasn’t blaming her, Anna breathed a sigh of relief, hurriedly getting out of bed to lead the way, nearly stumbling, but was caught by Leo Ray in time.
She had slept here too long; despite everything remaining unchanged under the protection of many barriers in this Forbidden Land, she still needed some time to adapt.
“Sorry, Your Majesty of the Humans.”
Anna’s face flushed again with embarrassment, nodding to Leo Ray, “Please follow me.”
Not long after, under Anna’s guidance, the group exited the Forbidden Land.
Outside, the sun still shone brightly, but the Elf Village had disappeared, leaving only this pure white Forbidden Land standing alone.
