She also said that if she lived, he shouldn’t open the jade box no matter what.
But she hadn’t, so Di E had decided to open it.
He took a deep breath, then formed a hand seal and undid the nine golden seals one by one.

Di E forcefully suppressed his unease and said, “Might I request your name? And might you tell me how we’re connected?”
Mysterious life force emanated from the eye as it stared at Di E and said softly, “My name is Yan Feizhen, but on the River of Destiny, they call me Heavenly Sovereign E. This is an eye refined from a drop of my heart’s blood.”
Heavenly Sovereign E! Di E’s heart shook.
He’d heard of Heavenly Sovereign E. On the River of Destiny, they called him the Ruler of Carnage!
