Hearing the old woman’s words. I was shocked internally.

“Wanted Criminal?”

“Wanted by whom?” I asked her.

The old woman said, “Theo Bernard is one of the enemies of our Fate Wizard. He is a Supreme Wizard. His magic is weird.”

“If you come across him, don’t take too much time,” he added.

“Supreme Wizard,” I said in my heart.

No wonder they were afraid. Is it because of the Supreme Wizard? But I have decided to ask them again.

“Then why are guys afraid?” I asked the old woman.

The old woman was stunned and looked at the other staff.

Even the Guard’s old man has become silent. As if the name had reminded him of a bad memory. The other staff are wondering whether to tell them or not.

The old woman said, “The reason we are afraid. It’s because Theo Bernard is hiding in one of the forbidden areas in our Dark Territory.”

But I never thought they were scared because of the forbidden area. Then I collected my thoughts and asked them about the forbidden area.

I had the experience of visiting one. I wanted to know the forbidden area they are talking about.

The old woman said, “The way to the Forbidden Area is below Peak City. There are many Forbidden Areas in our Dark Territory.”

“But the one behind us was part of an ancient battlefield as well. So it’s a mixed place. It makes it more dangerous.”

“Theo Bernard was said to be hiding in safe hideouts. It’s not going to be easy to find him. So take your time. Only if you bring back his decapitated head and mana core, you can get the appointment,” the old woman added.

Hearing that I nodded to her. Then I asked a few other things before leaving the stone place. The old guard is accompanying me to the exit.

Hearing that I smiled and thanked the old man. We reached the gate. I nodded to the old man before going back to the hotel.

I was able to get the task. Next, I have to report to the Silver Tower. But I haven’t found a way. The communication here was cut off. You can’t contact others without magic.

After taking a rest in the hotel room, I’m going to look for messaging services.

Soon, I returned to the hotel room. I spent an hour lying on the bed to take a nap. Then I walked out of the hotel a few minutes later.

“Forbidden Area 808?”

“What does it mean by 808?” I asked the manager.

The manager said,” The 808 represents the number of the ancient battlefield. There are thousands of ancient battlefields in our world.”

Hearing that my eyes flickered with an understanding. Then I continued to ask about the forbidden area. The manager seems to be knowledgeable.

He had contacts with explorers before.

About 20 minutes later,

I walked out of the shop with a smile on my face. I got a quiet idea about the battlefield. This forbidden area won’t be as dangerous as the previous one.

Because I had witnessed the existence of the unknown monster before. I don’t think such an existence is hidden in this forbidden area.

I was like them. Now I’m leaving the city. When my turn came. An Artefact power passes through me. Seeing that there was nothing wrong. The guard allows me to leave.

I left the place and came to a random tree. Under the tree, I decide to check out the map. I took the map from the storage bracelet.

The map is made up of special cloth. I opened the map and saw a neatly drawn map. The map has terrain drawings and marked places.

They were done in black ink. It looked beautiful. Then I began to go through the map. I’m looking at the area around Willow Peak City.

There is a narrow road that leads to the Forbidden Area. But this narrow road was in the middle of the forest. Willow Peak City was the last. There were no other cities behind it.

Then I began to memorise a few checkpoints. After reaching that place, I will look at the map again.

I put back the map inside the storage bracelet and started heading towards the narrow road. When I walked past the city. There was no one apart from me.

The place is empty. I found the sudden change shocking. I had thought there would be some guards around this place.

Because the narrow road leads to the Forbidden Area. But I guess the forbidden area itself is dangerous for those who want to go there and die unless there is a specific reason like me.

Then I collected my thoughts and continued to head towards the narrow road. After walking for a couple of hundred metres, I reached the narrow road.

The narrow road is not a proper road but a yellow sand road. There is not even a signboard, is there? I stood there and started to observe the place.

I’m wondering whether anyone is going apart from me. After a few minutes, I found there was no one here. Seeing that I have decided to walk.
