In the hotel room, I was waiting for the three of them to arrive. I wanted to know what was going on in this city, compared to the news shown in the media.

The intel collected by Otto was way better. He had many years of experience doing this. So, I continued to wait.

The next second, the door opened. Hank and Patrick walked in with solemn expressions on their faces.

My eyes flickered. I didn’t know what had happened to Otto.

“What happened?”

“Why isn’t Otto here?” I asked back to back questions.

Hank and Patrick greeted me the next second.

“Master, he told us to go forward. He had some other work to do,” Patrick said in a calm tone.

Hearing that, I turned towards Hank. Then Hank said the same thing.

“Then why do you guys have such grave expressions?” I asked again.

“Master, we felt the presence of Magic Lords in the city. We don’t know whether they are good or evil Wizards,” Patrick said.

Both of them sat down on the sofa opposite me.

Their information was crucial. If Magic Lords are present here, then it’s necessary to find out their identities.

In the blink of an eye, he disappeared from their sight. He rushed back towards the hotel.

The old butler then turned towards the Young Master.

He said, “Young Master, someone is spying on us.”

Hearing that, the white-haired middle-aged man frowned. He too had found the gaze of an unknown person earlier.

“Go and follow him. I want to know who is behind him,” the Young Master said.

The next second, the old butler left the spot. He went towards the crowd where the unknown man had left earlier.

The Young Master then frowned before going back inside the building.

At the same time, Otto was rushing back to the hotel.

A few minutes later,

I was going through online articles on the device. Hank and Patrick were doing their own work.

[Ding! Warning!]

[Presence of Magic Lord detected near the hotel.]

The system voice sounded in my mind. The next second, my expression changed drastically. I stood up.

Seeing that, Hank and Patrick were taken aback. They stood up as well.

“Master, what happened?” Patrick asked.

Hank’s eyes flashed with fear. He had never seen such a serious expression on his Master Vincent’s face.

The next second, Otto opened the door and walked in. His face was filled with terror.

Seeing that, my eyes glinted with understanding.

“The three of you, hold hands together right now,” I said in a commanding tone.

The crimson curse on their mana cores acted. The three of them did as asked. Then I brought them inside the Gregor Mansion.
