Gravity Mage with Level-Up System - Chapter 1810: Part 2: Action

Chapter 1810: Part 2: Action
Nighttime
Taylor and Connor rushed back toward the airship. They saw that one side of the airship was broken.
“What happened?” Taylor asked.
Connor’s expression was grim. He had a bad feeling about this. They had been given orders to escort the important goods.
Then they saw old man Reese standing in mid-air. He was not stopping the powerful coercion releasing from his body.
“Old man, are you out of your mind?” Taylor asked.
Swoosh!
He moved toward the side of the old man. The powerful coercion was not affecting him.
Connor appeared by his side as well. He had already guessed something. His gaze fell on the airship on the ground.
It had lost its capability to fly.
“Old man, what about the goods?”
“Did you put them away in your storage bracelet?” Connor asked.
Hearing that, Taylor understood something. His expression changed drastically. Feeling the gazes of the two, old man Reese collected his thoughts.
“The goods were stolen. Someone stole them from under our noses,” Reese said in a grim tone.
Gasp!
Taylor and Connor were taken aback. Connor’s face turned ugly. His worst fear had come true. Something had happened. This old man deserved to die.
“Old man, where are the goods?” Taylor interjected this time. He suspected that the old man could have hidden the things himself because he was the one present near the door.
Hearing that, Connor’s eyes turned cold. A look of understanding dawned on him.
“Old man, show your storage bracelet,” Connor said a second later.
Taylor and he exchanged glances. They thought the old man was playing tricks on them. Old man Reese was dumbfounded. He looked at both of them and found they were suspicious of him.
“No, listen to me! When I entered the room, I found the room was empty. The goods were nowhere to be seen,” old man Reese said.
“Trust me,” he added.
But both the Magic Lords were not convinced.
Boom!
A fight took place. The two started fighting with the old man. Old man Reese was pushed backward.
He saw the two people were unconvinced. He too felt absurdity at the disappearance of the goods, but he was not lying.
Boom!
A tornado appeared all of a sudden. The wind force swept toward him. Old man Reese was once again thrown off by the force.
Taylor was not stopping; he was eyeing the storage bracelet.
In the blink of an eye, the three of them had moved away from the current location. They were fighting miles ahead.
The eight Supreme Wizards were on the ground. They didn’t know what to do. Their goods had been thrown onto the ground as well.
They collected those goods and waited for the fight to finish. All eight Supreme Wizards were worried that they would take the blame.
On the other hand, I had watched the whole drama. I didn’t expect the Magic Lords to move away from the spot.
Swoosh!
I appeared outside. I immediately saw the eight Supreme Wizards. A cold glint appeared in my eyes. It was the right time to get my revenge. I walked up to them.
My appearance startled them. Everyone was standing a distance away from the airship. Only the Captain, the assistant, and his workers were near the airship. They were looking for a way to repair it.
“Who are you?” one of them asked.
They didn’t expect someone to appear at this moment. They hadn’t felt his presence.
I ignored them. It was going to be my first big fight after becoming a Supreme Wizard. I was eager to see the power of the spell. It would have more Gravity Rule power than before.
“Gravity Field.”
I avoided the talk. Then I cast the 7th stage magic spell.
Boom!
The surroundings became quiet all of a sudden. Everyone felt their chests tighten. A powerful magic spell attack appeared out of nowhere. Everyone felt mountainous pressure land on them.
It was nothing but gravity pressure. The power of the gravitational force was such that it immediately impacted their bodies.
Pfff!
The next second, each one of them coughed up a mouthful of blood. They fell to the ground. The gravity pressure increased over time. As the seconds went by, the pressure began breaking their bodies.
Pfff!
Bones were struggling to withstand the pressure. Their internal organs were harmed. They were bleeding from their orifices.
Gasp!
This scene was witnessed by the captain, assistant, and other workers. They were terrified to the core. They were frozen on the spot. They didn’t dare to flee. They knew that if they tried to flee, their lives would be over.
The eight Supreme Wizards were horrified. They knew they faced a do-or-die crisis now. If the Magic Lords didn’t appear, they would die.
Some of them tried to use their rule power here. The rule power worked; it alleviated some of the pressure. But it couldn’t handle the increase in pressure.
On the other hand, I saw the struggle put up by the targets. Each of them was using rule power to offset the pressure.
Unfortunately, they were not body-type wizards. The abnormal pressure broke their bodies. One by one, they started fainting on the ground due to blood loss.
A few minutes later…
Blood mist covered the surroundings. The power coming from the corpses would deter any low-level wizards.
I immediately put away the eight disfigured corpses in the system space. Then I turned toward the survivors and killed them swiftly.
My gaze then fell on the goods inside the airship. These goods had been placed inside the other two cabins earlier.
I immediately looted the goods and fled from the place. I was sure the three of them would come back and investigate the place.
I had left behind some clues. People with special magic powers can find out the mana type.
If they find the Gravity mana, then they will relate it to me. I’m the only one known to have sub-taboo magic power. But I’m not worried. These people won’t dare to trace it back to me.
I’m part of the White Silver faction now. After figuring it out, I sighed inwardly. This operation went well, but it was a close call.
It was not easy to fool the Magic Lords. I don’t have the means to confront them yet, but that will change in the future for sure.
