According to their guess, it is probably the case with every high god that the three colored chains had always been within their authority and the three colored chains also became a part of them after they fused completely with the same.

Their breakthrough to become the high god of the pathway of telepathy was still going on, though. Their progress was faster than that of the god of nobles since they had already become a high god, and because their existence was quick to adapt to the power.

But just like the god of nobles, they couldn’t control their body for now or wield their power. This situation reminded them of how the god of seers had easily defeated the god of nobles when he was in the middle of advancing.

The source of the power of their advancement is the power of the original creator of the pathway. So the power was coming from the small grey ball of energy within them.

Unfortunately for them, their existence was not limitless. They haven’t even reached the level of a supreme origin god yet, so they surely can’t use up all of the power of the original creator of the pathway of telepathy.

When they reached their limit, they stopped growing stronger, and their advancement ended. However, the extra power from the pathway didn’t disappear and wasn’t lost. The remaining power stayed bound within the cocoon formed by the three colored chains.

Other high gods couldn’t sense the cocoon of energy, but they knew that it was there within the authority somewhere. They also knew that they could share this power with the godclads in their pathway in exchange for some benefits.

Since they couldn’t use this extra power, it seems like a good idea to lend it out in exchange for some benefits. These benefits include using Godclads as sources of energy regeneration instead of relying only on their own souls for the recovery of their energy.

High gods also use their godclads as resources to resurrect with. And if they are like the god of knowledge, who has the rank 8 Intelligence Superiority divine ability, which enables godclads of the pathway of knowledge to be more intelligent by borrowing the intelligence of weaker godclads in the pathway, they will be able to borrow the mental power of every godclad in the pathway.

The god of knowledge needed the godclads of his pathway, or he would lose a great source of his power. But they don’t need the godclads in their pathway, and they don’t need their godclads to help them acquire information like the god of knowledge.

They also don’t believe that anyone can kill them. This means that they won’t need to use their godclads as materials for resurrection. So they decided not to lend out their power to anyone.
