So everything was going well for the Supreme. Thanks to the success of his devouring and assimilating project, he was growing stronger and stronger with no end in sight.

No Absolute cared about what he was doing, and some were even hoping that he would succeed, so he would have gotten away with it if not for the fact that he became jealous of the beings with the potential to become Absolutes in the Multiverse.

He didn’t want any Absolutes to appear in the Multiverse and interfere with his plans, so he began nipping the problem in the bud by killing people with the potential to become Absolutes in the universe.

Things went sour when an Absolute from outside the timeline, who wanted his timeline to birth another version of themselves, came to stop what he was doing. So what he feared happened, but the source of the trouble came from outside the timeline.

The Absolute that came attacked the Supreme with a single move that nearly tore the Multiverse in half. If even the Multiverse couldn’t withstand their power, there was no way the Supreme would be able to, so the Supreme died.

Fortunately for him, the person who killed the Lord of Madness still had a use for his existence, so the Lord of Madness didn’t die a thorough death.

The person who killed the Lord of Madness took over his experiments and maintained them for him, but with the goal of actually creating an Absolute. Since the person was an Absolute, they had a better idea of how to create an Absolute.

On the other side, the Lord of Madness had left a backup plan in his experimental sights, like the void universe, and in his children. His backup plans will resurrect him as long as no one else has become the Supreme.

The first of his backup plans is that once his three children, Power, Wisdom, and Soul, fuse and become one, they will awaken his will and become him.

This backup plan didn’t work because only the god of power, who was blinded by power and didn’t care how it was acquired, wanted to fuse. The other two didn’t want to lose themselves. But the backup plan that the Lord of Madness left in the void universe worked.

During the final battle between Legion, the will of the void universe, and the god of power, the system that the god of power was carrying had taken the information of the will of the void universe and left with it together with the god of power, while the god of power took the origin source of the void universe.

When the god of power arrived in the Multiverse, he returned the system to the god of wisdom. Since the system was originally a part of the god of wisdom, it fused with him easily.

However, the will of the void universe that had previously parasitized the primogenitor of the void universe took advantage of the fusion to begin to parasitize and possess the god of wisdom. The god of wisdom couldn’t stop this because he was the one who willingly opened up his mind to the information contained within the will of the void universe.

So the Lord of Madness awakened in his son. The next step for him is to regain his position as the Supreme of this timeline. Unfortunately, this won’t happen because Legion has become an Absolute now.

As Absolutes, there is no way that they will lose to the will of heaven and the god of power. Not even the Boat of Transcendence, a toll that the Lord of Madness created by stripping the versions of himself across the timelines in possession of the aspect of Independence, can make the god of power steal from them and escape from them.

In the past or in the future, when they fought the god of power, the god of power was no match for them. But the god of power was able to escape thanks to the help of the Boat of Transcendence.

However, that cannot happen anymore since Legion has become UNITY. And since Unity isn’t limited to who they can fuse with, they were able to fuse with the god of power, the will of the void universe, and the god of soul.

From there, they began fusing with every version of the god of soul and the god of power across time and space within this timeline. The same thing is also happening for the will of the void universe.

This is the power of an Absolute. ANNIHILATION can kill a being and erase every version of that being across time and space in a timeline. They, on the other hand, can unite with every version of a being across time and space.

In raw power, ANNIHILATION is stronger than them. After all, ANNIHILATION has been an Absolute far more than them. But if they succeed in uniting with ANNIHILATION, they will gain the power of ANNIHILATION too.

However, since ANNIHILATION is much stronger than they are, they won’t be able to unite with him just yet. Fortunately, they are not out of options.

After they fuse with every version of the void universe, they will also fuse with every version of the universes’ binding ANNIHILATION. If that isn’t enough, it will surely be enough for them to fuse with the Absolute that maintained the operation of the experiments of the Lord of Madness and allowed them to become an Absolute.

When they first came to the past, they met an Absolute. That Absolute was maintaining the various operations of the Lord of Madness. This Absolute is the one who killed the Lord of Madness.

Now that they have become UNITY, they know that the Absolute is actually a version of Legion from another timeline. This version, like other Absolutes, came to this timeline and maintained the operation of the Lord of Madness so that the version of Legion in this timeline can become UNITY.
