Harem System In A fantasy World - Chapter 161: What did you have in mind

Chapter 161: What did you have in mind
The system store began to scroll in front of his eyes.
Rows of spells appeared one after another.
“This is not very efficient.” He frowned. Most of these were useless. Not really useless per se, but to him, they might as well have been.
“Filter out combat-related spells, and then narrow it down to ones that fit my fighting style.”
[…]
The system did as he had asked. Maybe he might miss out on a few gems and useful spells if he took this approach. But right now, he needed efficient firepower.
The water element first appeared first.
[Water Prison – Lv3 – 1 200 points]
[Pressurized Jet – Lv3 – 1 500 points]
[Frost Edge – Lv3 – 1 800 points]
[Ocean Pulse – Lv4 – 12 000 points]
[Glacial Dominion – Lv4 – 15 000 points]
[Tidal Domain – Lv4 – 18 000 points]
Elion read through them slowly.
Most of the level three spells were strong, but simple. Good for control or mid-range combat. The level four spells were different. They required more mana, but their effect was on another level.
He moved to Earth.
[Stone Coffin – Lv3 – 1 300 points]
[Quake Step – Lv3 – 1 600 points]
[Iron Bark – Lv3 – 2 000 points]
[Gravity Well – Lv4 – 11 000 points]
[Earth King’s Guard – Lv4 – 14 000 points]
[Seismic Rupture – Lv4 – 17 000 points]
Then Fire.
[Blazing Rush – Lv3 – 1 400 points]
[Ember Veil – Lv3 – 1 700 points]
[Inferno Brand – Lv3 – 2 200 points]
[Crimson Surge – Lv4 – 12 000 points]
[Hellstorm Cloak – Lv4 – 16 000 points]
[Phoenix Descent – Lv4 – 20 000 points]
He did not rush to pick.
He thought about how he fought.
He was strongest when combining magic with his sword. He did not need giant battlefield spells. He needed spells that supported his movement, enhanced his body, or disrupted enemies at close range.
For water, he chose [Frost Edge – Lv3]. It allowed him to coat his blade in freezing water, increasing cutting power and slowing enemies on contact.
For level four water, he picked [Ocean Pulse – Lv4]. It sent a heavy burst of compressed water outward from his body, perfect for breaking formations or creating space mid-fight.
Points deducted.
For Earth, he chose [Quake Step – Lv3]. Every step he took could send a small shock through the ground, disturbing the enemy’s footing.
For level four, he chose [Earth King’s Guard – Lv4]. A layered defensive spell that formed a dense barrier over his skin without slowing him down.
More points vanished.
For fire, he selected [Blazing Rush – Lv3]. It boosted his speed briefly with a burst of flame from his feet, perfect for closing the distance.
For level four, he picked [Crimson Surge – Lv4]. It enhanced his blade with intense flame energy that increased damage for a short period.
[Purchase confirmed]
One by one, the system deducted the cost.
A thousand here. Two thousand there. Ten thousand. Fifteen thousand.
When it was over, tens of thousands of points had disappeared from his balance.
Elion looked at the remaining number.
Still over two hundred thousand.
He exhaled slowly.
“These should be enough for now,” he muttered.
His fighting power had just grown sharper.
He tested the storage function, stored his sword away, and called for it again, and it instantly flashed into his grip.
He then stored it away once again. “This is handy.” He didn’t need to go around carrying his equipment anymore.
Elion grabbed his tunic from the floor and swung it over his shoulder.
His upper body was still bare, slightly bronzed, and glistening with sweat from the breakthrough. His muscles were defined from months of training, and faint lines of steam still rose from his skin.
He walked toward the door and unlocked the training room.
Mira had somehow arranged for him to use it privately for his breakthrough. Training rooms were usually packed at all hours, so it meant she had pulled some strings. He had not questioned it at the time, but now he was slightly impressed.
It was a good thing that he had decided to break through in here instead of his room.
There was a noticeable dent in the stone floor where he had collapsed during the breakthrough. If he had done that in his dorm, repairs would have been awkward to explain. At least in the training rooms, damage would be expected on occasion.
He slowly stepped into the corridor and closed the door behind him.
The lights were dim.
“Night already?” he muttered.
Time had passed quickly. Just then, the door to the training room next to his opened.
Three girls stepped out, dressed in tight training outfits that clung closely to their figures. Their hair was tied back, and their skin was slightly flushed from exercise.
They looked up.
Then they saw him.
Their eyes lingered on his bare chest, the sweat, the muscles still tense from exertion. They froze for half a second. Then they started blushing deeply.
One of them covered her mouth slightly. Another giggled under her breath. They whispered quickly to each other, casting shy but obvious glances at him.
Elion blinked.
Before he could move, all three began walking toward him.
They were not from his class, considering he didn’t know their names or faces. Still, it was clear they knew exactly who he was.
Who didn’t know the handsome Elion by now?
“Hey, Elion,” they said almost at the same time.
He gave a light smile.
“Finished training?” one asked.
“Yeah,” he replied calmly.
His smile deepened slightly.
That was a mistake.
Their blushes grew darker, and they began squirming from foot to foot, clearly affected by his charm.
“If you’ll excuse me,” he said politely, stepping forward to walk past them.
He barely made it a step.
They blocked his path.
Two of them suddenly reached out and grabbed his hands, holding them tightly. Their breasts pressed closer than necessary, brushing against his arms. The third girl stepped directly in front of him, placing her hand flat against his chest.
She leaned in slightly.
Elion raised a brow at their boldness.
His incubus bloodline roared in response, urging him to lean into the moment and to take advantage of the situation.
But he remained calm despite the heat spreading through him slowly.
“If you don’t mind…” the girl in front said softly.
She leaned closer, placing her lips near his ear.
“My friends and I would like to go somewhere quieter.”
Her warm breath brushed against his ear. Elion let out a quiet groan despite himself. This was… tempting.
Very tempting. And who was he?
His name was Elion. He wouldn’t disappoint a trio of beautiful ladies, no. He really wanted to see how far this would go.
Maybe they weren’t as beautiful as the likes of Mira, but they were beautiful nonetheless.
He was also curious.
How far were they willing to go? And more importantly, why now?
Something about the timing felt strange.
Mira had arranged for him to have the training room alone. These three just happened to finish at the same time. They just happened to walk out and see him shirtless and fresh from a breakthrough.
Was that really a coincidence?
A thought crossed his mind.
Did Mira set this up?
She had joked before about finding more “sister wives” for herself. Was this her doing? Had she sent them here on purpose?
But that didn’t quite feel right.
Mira knew him.
She knew he wouldn’t just accept random women without reason. So either she had misjudged him, or he had overestimated her intentions.
Or neither.
Maybe this truly was a coincidence.
Or maybe something else was going on entirely.
He wouldn’t find out by turning them away.
“Sure,” he said with a relaxed smile.
The girls brightened instantly.
They released his hands, though not without letting their fingers linger slightly longer than necessary.
“Please follow us!” one of them said excitedly.
They turned and began walking down the corridor, glancing back at him to make sure he was following.
Elion decided to put his tunic back on, closing up most of the buttons, and followed calmly.
He could only hope they didn’t run into Aria and the other girls returning from their dungeon run.
He watched the sway of their hips and the bounce and gentle ripple of their differently sized and shaped ass cheeks with a detached gaze.
While he appreciated their lovely figures, he wouldn’t go out of his way to show his lust openly. Looking was one thing, ogling was another.
Elion noticed the direction immediately; they were headed toward the dorm area. His eyes sharpened slightly, but his expression stayed relaxed. He kept walking behind them, listening to the soft echo of their footsteps against the stone floor.
One of the girls stopped in front of a door that he could only assume was one of their rooms and unlocked it quickly.
“Please come in!”
The black-haired girl with cute freckles smiled brightly and stepped aside to let him enter first before closing the door behind them.
The room was simple but neat. The bed was made properly, and the floor was clean. Near the window, lavender essence sticks burned slowly, filling the air with a soft, calming scent. Purple curtains framed the window, giving the space a gentle and warm feeling.
Elion took in the details quietly.
Before he could fully appreciate the room, he felt movement behind him.
All three girls pressed their bodies onto his strong frame again.
Two of them slid to his sides, holding his arms and pressing their breasts against him. The freckled girl stepped in front of him, her hands resting lightly on his shoulders as she looked up at him with bright eyes.
Their bodies were still warm from training, and their breathing was slightly uneven as they drank in his musky scent.
Elion stayed still, only watching them curiously. He didn’t make any movements to touch them or anything like that.
His incubus bloodline stirred strongly at the contact, heat rising steadily in his chest and his groin. He could feel their heartbeats, their anticipation, and their boldness.
But his mind stayed mostly clear.
He looked down at the girl in front of him calmly.
“So,” he said softly, “what exactly did you have in mind?”
