Harem System In A fantasy World - Chapter 284: He will see

Chapter 284: He will see
“Huh!?” That was her request!?
’So she is that kind of woman…’
Well, she is a demon, so… are all demons like this? Sluttly, lustful, and shameless to their core?
’But then again, how does she know my name?’
Elion’s mind raced, trying to piece things together, but nothing made sense. This whole situation was strange; everything that had happened, all of it, just for this?
He frowned slightly.
“How do you…”
“How do I know who you are?” she finished for him, her tone calm, almost amused.
Her hand lifted, and she gently caressed his cheek. Her touch was soft, warm, and gentle, her expression shifting just slightly, something almost melancholic flashing through her eyes as she looked at him.
“Now is not the time for you to know,” she said lightly.
Elion’s brows furrowed.
What was that supposed to mean?
“You do know that we are supposed to be enemies, right?” he asked again, his tone more serious now. He needed clarity, something he could ground himself in.
“Of course,” she replied easily, “I know everything about you…”
The way she said it made him uncomfortable.
There was obviously more to those words than what she was letting on. But he already knew she wouldn’t elaborate even if he asked her to explain what she meant.
But if she really wanted him that way, he was not going to say no, since he had no choice in the matter anyway. She was a beautiful demon woman. He had yet to taste one of those. Maybe he could cross that off his bucket list, even if he didn’t have one.
He wouldn’t mind obliging her. Though he didn’t like the idea of letting her take the lead. And worse yet, he wasn’t a fan of taking a woman that he wasn’t sure would be his in the future to bed.
If she wanted to take him here, he would make sure to add her to his harem in the future. Maybe he was weaker than her right now, but he was one hundred percent confident that it wouldn’t be the same case in the future.
’Wait…’ Was he forgetting something? ’This is just a trial!’ He screamed inwardly.
’She might not even be real, you idiot!’ He suddenly felt like he had been fucked up by the trial! Was she just playing around with him when she said she knew him?
Elion grumbled inwardly. He felt like he was about to pop a blood vessel. He didn’t know shit. He was completely blind right now.
’This is the worst feeling ever!’
He gave it a thought.
’Okay, let’s just go along with it, whatever happens after that, well, that’s a problem for the future me.’
Besides, he might actually get some points, which he was in desperate need of right now. He really needed to restock. Right now, though, he had to figure out how to take control of the situation.
“You’re not going to tell me anything, are you?” he asked, though it sounded more like a statement than a question.
“Nope,” she replied simply, her tone almost playful, “as I said, now is not the time.”
She leaned in slightly.
“Just do as you’re told,” she added softly, “and I will return you to your companions when I’m done with you.”
Elion blinked. That only made things more confusing.
Wouldn’t it be better to get rid of him afterward? That would benefit the demon forces far more.
So what was she playing at?
Was she… betraying her own kind?
Was she an ally or an enemy?
If so, how and why?
More and more questions kept popping up in his mind. It made him feel like hitting something to vent.
“I can see that you’re trying to make sense of the situation,” she laughed lightly, her breath brushing against his skin, “but don’t bother… You will never understand it as you are right now.”
Her fingers trailed along his jawline slowly. “Right now…” she whispered, “you should just forget everything… and follow my lead.”
She brought her lips close to his face, close enough for him to feel the faint warmth of her breath as she blew lightly against his skin, her touch ghosting along his cheek as she leaned in toward his ear.
Her breath brushed against his ear, sending a faint shiver down his spine as her fingers traced slowly along his jaw, then she moved down to his neck. Elion stiffened slightly.
“You’re too tense,” she murmured softly as her hand rested lightly against his collarbone.
Elion didn’t move yet. He just watched her from the corner of his eye, his expression guarded despite the proximity.
“You really expect me to just go along with this?” he asked quietly.
She paused for a moment. Then… she laughed.
“I don’t expect anything,” she said, pulling back just enough to look at him properly again, her eyes studying his face closely, “I already told you… You don’t have the luxury of refusal.”
Her hand slid back to his thigh, only resting there casually this time.
“But,” she added in a teasing tone, “I am interested in how long you’ll keep resisting me.”
Elion exhaled slowly through his nose.
“So?” she asked, tilting her head slightly, her eyes never leaving his, “what will you do, Elion?”
He suddenly chuckled lightly, his expression changing from being confused and hesitant to that of a calm person who had gotten exactly what they were looking for, “Who said anything about resisting?”
Zenith’s pupils narrowed into pinpricks, surprise flashing through her otherwise composed expression for the briefest moment.
She smiled, her hand moving up his thigh, only for Elion’s hand to move swiftly.
He caught her wrist firmly, using his other hand to wrap around the back of her head as he pulled her forward, closing the distance between them in one smooth motion. Before she could react to his attack, their lips met in a light kiss.
“!!!”
Elion had executed a bold, calculated move that completely flipped the dynamic in an instant.
He didn’t like being led on, so he had acted as he did to drop her guard so that he would be the one to initiate whatever steamy activities they were about to get into.
Maybe it was a last-ditch attempt for him to feel like he was the one in control, but at least it had worked.
For a fraction of a second, the world seemed to still. Zenith’s body went rigid.
“Mhmmm~.” A soft, low hum escaped her as her eyes slowly closed, her initial surprise melting into a satisfied melody.
Her free hand rose, her fingers slipping lightly into his hair as she tilted her head just slightly, returning the kiss with equal intensity as she tried to regain control of the situation, which, unfortunately for her, Elion wasn’t going to let happen.
For now, it was just their lips battling, as Elion tasted the cold touch of her lips. Until the kiss deepened from a simple touch, becoming aggressive, their mouths crashed together with a raw urgency that Elion controlled from the start.
He led the way, using his tongue to push past her lips to claim her mouth, exploring every inch with confident strokes.
Zenith tasted like sweet spice and like aged wine mixed with the faint tang of brimstone. A flavor that hinted at her demonic nature.
It was unfamiliar to him, but it was intoxicating. And it made his pulse race, and he felt his body heating up as he savored the heat of her.
She tried to push back, her tongue darting out to meet his in an attempt to wrestle for dominance, flicking tentatively against his. But her movements were clumsy and hesitant, lacking the skill to match his rhythm.
Elion felt it immediately by the way she hesitated before responding. Her lips began by pressing too softly at first, then too eagerly, like someone fumbling through uncharted territory.
He couldn’t help but chuckle and smile through the kiss.
This demon, with all her bold words and teasing glares, kissed like an amateur. He could feel her inexperience every time she tried to take the lead and failed spectacularly.
A smile tugged at the corners of his mouth inwardly, hidden against her lips. Was she putting on that dominant act to mask how new this was to her? Maybe she was actually a virgin after all?
’Now wouldn’t that be fantastic?’ The thought only fueled his drive to dominate, to show her exactly how it was done.
He tightened his grip on the back of her head, his fingers threading through her hair to hold her in place, refusing to let her pull away or redirect.
His other hand moved from holding her wrist, and moved to her thigh, tracing it to her back before finding the cleft of her ass, taking in and squeezing as much of the springy, soft flesh as he could while she was sitting.
“Ahhhhh~!” Her eyes opened in surprise as she gasped into his mouth, and Elion only squeezed harder.
“Mhmmmm~” his touch made her whimper into the kiss, her body arching instinctively as she tried again to assert herself once again.
Her free hand slid up his chest to grip his shoulder. Her nails were digging in as if to pin him down.
But Elion countered effortlessly, breaking the kiss just long enough to nip at her lower lip, sucking it between his teeth before plunging his tongue back in deeper this time.
She melted under him, her attempts to control fading as her body surrendered. Her hips bucked against his involuntarily, seeking more friction, while her fingers loosened in his hair, trembling slightly.
Elion’s hand on her ass slipped under her skirt through the vent, his fingers brushing against her bare blue skin before finding the strap of her underwear.
The texture of her flesh was unexpectedly smooth, like warm silk warmed by an inner fire, and he traced the thin line of the strap with his thumb.
Zenith shivered at the contact, her breath hitching into the kiss as his fingers hooked under the elastic.
She suddenly moved quickly, pulling back from the kiss while using her hand to hold his hand firmly in place to halt his advance just as he was about to slip his hand into her panties and explore.
“Wow, wow, wow, slow down there, tiger. There’s no need to rush,” she said quickly.
Elion paused; he licked his lips slowly as if tasting her on his lips, with a smirk curling at the corner of his mouth.
Her attempt to rein him in only stoked the fire in his groin. He could see the flush on her blue cheeks, the way her thighs clenched together instinctively, “Slow down?” he said quietly, “And why should we do that? I want you, you want me, I see no reason to slow down. Let’s just get right into it.”
His hand slid from the tangle of her hair, his fingers tracing the curve of her skull before wrapping around the base of one spiraling horn.
The rough texture felt warm in his palm like polished obsidian. “You have beautiful horns,” Elion murmured with his thumb stroking along the ridge that spiralled upward.
Zenith’s lips curved into a soft smile, but he caught the way the pink flush on her blue cheeks deepened to a richer rose, spreading down her neck.
He tugged gently on the horn, tilting her head further back to expose more of her throat. His mouth descended to latch onto the tender skin just below her jaw.
He sucked hard with his teeth, grazing the skin as his tongue licked at the spot, marking her with a blooming red mark that contrasted her azure hue.
Zenith’s breath stuttered, “N-No… Not there…” Her body shuddered, “He will see if you leave a mark.”
