Kyle couldn’t move. Ella rode him until she reached her climax, and she almost passed out from the sheer ecstasy of it all.
She couldn’t believe she had starved herself of something this wonderful for so long.
It was a miracle she didn’t run mad from being deprived for so long, and she knew for a fact she wouldn’t be able to last that long again, especially after what she had done with Kyle.
She hadn’t thought much about him in terms of sex or the potential he had, but he exceeded every expectation she had set for him.
Kyle showed her why women flocked to him, why he was able to tame Jane.
Ella was on the bed, barely able to move. However, this wasn’t the case for Kyle, who had unnatural stamina at this point.
Ella was scared of her actions because there was no telling how this would affect her relationship with Kyle and herself.
She couldn’t hold it—Ella had allowed lust to win, but this was due to Kyle playing his cards right.
Ella didn’t know whether she should leave the bed or ask him to leave, as she wasn’t sure if he would provide aftercare.
“Are you okay?” Kyle asked her, and Ella nodded quickly, like she didn’t know how to act now that she could think straight.
It was a pain in the ass because everything she had done in the last couple of hours replayed in her head, and she was frozen in shock that she had done something so depraved.
Kyle was acting normal because they had sex, and he understood that it came with aftercare naturally, even though this risked creating an emotional attachment.
Kyle knew, considering what they had just done, that this was the least important factor.
He snuggled up beside her, and Ella almost recoiled at his touch because it startled her. This was something she wasn’t expecting, as he placed his hand around her stomach to draw her in.
Ella thought he wanted to go again, but Kyle didn’t initiate anything, nor was he hard.
“W-What are you doing?” Ella asked, but Kyle had no intention of letting go.
“Hush, I’m trying to sleep,” Kyle responded, and this made her relax because it showed he was trying to do so. After all, he wanted to—not because he had to.
This made all the difference, and Ella closed her eyes, resting in his arms.
“You are something…” Ella muttered under her breath, but they both needed the rest.
However, before Kyle drifted into a slumber, he got an update from his system.

Cleopatra was glad she got to meet Kyle, and from their first encounter, she knew right away that he could potentially be of use to her because he fought back.
No one fought back against her, not even her sister, but Kyle did just that.
He was family-oriented, and while she didn’t particularly love her sister, she could use Kyle’s affection for her to her advantage.
She had added that little initiative because she understood people worked a lot better with persuasion.
The men with her dared not speak, even though they questioned her motive. Cleopatra not only had a sizeable influence in the underworld, but she also had connections with some of the more powerful figures in the country.
She sat in the back of the car with an envoy around her. There was no doubt she wasn’t the only one watching her competition.
Cleopatra was aware the Mafia would have eyes on her as well, but they were yet to make a move.
She understood why they hadn’t—because there would be no return. Cleopatra was the last person they would want to kill, or at least, this was what she had concluded.
But was this the case? The answer to that question would come to light as a motorbike pulled up beside the car.
The convoy already had eyes on this suspicious duo because there was another person mounted on the back of the bike.
They honked to try to dissuade the bike from overtaking them, but to no success. Cleopatra glanced over her shoulder and noticed the bike slowing down.
She didn’t look scared or panicked; all she did was take a deep breath.
“Get rid of them,” she commanded the men in the car, and in no time, they popped out of the car, wielding their guns.
It would be extreme to open fire, but this was enough to dissuade the bike from continuing on its path, as they hit the brakes suddenly.
Cleopatra didn’t care much about anyone, but there was one thing she wasn’t going to risk—and that was her safety.
But this was a diversion, because from the front, a car suddenly swerved into their lane and rammed right into the car leading the convoy.
It shattered, and Cleopatra’s driver managed to swerve out of the way but crashed into a nearby rail.
The fact that this road barely had any cars on it made it ideal for an assassination.
Men came out of the car, opening fire right away, killing the men in the first car as they made their way forward.
Cleopatra’s car was sandwiched between two other vehicles before the attack—vehicles that were positioned to survey the road while she met Kyle.
“Damn it!” Cleopatra muttered under her breath. Her breathing was heavy as blood dripped down her forehead.
The men slowly made their way to her car, and the bike that had stopped prior took care of the car that was leading from behind.
They opened fire almost simultaneously with the crash at the front, making this a two-pronged attack.
This meant Cleopatra was left alone with the little security left in this car—but would this be a successful hit?
There were approximately six assailants in number, and they were well-armed. Cleopatra had only three more people with her.
The driver had taken stray bullets and was wounded, and all Cleopatra did was sigh in frustration.
“This is going to push back my schedule…” Cleopatra muttered under her breath.
