- Chapter 432 Gazing at the Divine Treasure for Three Full Days Without Moving a Muscle

Xiao Qingxue listened carefully, memorizing each face, each name, each subtle interaction.
Though her expression remained calm, her thoughts moved swiftly beneath the surface.
“This man…” she thought, glancing briefly at Lin Feng. “He really is different from what I expected.”
There was no arrogance in him, no oppressive aura despite his strength.
Instead, there was an ease and an almost effortless control over the environment around him.
And perhaps that was what made him the most dangerous.
When the introductions ended, she stepped forward without hesitation and took a seat at the table.
“Thank you, Master Lin Feng,” she said softly.
Her tone was respectful, but there was no trace of submission… only acknowledgment.
As she settled in, the atmosphere slowly returned to its previous liveliness, though an undercurrent of curiosity remained.
A new presence had joined the group. Three of them, in fact, arrived today.

Dinner soon came to an end, and the lively atmosphere gradually settled into a quieter rhythm.
Xiao Qingxue did not remain idle.
Without needing to be asked, she stepped forward to help clear the table, gathering the dishes with calm efficiency.
Her movements were graceful yet precise, showing that even such mundane tasks were carried out with care.
The Bai sisters, Bai Meili and Bai Lian, followed suit, assisting with the cleaning as well.
Though they came from respectable backgrounds, neither of them showed any reluctance in doing these simple chores.
It was an obvious, unspoken competition.
Each of them understood their position and wanted to prove their worth in their own way.
Lin Feng’s women were diverse not only in personality but also in strength and background.
Some were gentle and reserved, others confident and bold, and a few carried an unmistakable aura of power that set them apart from ordinary cultivators.
Yet despite their differences, one thing remained constant… they were all exceptionally beautiful.
As Xiao Qingxue worked, her gaze would occasionally drift across the room, quietly observing.
Among them all, one person caught her attention the most.
Emery.
From the moment she arrived, Xiao Qingxue had tried to gauge everyone’s cultivation.
It was second nature to her.
Yet when it came to Emery, she found nothing… no fluctuation, no depth, not even the faintest hint of spiritual energy she could grasp.
It was as if Emery simply… didn’t exist within her perception.
That, more than anything, surprised her.
“Strange…” Xiao Qingxue thought, her brows knitting ever so slightly. “Either she’s completely ordinary… or far beyond me.”
And instinct told her it was not the former.
Still, she did not dwell on it for too long.
There were more immediate things to focus on, and drawing unnecessary attention to her curiosity would serve no purpose.
Then there was the peculiar little chicken, a creature that left Xiao Qingxue more bewildered than anything else she had encountered.
Soon, the cleaning was finished.
The courtyard returned to a calm state, illuminated softly by the night sky above.
One by one, the women dispersed, returning to their respective rooms but not all.
The majority followed Lin Feng to the master bedroom.
Xiao Qingxue had just finished putting away the last of the dishes when…
“Ah…!”
A soft, startled sound escaped her lips as she froze in place.
From within Lin Feng’s room, sounds began to echo out into the quiet night.
They were not loud enough to disturb the entire courtyard, yet in the stillness, they carried clearly.
Xiao Qingxue stood there, momentarily caught off guard.
She had prepared herself for many possibilities… danger, conflict, even sudden orders but this… had not crossed her mind.
The sounds continued, rising and falling with an unmistakable rhythm.
Her expression stiffened slightly, a rare crack in her otherwise composed demeanor.
“What…” she hesitated, unsure whether to leave immediately or pretend she had heard nothing at all.
What made it even more curious was that, despite the number of women gathered earlier, the voice she could hear most clearly belonged to just one person.
Li Yuhua.
“Ahhhhhh…”
“Ohhhhh…”
“Ughhhh…” She sounded like someone was murdering her in the most pleasurable way possible.
The realization made Xiao Qingxue’s thoughts falter for a brief moment.
She turned her gaze away instinctively, her ears growing faintly warm despite her calm exterior.
Without another second of hesitation, she quietly stepped away from the area, choosing distance over lingering in such an awkward situation.
Yet even as she left, one thought lingered in her mind…
“This place… is far more unconventional than I expected.”

Meanwhile, in another room, the Bai sisters had also fallen into an uneasy silence as the faint sounds from Lin Feng’s quarters reached their ears.
Bai Lian’s face flushed almost instantly.
“I-Is that…” she began, only for her voice to trail off before she could finish.
Though she had only awakened recently, her sister had already explained many things to her including the more intimate aspects of the birds and the bees.
Even so, hearing it so directly was an entirely different experience.
Her fingers tightened slightly around her sleeves, her heart beating a little faster as she avoided looking toward the source of the sound.
Beside her, Bai Meili was no better.
“Hm…” she murmured softly, her usual composed demeanor slipping just slightly as a faint blush crept across her cheeks.
Back then, she had boldly offered herself to Lin Feng, declaring her willingness to stand by his side as his woman and wife.
At the time, her resolve had been unwavering, her confidence absolute.
But now…
Reality felt very different from words.
She knew exactly what was happening behind those doors.
And when Lin Feng had entered earlier, she had not followed.
Not because she was unwilling but because, at that moment, she hesitated.
And that hesitation now lingered in her heart. For the first time, doubt surfaced.
It wasn’t jealousy… at least, not entirely. It was something deeper.
A realization that being by Lin Feng’s side was not as simple as making a declaration.
It required a certain kind of resolve… and perhaps something even more.
