Hei Anjing said, “Oh, I didn’t expect for you two to appear before this lord. Is there something you wish to say?”

The man with white hair and black eyes kneels before Hei Anjing, “This Guardian greets his highness!”

“This lord knows why you have appeared before me. Don’t worry. The existence of your child, my father (Hunluan) approves of it. He doesn’t need to worry about disappearing once this garden is gone. Ancient God Quye killed Hei Anjing of his first life, this is a sin the cosmos could never pardon. However, like always the cosmos cannot make a big move to punish anything within it. It can only weave fate and destinies to achieve what it wants.

That’s why when a chaos guardian met the dying Quye, the latter’s death is destined in this star. His soul was forever imprisoned in this world. Until those who can kill him would come. This world had resets more than a thousand times and the one most affected by it was Minkong whose soul cannot be freed from the existence of the Chaos Flower Garden.

After sitting on the bed, the couple started asking one another. Mo Minkong had a lot to say to his mate and also asked a lot of things about the current situation and how his family, them, are doing while he wasn’t around. He didn’t expect that his beastman wife would ask the question first.

“How are you feeling? Are you allowed to leave that place? You will not get punished again won’t you?” Hezi asked nonstop with a worried expression on his face.

Mo Minkong held his hand and placed it on his face, squinting his eyes in joy. He also hugged his mate whom he had been missing in his heart all this time.

He answers, “I’m alright. I can’t get sick or die easily. Do not worry. I was allowed to meet you this time and will not receive punishment for leaving the garden.”

“That’s good, sigh~” said Hezi, the ninetailed fox beastman in relief as he let himself be hugged by this man whom he had been missing all this time.

“How long can you stay this time?” Hezi asked.

Mo Minkong didn’t answer right away as he knew that he couldn’t stay for too long.

“Maybe three days…”

“Three days… That should be long enough for our children to remember your face. Next time, maybe when the children are a little bigger, we will visit you instead,” Hezi whispered.
