Chapter 1993: 24.254 Sixth Violet Star – Dwarf Kingdom
As the events within the alliance city continued to unfold, the four outsiders had appeared observing the chaos under their feet. They were floating in the sky watching the changes in the city which the four races had created. The core of the city which is the Taming Academy was the first one to fall. After the sudden opening of the space portal where students were caught off guard and massacres caused by the beasts took place. Moreover it was not only once but twice. With the fact that the principal was a traitor of the human race and that it was him who had caused the whole situation made the parents feel distrustful towards the academy. In the end, the academy was abandoned as the war suddenly took place making all the teachers go to the frontlines to fight.
Among the four regions, the Elven race’s district had been abandoned and clearly the elves had left this part of land and moved away from the alliance itself. It was now unknown what happened to them after their current Elf King had gone insane. On the other hand, the dwarven race had gone hiding after being targeted by both the human and elven race. The reason for this, as in the eyes of the human race, it was the dwarf race who had attacked first, while the elves knew that with their king acting insane, they couldn’t deny that maybe the dwarf king was indeed almost killed by their elven king. They were just defending themselves.
It’s just that no one truly knew what had unfolded in the Ruler’s meeting. Was the Dwarf King truly almost killed by the Elf King? Why did the Elf King go insane? Why is the new marshal of the human race left unharmed? Is this the fault of Marshal Gu Ying?
With so many questions left unanswered, the alliance between the four races had fallen. The traitors within the clan took this as an opportunity to completely destroy the alliance. They even prevented the rulers of the beastmen race guarding the borders to know about the current situation of the city. With the marshal masking the movements and actions taken by the others, the human race still didn’t know that the leader they are currently reverencing is the worst kind of villain that caused the destruction of the alliance.
The two wardens were sent to the city by Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang first before heading to the borders.
Zhi Yue said, “We are going now.”
“Be careful. Master’s feelings had never been wrong before,” said Zhi Yang.
The two systems once again teleported and headed to the borders where their targets were located. Their protection targets that they must keep alive no matter what. Compared to the task of the two wardens, their task was easier as they only needed to protect someone. As for the former, they need not only to keep themselves hidden, but also to be careful at the presence the God of Destruction had felt before sending them here. The presence of a foreign existence that shouldn’t appear here.
The two exchanged glances before the two disappeared in thin air once again. After the two systems had left, Warden Yun Ming looked at his partner who was silently observing the area. He immediately controlled the shadow realm of his lord to hide their presence. Right now, as if they are in another dimension yet still exist like ghosts in reality.
Warden Yun Ming asked, “Where should we go first, Wuye? We cannot spread out consciousness just so we can find Vega.”
“Don’t worry. I use the wind to probe the forest. He is currently not in the territory of the beastmen,” said Chief Warden, Lou Wuye.
Yun Ming who was watching the happenings below noticed a group of humans in military clothing scattered around a collapsed street near the ancient forest.
He said, “Either he heads to the Elven territory or the dwarven land. This state of collapse on the ground is like burying a hidden path triggered when a hole was forcibly made. This is something the dwarves are good at.”
“But would the former elf king help the dwarves for no reason? If it’s his own race then it’s possible. That is unless someone from the dwarf race knew what caused the chaos to descend in this city.” said the Chief Warden, Lou Wuye.
“The Dwarf King, Garan!”
The two wardens seem to have the same guess. So they immediately headed to the district under the control of the dwarven race. When they arrived at the location, the whole district was in ruins, buildings were on fire, all things that could be broken were destroyed, even the glasses on the stores were fragmented into pieces. What made it worse is that the dead were left all over the area. Most of the dead were dwarfs who failed to completely escape when the chaos had descended.
Upon seeing this scene, the two wardens were too calm as if walking on a normal street in a marketplace. Their eyes never wander around the dead. As such scenes were something they are already used to after watching over the Nether Prison where even the divinity can be killed.
The Chief Warden, Lou Wuye said, “With how this place ended like this, the dwarves might have either run off or went into hiding?”
“Can you find them?” asked Warden Yun Ming.
“The wind cannot pick up any presence of the dwarves. But if the former elf king is with them then the wind elements should be able to find him.” The Chief Warden, Lou Wuye said.
With wind as his main elements, though he wasn’t as how the ice elements are crazy about Lord Hei, the God of Destruction, they would still appear as long as he summoned them. After a few wind elementals were called by the chief warden, they stare at Lou Wuye for a good time, before finally flying around him and hiding beside Warden Yun Ming. It’s when the chief warden didn’t have a smile on his face, he looked like a stern, and dangerous man just by his vibes alone. These scared the little wind elements and come seeking help from the gentle looking handsome man like Yun Ming.
The reaction of the Chief Warden Lou Wuye to this was a slight frown but for the little wind elementals this just made him more menacing. Making the young elementals tremble and making his lover laugh.
Pfft~
“Don’t frown. Haha~ you are making them even more nervous,”
said Warden Yun Ming.
Sigh~
“You ask them where the former elf king is,” said Lou Wuye. “If they didn’t know, ask them to find him for us.”
Seeing the reactions of the small, fragile things, Lou Wuye stopped staring at them and pretended not to see them. It was only then the little creatures came out behind Yun Ming’s hair and looked at him. The latter smiled at them, making them relax. The conversation between Warden Yun Ming and the wind elementals was a bit lively. Wind elementals are inherently lively and cheerful yet they are a bit timid before someone with a strong presence like the chief warden, Lou Wuye.
Warden Yun Ming suddenly said, “They said that they could sense their emperor in the underground before that street collapsed. It seems that they had indeed taken an underground route and it would take a while for them to reach him.”
“Tell them to come find us when they find the former elf king. For now, let’s observe the city.” Lou Wuye said.
After the wind elementals heard what their summoner had told them to do, they decided to find their emperor or the man this pair is looking for. Meanwhile, the two wardens investigated the whole city and gathered the information for their leaders to be reported for later. This information will also be shared to the two systems just in case.

At the point of view of the former elf king, Lord Vega.
The long slide had finally reached the end of the tunnel after a long hour of journey. Though this distance would take more than hours to complete just by walking, riding on a sled and sliding down will be exciting for young children. But for someone at Lord Vega’s age. Sitting still without doing anything is not only hard for his back but also for his bottom. A long hour of seating made his bottom a bit numb.
Moreover, this journey is like riding on a roller coaster with loops and all. It was only thanks to Lord Vega’s tough stomach that he didn’t puke as soon as the ride had stopped. He was a bit sleepy though.
“Senior! We have arrived!” said the dwarf king Gallian.
After reaching the end of the slide, Lord Vega was slightly massaging his waist and legs. A few good cracks were heard coming from him as he stretched his body. With the young dwarf prince leading him, he followed him towards the dark, short hallway until they reached a stone door, Prince Gallian had pushed open for his senior.
Dwarf Prince Gallian upon opening the door exposed the merry yet calm scenes beyond the door. He was stunned to see such a lively scene from a race that is almost exterminated by their former ally.
Dwarf Prince Gallian said, “Senior! Welcome to the Underground Dwarf Kingdom!”
