Chapter 2000: 24.261 Sixth Violet Star – Leaving the Elven Village
Seeing the crying face of his mate, Prophet Heri, realized that he had gone too deep with this prophecy and almost didn’t return to reality. Moreover, his whole body is out of energy and it must be the backlash of seeing through something he wasn’t yet allowed to see. Lord Vega panicked seeing that his mate upon waking up didn’t move and realized that something was wrong with him.
The former elf king said, “Heri? Are you okay? Someone! Bring a doctor!!” He shouted, causing chaos from the outside.
His voice resounds in the whole tribe making even those busy elders scrambling to see the guardian. After all, if the guardian is this listless, it only meant something had happened to the prophet. People hurriedly went to the place where the guardian and the prophet live. It took awhile for them to arrive and saw the guardian seated beside the prophet who was lying on the bed and the couch and unable to move at all. Thankfully, he can still speak to tell them what happened.
“Your highness! Lord Prophet! What happened to you?” an elderly beastman asked upon seeing the current state of their prophet.
Heri had been comforting his mate until the elders had arrived. However, he still couldn’t move his body even now. It seems the backlash is a bit heavier now than before.
“No worries. It’s just a backlash.” Prophet Heri said to the worried elder beastmen. He then looked at his mate and comforted him. “Husband, don’t worry. I will regain my strength in a few days. It’s just this time, I had a peek at something I shouldn’t have and was punished for it. This is not a permanent weakening. Our race is protected by the Beast God after all.”
“Listen. What I have seen is about our tribe’s future. I don’t know when but in the future, our forest’s barrier will be breached. Humans and their beasts that had turned as monsters would attack our land and war would start.”
“However, we won’t easily fall. We have the backing of the two lords, the Elemental God and two mythical beast gods. However, because of this reason we cannot send any adults to inform our leaders. There is a need to send some children to inform the leader and the beast god.”
Upon hearing the prophecy from the prophet everyone was now sure that they needed to prepare faster for the incoming war that was foreseen and would definitely happen in the future. Though their expressions were grim their eyes were determined to prepare for this kind of future. The elders looked at one another and after bidding their farewells to the guardian and the prophet, they excused themselves to complete their duties.
After all the elders had left, Heri stared at his beloved and smiled at him. It seems that the fact that his whole body couldn’t move right now left his mate a bit in a bad mood. He had always disliked it when he foresaw the future. However, this is beyond their control and whatever he can foresee was something the world wanted him to see. So when he peek at the future he wasn’t meant to see, a huge backlash landed him this time. But whatever he had seen made him realize why his nephews aren’t directly interfering with the current war in this world. They are waiting for that being to come out so they can protect their world, not just their race but everything this world possesses.
A duty heavier than fighting in war and a responsibility is beyond the means of mortals and the divines they knew about.
An enemy that can easily destroy their world, a power that prevents the extermination of their planet and protection that prevents the destruction of their existence. Those are something he wouldn’t have expected for his nephews to be involved. But undeniably, it’s the future he had seen in that world.
The former elf king noticed his lover had fallen deep in his thoughts as if recalling something. He asked him to catch his attention.
“What else have you seen for you to fall in such a dazed, wife?” Lord Vega asked.
Prophet Heri looked at his mate and suddenly said, “Would you believe me if I told you that this world would be destroyed in the future?”
“What?!” Lord Vega exclaimed as he couldn’t believe what his mate had just said.

Meanwhile at the human district…
After the return of the new marshal, Gu Ying, to this region, all humans in the area had welcomed him like a hero. Cheering and lifting banners, this hero’s welcome was something Gu Ying didn’t react too much to. In the eyes of the humans, he is a stern leader who would never let them down. What they didn’t know is that it was he who had destroyed the peace they were enjoying before and lead the destruction of the alliance and fall of this city which is supposed to be their home.
In the military compound, the marshal’s office
Gu Ying had summoned his beast which is now no different from a monster. He sat at the single couch and removed his tie. He looked out of the window of the room watching the joyous scenes below with a cold gaze. His gaze is no different from looking indifferently at humans as if he only sees them as ants.
“Slave, have you taken control of the humans standing in this group? It thinks it’s time to exterminate both the dwarfs and elves. Then we can attack the beastmen race and completely clean up this land.”
{Master, everything is under control. Those generals and other officers were now under this slave’s control.}
The monster that didn’t even have any shape of its former self and now gained sentience had responded to its master.
“Tomorrow, we are going to destroy the dwarf race first. Issue my command to those puppets of yours.” The human marshal, Gu Ying said.
{As you wish, my master!}

Currently, at the Elven Territory…
Elf Vera had gathered everyone who was willing to risk their life to accompany their leader. They had begged some of the elementals to hide their families if they were in danger and thankfully they had arrived. They were all planning to leave the lands, and didn’t even notice that an elf from the other factions that was left to surveil them had learned about their plans and immediately reported it to the elven elders.
The action of leaving the clan without the permission of the king or an elder is no different than deserting their own clan. You would be treated as traitors by your whole clan. Even so, Lord Vera and his faction don’t care about being seen as a traitor of the current Elven race. Not only do they not accept the current king who had taken over the throne of the former elf king, just the fact that the elder chose to remove the existence of Elf King Vega had angered them a lot and become detached to their own race.
There is also the fact that they had imprisoned Vera for too long. If not for the fact that they need the water dungeon to restrain their current crazed king, those who were imprisoned by the elders for no right reasons would never be able to leave the water dungeon.
The spy after reporting to the elder elves about the plan of the other faction to leave them behind in this village instantly angered the elders. In the middle of the night, the sound of a bell ringing woke up everyone in the whole village. This bell sound is no different than a siren in this place.
After hearing these bells, Lord Vera knew that their plan was exposed and he immediately destroyed the warning bells and immediately hurried the group to leave the place. The road that was led outside was blocked by a spell plant that only listens to the elves. Any elf in this village can control it though it would take some time, it would still listen and create a path outside as the group wishes.
Who would have thought that the elder dwarfs would gather soon and try to stop them?
“Stop! Where the hell are you going!?” An elderly hoarse voice echoes in the whole village making sure that everyone can hear his words.
As expected those elves who had gathered by the sounds of the bell all looked at the group who was trying to leave the village.
Lord Vega gestured to his subordinates to control the vines to open a path for them while confronting the elders.
He said, “We are leaving the village. We want to find the Elf King Vega and seek his help and protection.”
The elder elves were enraged when Elf Vera mentioned the name of the former elf king. The man whom they all felt afraid of and schemed to be exiled for marrying another race when he can intermarry inside the clan.
An Elder Elf bellowed, “Why are you calling the traitor who had abandoned his own race just to marry a beastman!?”
“Do not call him king! He is not worth it!!” Another elderly dwarf shouted.
Seeing the seething rage within the eyes of the elder elves mixed with instinctive fear, Elf Vera couldn’t help but sarcastically chuckles at them.
Pfft~
“Even with the king gone, you old things still can’t completely hide your fear towards King Vega. Is it because you can’t control him that you had him exiled? In the first place, it was only you old things who couldn’t accept the prophet and used his different race as a reason to push out Elf King Vega. You are afraid of getting your authority taken away. Isn’t that the real reason you sent him away?” Elf Vera said.
