And now….with the news Arthur had told the world, Arturia once again become the focal points of the world.
The last time Arturia commands this many attentions were during Death Monarch gathering of the world powers in Arturia and the subsequent assassination attempt by some forces.
This time, clearly the Dome would be used again.
However, there is a difference between this time and the last time. Death Monarch did not call for an Assembly of the world powers instead it is just a news relaying to the world that he is back.
And this is why the gaze toward Arturia right now is a gaze filled of distrust.

And inside the city, inside a tavern somewhere near the capital city of Arturia, there is someone covered in black robe, drinking some wine made from magical herbs listening to the conversation around him

So, even if one tries to peek down the hood and see his face, his face would be blurry
And in Arturia this is common.

Even though there is a decrease of these people since Arturia became a vassal of Pandemonium, that did not mean all of them stopped coming

People like this who wear dark robes that could hide their figures and hood are usually just visitors from the outside, just here for a few days before once again sailing the high seas
“Heard Death Monarch is here. The world powers would surely come now. This place would surely become full of chaos. I thought of sailing out before such things happens”
“I never thought Arthur had such deep connection with Pandemonium that Death Monarch would descend down here”

Some had already made plans to sail out of the city for a few weeks until the matter settles down.
Whether the news is true or not, Arturia would now become the focus of attention. And it is not all good for the people of this land.
“You mean he wanted to wade in the civil war in Pandemonium?”

The man with the hood is just there drinking his wine hearing all of this conversation. His real face is a face of a young man.
And his hair is silver, a beautiful face that seems like it is sculpted by the divine hidden by the hood.
This man is Rafah. Some people know him by another name, Yewa Hafar. And he is sighing. Even though he is far away, he could see it.
But that moment when Katarina encased the entire region with ice, the moment that powerful aura was unleashed, that Ice Age, Rafah simply cut off the connection.
When they were fighting in the mirror dimension, Rafah also was monitoring that battle. He could do this because he has one of his clones in the Mirror Dimension.
It is a backup plan if things go awry in this world. He just had to be careful not to get noticed by the Arrayist Master Lee Sangmin who made the mirror dimension his own domain.
Katarina was right. Someone was orchestrating from behind. But it is not an enemy that Katarina knows.
It is not the usual politician stabbing her from the back, it is not from the Senate, not from external enemies
It is an enemy that she did not even know is targeting her. How could one guard against such an enemy?

Though he appears in front of Rosulka with different identity.
He knows that she would fly through the Ten Seas and he even divine where she would be in trouble
The seven continents of the world powers are all actually designated in such a way that it would make reaching Pandemonium almost nigh impossible if Azief wanted to.
Some people could not see it but if one looked at it from an aerial view it would be like three gates from the north and south tip of Pandemonium. Three on the front, three on the rear.
And the last gate is Pandemonium itself.
It is Azie ingenious design in case there is another planetary invasion.
Pandemonium would be the world sanctuary if such thing happens. This is known to the world powers.
And they agree because they all have seen what could happen when interplanetary aliens began attacking Earth
But to the people of the world they did not know that each of the continents of the seven great powers is situated in such a way and that it is a barrier.
However, it is also precisely because of this, Rafah could chart the possibility of where Katarina could come from.
And make the plan
But Rosulka after all, could not defeat Katarina. The best she could do is just delay her. And that is enough
After all, it is not like Rafah wanted to kill Katarina.
Not to mention Katarina is necessary for his plans.

“I had hoped Rosulka could delay her a little bit longer. At least another day would be preferable” And Rafah could not help but sigh.
“Katarina has break through my obstacle. And she has a few new tricks” though in Rafah eyes, this new trick is an old trick. This Ice Age is just an early version of the Frozen World.
When she became a Sovereign, Katarina ability to freeze things reached an Omniversal level.
She, once accidentally froze an entire star system when she was sleeping on top of a dead planet.
“And there is Erika, that conduit of Borgan” he paused for a moment and shakes his head
“Borgan….how much did she sees?”
Rafah is an old being.
But even he is not older than the Etherna.
What he knew about the Etherna might be more complete than some other ancient beings. But even though he dares not claim he knows all the things about Etherna
But he is quite confident he has quite the detailed information about the famous Etherna during the Etherna war.
The Houses of Etherna that fought against the Creator and the Destroyer.
Borgan is one of the members of this houses.

Borgan, this Etherna is the source of all clairvoyance ability in the Omniverse. She is the source of defiance towards destiny and fate and at the same time obeying destiny and fate. And sometimes, it is just a different face of a coin.
