Chapter 1974: Who To Use?

One method he is most proficient at is using clones and avatars.

The clones and avatars he had spread out all across the world might be weak, but he never needed power to do the things he needed.

What he wanted was information.

Book of Secrets had been taken by Loki, and he had inherited all of The Broker information network.

Add to the fact that Loki himself had created an intricate information network all over the world Loki ability to gather information on Earth surpassed Rafah ability

In other world, Rafah could ask for the help of his agents.

But not Earth, Earth is protected. And he could not use His Lord help.

On Earth, he had to use Earth method.

And even though this is the second time he is on Earh he found that a lot of things he used to know had changed because of Loki.

In the end, this matter boils down to Loki

His presence alone created the storm that finally erupted with Azief meeting Wargod.

New information that must have changed the more Loki changes this timeline intended path.

As for why he is on the island right now, he wanted to sabotage Katarina. But he also did not want himself to get recognized by Azief.

As he is inhabiting a mortal body, he also taken the cause and effect of this body. In other words, unlike when he is beside His Lord, cause and effect could taint him

And he also notices something.

No, he did not notice something, he realized something. Loki went to meet him when he is about to take this body of the mortal.

Thinking about it back then, could Loki have done something?

Just that realization fills him with dread.

Yewa Hafar knows he could not contact his Lord right now.

Sailing the Omniverse is a prerequisite. And the time for Earth to be destroyed is not right

So, Yewa Hafar also has restrictions on things he had to do.

The thing is that things have changed too much and now he doesn’t know what he should do.

Trying to bring this back to that old path does not seem feasible.

Loki in the beginning changes a lot of things but the only thing that did was creating ripples.

Ripples that disappeared after time passed did not create any powerful waves that would spill out through the banks or create such a splash that it shocked the time and space, fate and destiny

But Rafah never expected that the ripples are all a set up.

Slowly over time that ripples connected with each other and it needed only a few pushes for it to become a great splash.

Should he attack Azief right now?

But if he does attack, he could not win?

Since he uses this body to enter Earth, he also has to cultivate this body realm and power.

But considering the very weird way he takes this body and vessel, even with all the methods he had mastered, his rate of breakthrough is slow.

He is still in Disk Formation, and it is almost like he would be stuck in this realm for a few more decades.

If not for the fact he mastered some other methods to conceal himself, he would never escape being noticed by other powerful beings on Earth like Azief and those other would be Sovereigns

“Use Void?” Rafah think for a moment but then shakes his head

“Somi?” he shakes his head again.

Somi is needed to draw the road. She could not be moved easily

“The world powers?” Rafah thinks for a while but shook his head.

Right now, the relationship of the world powers are not something that is in his plans.

In the other timeline, there is only two world powers and that is the World Government and the Revolutionary army with the World Government holding most of the power and even then the Revolutionary army remains an army that is committed to fight against the World Government.

It is not like today, the Republic holding great political support from the people and more like a government than it is in that other timeline were the Revolutionary army is more like freedom fighters

It is the sole purpose of the Revolutionary army, a world of two great powers until the Sovereign arrived and the Seven Sovereigns created their own realms

But even then, the matters of humans were ruled by these two mortal powers while the Seven Sovereigns are mostly doing their own stuff.

Some are highly respected advisors for the world powers.

It is not like this today with many power dynamics, seven great powers with Ten Seas.

Even the Ten Seas designation did not appear in that other timeline.

Loki had guided Azief and time and fate also had guided him and slowly the future he had known has bene broken

Will there still be some of the mythic feat that Azief would do or will it change?

There are many events that should happen. He knows all the big events leading up to the descent of His Lord.

He closes his eyes for a moment and his soul seems to communicate with time and space and then he gets his answer.

“Some of it still resonates. It means…..some events would happen as the way it is”

It is this kind of hope that made him grow frustrated.

If everything truly had changed, he could simply flip the chessboard and start again.

But if the chessboard still has chess pieces that could be moved and the big events is still there, then he could not just flip the chessboard without considering the consequences

“There is familiar faces in the city and I believe I would see even more familiar faces in the city in a few days” he thought to himself. He already had seen spies from the world powers.

There is also Void and Louise. He also saw the Inventor.

He saw Sina hiding among her Acolytes, renting a large inn for her entire entourage. It seems while the other two did not receive the news, this one has.

Or maybe the other two had received the news, but they don’t believe it.

This is the case where they are being afraid of their own shadows.

Considering the things that had happened, the world could not blame those two for not believing.

Wang Jian lost many men when he believes one of Sasha lies where Death Monarch has returned.

He had to break through a banquet where Sasha wanted to capture him

Hundreds of his men died.

Powerful men that is the backbone of some of his most elite battalions

That battle itself decimated half the palace area.

This is one of the events where the war could no longer be stopped.

At the beginning, they were just posturing and they were attacked from both sides, but they were no killings.

They were injuries but both sides still maintain decorum.

There are duels between the people who supported Sasha and those who supported Wang Jian

It is civil war without the killing part.

But somehow along the way, there is death.

Accidentally or intentionally, no one knows. And from then on it ramped up almost without stop

Actually, when they were in that posturing stage, Yewa Hafar did want to send some of his agents to provoke and incite a true war.

That was his plan.

But someone else did it before he could even have the chance to incite a war. This time, it was not him

And Yewa Hafar was reluctant to wade in at that time because he felt like there is an invisible hand is pushing the events in Pandemonium.

Maybe there is even Azief hands in this

This is the disadvantage of not having ultimate power.

He has many methods but some methods could not be used while he did not have the corresponding cultivation

But the question is right now is not whether there is chaos in pandemonium. It is why does Wang Jian and Sasha did not even bother sending people to Arturia?

These two both look at each other with wariness.
