Mr. & Mrs. Norcross - Page 21
“Who?”
“To you, Vander. Always.” Hot need rolled inside her, growing bigger and bigger. She cinched her free leg around his lean waist, her heel digging into his hard ass. “Don’t stop, Vander. Keep fucking me.”
He thrust harder, bordering on savage. She loved it. She loved him.
She felt her climax building like a storm on the horizon, ready to break at any second. She moaned his name, her fingers clenching on his slick skin.
Vander changed the angle of his thrusts, hitting right where she needed it.
“Come, Brynn.”
“Vander,” she breathed.
“Dammit, come for me.”
She cried out his name, pleasure a hot rush inside her as she exploded.
Then he thrust deep, filling her, connecting them. He groaned through his own release. “Love you, Brynn.”
“I love you too.” Emotion swamped her.
She held tight and watched his face as he came. Her man rarely let himself be vulnerable. This was one of those rare times. Just for her.
They both collapsed on the bed. He curled his powerful body around hers and pressed a kiss to her bare shoulder.
“I never get tired of hearing you tell me you love me,” she said.
He grunted.
“You’re so in love with me you can’t think straight,” she teased. She’d said that to him once when he’d been stubborn about admitting his feelings for her.
“I love you, Brynn Norcross.”
His words shivered through her. She turned and kissed him. “I adore you. I love you more every day. And…I have the day off today. I just closed a big case, so the chief has given me a few days off.”
His hand ran down her body, then cupped her ass. “I have some meetings this morning, but I can take the afternoon off.”
She smiled. “What will we do?”
His hand slid between her thighs and stroked where she was still wet from him coming inside her.
“I’m thinking I’ll keep you in bed.”
Heat coiled in her belly. “Okay.” Her voice was breathless. “That sounds like a good plan.”
He dropped a quick kiss to her lips. “I’ll make coffee.”
“I’ll clean up.”
She watched him slide out of the bed and pad naked to the walk-in closet. God, her husband was gorgeous. That ass…
Brynn quickly showered, then pulled on some leggings and a pretty moss-green T-shirt. She still had a dull headache and some of her scratches stung, but she’d taken enough blows before to know nothing was too bad. One side of her face had some faint bruises, but all in all, she’d been lucky.
Since Vander hadn’t returned, she headed into the kitchen and living area. The loft has the same industrial vibe as the Norcross offices below, with wood floors and touches of black iron. Her favorite touch was the wall of accordion doors that could be pushed back to open the space to the kickass roof terrace.
The scent of coffee hit her. Mmm, caffeine.
Then her steps slowed.
