My Cuckhold System - Chapter 132: I Shall Help You Vanquish Your Enemies

Chapter 132: I Shall Help You Vanquish Your Enemies
Massive footsteps rang out and soon, another giant stepped through the opening.
It was fourteen feet tall with a grotesquely muscular body
Its looked almost identical to the one West had just fought and killed.
Another Butcher…
West felt dread sink deep into his gut.
The new Butcher walked toward the platform and stopped before the supreme leader.
The two exchanged words in their strange language.
The system translated again.
Butcher: 『 “I cannot find my axe.” 』
The supreme leader tilted its head slightly and replied calmly.
Supreme Leader: 『 “Get another one.” 』
The Butcher grunted in annoyance and began rummaging through the grotesque piles of severed limbs and broken weapons scattered across the chamber.
West’s realized how bad the situation was.
Gor’thala wasn’t here yet and Seraphyra seemed to be blocked by something unknown.
His body was battered and weakened and another Butcher was about to execute him.
The giant eventually found a large cleaver-like blade buried among the remains.
It lifted the weapon experimentally with a satisfied look and then it turned toward West.
Each step echoed heavily as it approached and at this moment, West felt he had no other option…
He had activated his Third Branch and immediately his consciousness reentered that strange dimension…
The ritual to summon a third entity had started but unfortunately, it wasn’t going to be fast enough.
Summoning was one thing, contracting was another and the blade was already rising…
The Butcher lifted the massive cleaver high above its head and then the blade began to descend.
The blade was definitely going to split his skull open before he managed to successfully summon an entity…
West’s consciousness drifted in that strange plane once again.
It was a vast expanse filled with thousands of doors drifting endlessly in a slow, silent current. Some were enormous like castle gates, others were tiny, barely the size of a shoebox. Their colors varied wildly from golden to crimson to obsidian to jade to violet, each radiating an aura of something ancient and unknowable.
Normally, West would hesitate and analyze but this time?
There was no time.
His instincts told him that death was already descending and Without thinking further, West reached for the nearest door.
It was a simple steel door, worn and scratched, floating among the countless others.
His hand slammed against it and the door burst open.
Instantly, his consciousness was yanked violently back into reality and the moment he opened his eyes, he saw that the blade was already falling.
The Butcher’s massive weapon carved through the air with brutal momentum, aimed directly for West’s neck. Bound to the ritual platform with his arms frozen and his body battered, there was nothing he could do.
He couldn’t dodge or block…
Just when the blade about to sever his head, the weapon halted mid-swing.
The Butcher’s entire arm locked in place as frost crawled across it and half its entire body. Crystals rapidly formed along the blade’s surface, encasing the metal in thick glacial ice.
The weapon stopped just inches from West’s neck.
West eyebrows furrowed weakly as his vision swam.
The moment he turned slightly, he noticed the source…
Several dozen feet away stood a familiar figure with one arm extended forward casually and his palm open. A large travel backpack hung off his shoulders like he had just finished a hike through the mountains instead of invading a nightmare battlefield.
His hair fluttered slightly as cold air rolled outward from him.
“I got your message,” Jax yelled out with a relaxed grin. “Came as fast as I could.”
West coughed violently with blood spilling from his lips.
“Jax…?” he rasped in disbelief. “How… did you arrive before Gor’thala?”
It turned out that West had sent Jax a text when he was at the ruins entrance telling him to get to the eternal ruins as soon as possible.
It had already been five hours since West came down here so it made sense that Jax got here before the reluctant gang members did, since he got the information before them.
But it didn’t make sense that Jax arrived at West’s present location before Gor’thala did.
Jax shrugged like it was no big deal.
“Well…” he said, scratching his cheek. “I just followed the trail with human footprints, avoided having to fight any crazy creatures, burrowed through a collapsed tunnel and—”
His eyes suddenly narrowed upon noticing that cracks had began to form in the ice encasing the Butcher’s arm.
The monster was breaking free.
“Ah. Right.” Jax muttered. “We should probably deal with that.”
His expression sharpened instantly and without hesitation, he thrust his hand forward.
The temperature in the chamber dropped violently.
The air whistled as a massive surge of glacial power condensed into existence.
“Glacial Sovereign — Absolute Crystal Lance… yeah don’t come for me, I named it.”
A colossal spike of shimmering ice erupted from the ground like a launched missile.
Fwwhooommm~
The crystal lance tore through the air and slammed directly into the Butcher’s chest.
BOOOOM!!
The monstrous creature was ripped off its feet instantly.
The glacial spike carried it across the entire chamber like a ragdoll before slamming it violently into the far wall.
CRACK!!!
The impact sent spiderweb fractures exploding across the stone surface and then the ice expanded rapidly.
In seconds, the Butcher was completely encased inside a massive block of crystallized glacial ice, fused directly into the wall itself.
The creature’s body froze solid and even the air around it glittered with frost.
Jax exhaled slowly.
“Man…” he muttered. “That one took a lot out of me.”
Before him, West groaned.
The frozen bindings around the ritual platform had weakened after the sudden disruption. West battered body barely responded as he struggled painfully while forcing himself upright.
With a low forceful grunt, he finally ripped free.
His legs nearly buckled as he stumbled away from the platform.
Jax quickly jogged over and grabbed him by the shoulder.
“Whoa, easy there,” Jax said, examining him. “Bro… you look absolutely terrible.”
West let out a weak laugh.
“You should see the other guy.”
Right then, a ripple in space formed behind them.
The door West had opened earlier manifested and from the distortion stepped a tall figure clad entirely in gleaming knight armor. A long saber hung at their side with its blade resting calmly in its sheath.
The knight silently observed the battlefield and said nothing, keeping their eye on the one who had made the summon.
Jax blinked.
“…Did you just summon a medieval dude?”
“Something like that,” West replied weakly.
Without wasting time, Jax slammed his palm against the ground.
A towering wall of solid frost erupted upward instantly, forming a massive barricade between them and the rest of the chamber.
This was to give them a bit of breathing space but it undoubtedly wouldn’t last long.
Jax turned back toward West.
“Okay,” he said bluntly. “You’re a mess. That wall isn’t holding forever. We should run.”
West shook his head.
“No.”
Jax stared at him.
“…What?”
“We’re finishing this,” West said quietly.
Jax stared at him like he had lost his mind.
“You’re going to die.”
West ignored the statement.
Instead he asked, “Do you have any liquid on you?”
Jax blinked.
“…Liquid?”
“Water. Juice. Anything.”
Confused but curious, Jax unzipped his backpack and rummaged inside.
Eventually he pulled out a bottle of some sports drink.
“Uh… yeah?”
West immediately summoned something from his inventory.
A massive multicolored chalice appeared in front of them.
Jax blinked when he saw it.
“…That thing is huge.”
West’s frost-damaged arms trembled.
“I can’t lift it,” he admitted. “Help me pour the drink.”
Jax grabbed the bottle and poured it into the chalice and then reached for the cup itself.
The moment he tried lifting it, his eyes widened.
“WHAT THE HELL?!”
The chalice barely moved… It was absurdly heavy.
“How do you even carry this around??”
West smirked faintly.
“I don’t…”
“I’m confused but I’ll ask later.”
With a grunt, Jax managed to tilt the massive chalice just enough for West to drink.
West took a single sip and istantly, radiant golden light erupted from his body as his wounds began to close.
Within seconds, West looked completely rejuvenated.
He exhaled deeply.
“Ah…”
Jax stared.
“…Okay that’s ridiculous.”
CRASH!!
The frost wall shattered at this moment, causing chunks of ice to explode outward as something smashed through it.
The Butcher had broken free from the crystal prison.
Even though the creature wielded frost abilities itself, Jax’s Glacial Sovereign power had still damaged it heavily. Its movements were slower and its body was riddled with bleeding and crystallized cracks.
Meanwhile, from the distant tunnels came another presence.
A massive green shadow emerged, charging forward powerfully.
The towering entity stepped beside West, radiating terrifying power with her presence.
It was none other than Gor’thala.
“Master, I have arrived,” she bowed slightly while West nodded.
Now the battlefield stood divided.
On one side was West, Jax, Gor’thala and the mysterious armored Knight holding an enormous saber.
On the other side, over forty of the blue limbed monstrosities now filled the chamber. Their numbers had multiplied during the chaos.
Behind them stood their Supreme Leader and beside it was the newly arrived Butcher.
West glanced at the knight.
“We’re in a bad situation,” he said honestly. “I don’t have time to negotiate. So I’ll ask directly.”
He met the armored figure’s gaze.
“Will you fight for me?”
The knight studied the battlefield calmly and after a moment, they nodded once.
“I can see the situation is dire,” a strange multilayered voice rang out. “We shall discuss my terms later.”
Their hand slowly grasped the hilt of his saber.
“For now…”
The blade slid free with a metallic whisper.
“…I shall help you vanquish your enemies.”
