My Cuckhold System - Chapter 160: YOU’RE NOT GETTING AWAY

Chapter 160: YOU’RE NOT GETTING AWAY
HSSSSSS~
Steam exploded everywhere as fire met frost.
In seconds, the flames around them began freezing and collapsing into brittle black charcoal.
Ross’s eyes widened.
“…What?”
He brought members of black furnace here to fight only West… he had no idea that another awakener was present.
“Another one?!” one of the gang members shouted.
Meanwhile Nina moved quickly activation her branch.
A faint glow surrounded her hands as she began drawing garments out of thin air.
Specialized clothing designed to resist heat appeared in place and she handed them to nearby people.
“Put these on!”
“Hurry!”
Teachers and parents scrambled to help distribute them as quickly as possible.
But Ross wasn’t paying attention to them because West proceeded to call on his summons.
A burst of energy erupted around him as three summoning circles flared open behind him.
From the first, Gor’thala materialized with her massive staff that slowly transformed into a brutal greatsword.
From the second circle, a serpentine body slithered out and from the third was a knight clad in radiant armor.
Aurethia glowing yellow saber let out a loud ting as she raised it high.
The surroundings immediately fell silent as some of the Black Furnace members stared in disbelief even though they were already briefed about the situation.
“…Three summons…? Ross wasn’t kidding…” someone whispered.
West turned slightly.
“Aurethia.”
“Yes, Master.”
“Protect my father and Aria.”
“Get them out safely.”
She nodded once.
“As you command.”
She immediately moved toward them while Ross’s eyes snapped toward Aria.
“GET HER!”
Several gang members rushed forward but West stepped in their path.
“Not happening.”
Around him, the rest of the Black Furnace gang activated their branches.
Despite the numbers, they were all Tier 1 awakeners… including Ross.
But these were experienced fighters who had spent years developing their powers so they were on another level compared to new Tier 1 awakeners.
Still, West didn’t hesitate…
“Let’s begin.”
He launched forward as the four awakeners attacked him at once.
Two possessed bloodline abilities, triggering energy blasts and sonic waves as their branches were activated…
The other two triggered transformation branches and their arms morphed into monstrous claws and hardened armor.
The first attacker swung a clawed arm toward West’s head.
West ducked beneath it and slammed his fist into the man’s ribs.
CRACK
The man flew backward while the second attacker lunged with inhuman speed.
West twisted sideways and kicked him in the knee.
The joint snapped and the man collapsed screaming.
But the other two were already attacking.
One slammed a blood-empowered punch into West’s shoulder.
Another claw raked across his side causing West to slide backward slightly—
West locked onto them with a cold gaze as he spoke.
“Is that it?”
Behind him, chaos erupted as Gor’thala swung her massive sword like a hurricane.
Two gang members were launched through the air instantly with long gashes all over their bleeding bodies.
Seraphyra exhaled a cloud of poisonous mist that sent three attackers stumbling back, coughing violently.
Her eyes glowed dangerously and the moment one man met her gaze, his body instantly stiffened, turning into stone.
Meanwhile Jax suppprted from behind, stood behind… Frost spread across the ground, freezing the feet of several gang members in place.
“Now!” Jax shouted.
Gor’thala immediately brought her blade down.
BOOM
Another attacker instantly had their right arm cleaved off which spun repeatedly across the air, crashing into another gang member.
“Kiaarrrhhhh!”
The summons were practically untouchable as they rained havoc…
But Ross ignored the fight entirely.
His eyes were fixed on Aria as Aurethia escorted her toward the exit.
“You’re not getting away!”
He launched forward through the battlefield with flames blazing around his body, targeting her.
And if Ross reached her, things would get very ugly very quickly…
Because even if West didn’t care about others… he couldn’t deny that he cared about her.
Ross rage had completely overtaken any sense of strategy. The humiliation he had endured, the way she had left him, the way West had mocked him… it all burned inside his chest like molten iron.
All he wanted to do now was grab Aria and rape her brutally before West…
He rushed through the chaos of the battlefield with flames roaring around his body while ahead of him, Aurethia Sol’Vael escorted Aria and Mark toward the broken section of wall.
Ross stretched his hand forward.
“YOU’RE NOT GETTING AWAY—”
His fingers were inches from touching Aria’s shoulder when a thin golden line flashed through the air…
It was so fast that no one present actually saw the movement.
For a fraction of a second, the world seemed frozen.
Ross blinked as he watched his hand fall and hit the ground with a dull thud.
A moment later, blood sprayed into the air.
Ross stared blankly at the stump where his wrist used to be as his brain struggled to process what had happened.
Then the pain hit.
“AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!”
He dropped to one knee, clutching the severed limb in horror as blood poured through his fingers.
Around him, several Black Furnace gang members froze.
“…What the hell?!”
They looked toward Aurethia who was standing in the exact same place she had been a moment earlier.
Her glowing saber still tinged faintly but nobody had seen her move.
It had happened too quickly.
Ross screamed again in rage and agony as two nearby gang members rushed to his side.
“Ross!”
“Your hand—!”
But Aurethia didn’t even spare them a glance.
Her priority had already been given.
She turned and continued escorting Aria and Mark toward safety.
Anyone who tried to intercept them hesitated because the memory of that golden flash was still fresh.
Within seconds, the three of them disappeared through the destroyed wall and out of the auditorium.
Not a single gang member had managed to touch them.
But the battle inside the auditorium didn’t stop… at the center of it all, West was still fighting.
Originally, four awakeners had surrounded him but now, only three remained.
Which meant one of them had already been taken down.
