My Servant System - Chapter 1575 - 1574: Solemn Decisions

Chapter 1575: Chapter 1574: Solemn Decisions

The return of Jahi and Leone had Anput and I feeling rather conflicted, because on the one hand listening to Kavya’s story about how she had learned that her husband quite liked the fact that she was a futanari was just the right kind of ’spicy’ for our lives right now, but on the other we knew that we had duties to attend to.
Being all riled up but knowing that we were not allowed to really do anything about all of this need coiled up inside of us was quite irritating, though as we took in the somber expressions of our two returning wives those needs were pushed down for their own needs.
Anput helped Jahi with her gear, appraising the damage it had taken in battle and making small talk about the viability of the arms and armor that she had made for our Demoness, which helped take her mind off of things for just a moment.
Leone gave me a small smile and welcomed a hug immediately, her lips finding my own as I embraced her and rocked side to side slowly, letting her enjoy this as much as she wanted before I willingly bared my neck.
Seeing her lick her lips hungrily only to swallow down that desire made me frown, though when she gently patted my stomach I gave her a wry smile and nodded; not a word was said yet we understood one another quite nicely, which came in handy since I could walk her to her closet and help her remove her gear and find the right outfit for tonight… all while I made good use of my hands as I massaged her tense shoulders.
I definitely wouldn’t have minded being able to use my hands for something else but after everything that had happened I continued to decide against it, instead helping her into a loose robe and walking her over to the bath, which our other two wives were already occupying.
The Demoness was soaking in the tub and staring at the ceiling while Anput attended to her own tense shoulders, so after a moment I gestured for Leone to sit so I could continue as well, though I didn’t miss how both of them looked at me with lust clearly written all over their faces.
Digging my fingers into Leone’s shoulders and carefully working out the knots, I looked between them for a few moments before focusing on Jahi as she said “We lost two dozen people today. Three more are missing still, and if we can’t find them by tomorrow at noon they’ll be declared dead too.”
It was spoken rather casually despite being something rather heavy, and considering Jahi had turned back to the ceiling I knew she was feeling rather… conflicted about everything; we were still a tad callous from not caring as much about the common populace as we did one another, yet now Jahi really did have to care because these were her people, which was ’new’ to her.
“I asked around briefly about burial traditions, and unsurprisingly I got mixed responses. Some people want to be buried, others want to be cremated, the rest don’t care either way. We need to have plans for those that die in the city, both for their bodies and for what happens after they die.
Should we give the families of the guards a pension or just a single time payment? What do we do for their families besides that payment? I can’t even begin to figure out what we should do in this situation…”
Working at the knotted muscles on my wife’s back, I pursed my lips before saying “A pension might be too expensive in the long term, unless we set limits to it on a yearly basis. Make it three quarters payment for… five years, then half for the next ten before terminating it completely? Offer benefits for medical care, education, as well as some sort of tax reduction on property?”
The Demoness lowered her head and stared at the water while Anput added “And we could do both for the actual bodies. A mausoleum where we inter those that wish to be buried inside of stone coffins bearing a plaque of their name and honors, and then have a plaque and decorative piece for those that got cremated. Keep everything together.”
“But would that be for everyone or just for those that died in service to the city? Should we offer those spaces for payment or leave it free for all citizens?”
I chuckled wryly and rested my head against Leone’s as I said “Jahi, those are all excellent questions that we can discuss more later, with more people who have far more insight than we do. For now you two just need rest, so that when you go to make those decisions it is with a clearer mind.”
She glanced at me and just held my gaze for a brief moment before nodding and sliding a little deeper into the water, and even as Anput began to work out more of those knots the Demoness just seemed to remain tense, though it eased out of her eventually as she just closed her eyes and dozed off.
I shared a wry smile with Leone before she did the same thing, the Vampire letting her chin touch the water before closing her eyes too as she just let me help her relax however I felt I could… which eventually did lead to me joining her in the water, and that was when she inhaled sharply when I started to massage another tense part of her body…
Anput took it a step farther and didn’t even bother trying to hide her needs as she dove into the water and made our Demoness groan loudly, her eyes still shut as she began to enjoy our eager Jackalkin’s aid as much as she could.
There were a lot of decisions that we had to make sometime soon about all sorts of things, but for now we just needed to help get everyone relaxed and in the right mind to make those decisions… and I needed something inside of me badly, which all three of my wives were eager to help me with just like always.
