I closed the notification window and shifted my awareness inward, looking inside my Dawn Core.

The familiar islands floated peacefully in the violet sky of my inner world, but the volcanoes representing my laws had changed. They had grown significantly larger, their surfaces glowing with deeper and richer colors than before. Streams of energy flowed around them like living currents, making the entire core look far more vibrant than it had just moments ago.

They looked… stronger. And strangely beautiful.

I chuckled quietly to myself.

“Well,” I muttered under my breath, “I definitely didn’t expect that.”

Another notification icon blinked faintly at the edge of my vision.

Before, the currents that flowed through the core carried a deep blue glow. Now that color had shifted completely. The streams of power moving between the islands and through the internal channels had turned silver.

I focused my perception inside the core and watched carefully.

Small threads of flickering silver energy moved constantly through the structure, eventually converging toward the generator core at the center. As they entered it, the generator responded immediately, releasing new waves of essence back into the system.

The difference was obvious.

Each unit of silver energy now produced significantly more essence than the blue energy had before.

The entire cycle had become more efficient and stronger.

I exhaled slowly and closed the system windows.

When my attention returned to the pocket space, Vivi was floating nearby, circling herself slowly in the air as she inspected her upgraded form.

Her wings spread wide, the violet flames around her feathers burning brighter than before as she turned this way and that.

After a few seconds she stopped and hovered in front of me.

“This is not what I expected,” she said finally.

“What did you expect?” I asked.

She puffed her cheeks slightly.

“I was hoping I would grow at least as big as you.”

Her voice carried a clear tone of disappointment. I chuckled and reached out, gently patting her head with a finger.

“It’s alright,” I said. “We still have one more world to visit, don’t we?”

Her eyes brightened immediately.

“Yes!”

She spun happily in the air.

“Sukra. Let’s go to Sukra.”

I smiled.

“Yeah,” I said. “Let’s go.”

Space folded again as Vivi and I left the pocket space of Peanu.

A moment later we emerged above the military transit hub of Sukra. The moment we appeared, alarms began ringing across the hub.

Dozens of soldiers turned toward us in shock.

“Unknown arrival detected!”

Weapons were raised immediately. Before the situation could escalate any further, I simply lifted my hand.

A gentle wave of essence spread outward. Every soldier collapsed where they stood, unconscious before they could even react.

Vivi glanced down at them briefly.

“You do that a lot.”

“It’s efficient.”

Without wasting time, I stepped forward.

Space bent. The busy hub vanished and the two of us appeared inside Sukra’s world-core chamber. Just like Peanu’s, the core floated at the center of a vast pocket space, an enormous sphere of swirling essence spinning slowly in the air.

Vivi floated toward it immediately. Her eyes widened slightly.

“Another one of yours.”

I nodded.

“Yes.”

She circled the core slowly before turning back toward me with a confident smile.

“This one will be easy too.”

Her head began expanding again, growing larger and larger until her beak alone dwarfed the core.

Then—

Crunch.

In a single bite she swallowed the entire world core. The transformation began again.

Across Sukra’s skies, a violet haze spread like a wave across the atmosphere. Essence surged through the planet’s crust, awakening dormant energies beneath its surface. Inside the pocket space I felt the familiar pull again as my consciousness stretched outward.

Vaythos.

Peanu.

And now Sukra.

The three worlds connected through Vivi’s existence like a triangle of flowing energy. But the change this time felt different.

Inside my Dawn Core the volcanoes representing my laws trembled slightly as new energy flowed through them. I could feel the increase in power clearly.

But the system remained silent.

No level jump.

Just growth which was subtle. Then my attention shifted back to Vivi. Her body glowed intensely for several seconds as the transformation continued.

But instead of growing larger—

She began shrinking.

The pigeon-sized phoenix rapidly condensed until she returned to her original size, small enough to fit comfortably in my palm. The violet flames around her wings flickered uncertainly.

She hovered there silently for a moment.

Then her wings twitched.
