Chapter 2619: Peridot defeats Weakened Eldritch
Eldritch believed that he already won when he used one of his Semi-Divine skills that summons the claw of the Distorted God Cthulhu. This is an attack that most players will be unable to defend against as it has defense shred and defense ignore. The only way to actually defend against this attack is to blast the claw of the Distorted God Cthulhu with enough fire power that it retreats back to its home dimension.
“No player has the firepower quick enough to even harm a divine entity.” Eldritch believed so as even the player they call Equinox will not be able to do so unless the latter uses a domain.
Eldritch really believed that Peridot would be killed by the large claw that came out from another dimension, but the former is suddenly speechless when five deep colored gems floated above the latter. All five deep colored gems suddenly exploded and created five magic circle that has a golden hue. This meant that all of those spells were Mythical Tier in scale and could level an entire castle.
“Be engulfed in the world of flames, Muspelheim!” Peridot activated the first spell which released flames so hot that red sparks flew across the area.
The spell she used created a powerful wave of flames that actually almost melted the ice that covered the entirety of the ruined Black City. This is also the first spell that met with the claw of the Distorted God Cthulhu. A pain screeched could be heard from the other side of the dimension as the flames burned the claw of the Distorted God Cthulhu, but it was not enough to make the claw retreat. In fact, the claw of the Distorted God Cthulhu actually became even more determined to kill the one that dared to burn it.
“Be covered in the vast sheer cold tundra, Niflheim!” Peridot casted next as the pure blue magic circle that has a golden hue activated to cover the ruined city in pure ice again.
Unlike the coldness that the Black Tortoise of the North used, the spell Niflheim targets the mana of the beings that it hits. It freezes mana directly which is why it is also a powerful spell that can destroy mages and any magic in the field. It is also very difficult to use as only expert mages can cast Mythical Tier spells effortlessly after all.
The biting cold rushed towards the claw of the Distorted God Cthulhu and directly hit the areas that were previously burned. An even louder scream could be heard in the other dimension, but it was not understandable as it was like a mixture of noises. This spell hurt the claw of the Distorted God Cthulhu to such a degree that it actually retreated a bit back into the rift. The claw of the Distorted God Cthulhu would have retreated if not for the insistence of Eldritch as the latter poured more mana in the spell that almost emptied his mana reserves.
The claw of the Distorted God Cthulhu became more aggressive and wanted to finish it quickly. It moved in such a fast speed that it was almost invisible to the naked eye, but Peridot was faster in casting. She already has the next spell in queue before the claw of the Distorted God Cthulhu could reach her.
“Turn the wrath of the skies into my weapon! Mjolnir’s Wrath!” Peridot shouted.
A powerful crackle suddenly exploded in the skies as a burst of dark purple lightning showered the entire area that they were in. The loud cry of the divine entity in the other dimension could be heard as its claw retreated and the rift closed. An eerie looking eye peeked at the rift and glared directly at Peridot before it closed.

“I could care less about that when it could not even come here. Adrian did say that those Distorted Gods are harmless right now because of the divine barrier that prevents them from descending. I have more pressing matters to deal with as that lunatic actually managed to defend against that as well.” Peridot stated as she could see that Eldritch is still alive and standing.
“Activate the revenge of the earth that dares to mistreat it, Fjorgyn’s Revenge!” Peridot did not let Eldritch take a breather as she already activated the next Mythical Tier spell and her mana depleted to 30%.
The entire ground started to shake as large cracks started to form. Each of the cracks released a deep pure earth energy from the ground below that surfaced into raging energy geyser. This raging energy then exploded directly in the area where Eldritch and his Malevolent Throne was. This explosion of earth elemental energy is so fierce that it destroyed the ground around her.
Peridot would have thought that this would be enough to deal with the lunatic that killed the Black Tortoise of the North, but it was not. The lunatic was still alive and hanged on to his evil looking throne. The lunatic was spraying words of insult but all of that fell into her deaf ears as she could care less what he thought.
“I thought I could still refund the last gem if he died with that, but he did not. I am already at my breaking point because of all the stress. Whatever! I should just kill him and destroy the area to vent my stress!” Peridot thought as she recited the last spell.
“Even the dead has their requiem, Helheim!” Peridot shouted with such intensity that even Levin Cloud who is madly in love with her would fear her.
Eldritch could not believe that he used all of his defensive spells and even used all of his mana to defend against the attack earlier. He even used the last Damage Nullification of the Malevolent Throne. He hurled insults at the female player and even mocked her that her best could not even defeat him. This was his final words though as his vision suddenly turned pitch black as his body was consumed by darkness.
