Pann already went inside the house to fetch the milk that was collected a few minutes earlier. They were waiting for the milk when the Capricorns suddenly started flocking towards Adrian. The guards immediately shielded Boulder and Bloom from the sudden invasion of the Capricorns but Adrian did not move. He is already accustomed to this action because the Capricorns in the present would also huddle up to him because they really like him.

“Telos, be careful!”” Boulder and Bloom shouted but Adrian just laid back.

As soon as Adrian laid back, the Capricorns hoisted him up and created a bed of fluff for him to lie upon. This is not the first time that this happened to Adrian as Telos because this also happened when Iremia brought him here. Even Pann found it odd why the Capricorns suddenly came together to show their love to Telos. This occurrence has become normal for Iremia ever since and she will immediately step up if Telos is injured.

“So fluffy!” Adrian stated with a satisfied face as he really liked this sensation. It felt like he is lying down on the softest cotton ever. In fact, Telos’ bed is actually made of the same Capricorn Cotton because they gave it to him on their first meeting.

“What is happening?” Bloom asked in confusion.

“I thought he was only joking when he told me that monsters like him but it seems to be true.” Boulder stated.

“Yes. It is always like this. My son is very loved by little critters and even larger ones. Still, I always tell him that monsters can still attack him if he is not careful.” Iremia stated.

“It happened again? Okay! All of you! Get back to your feed.” Pann shouted as he told the Capricorns to return to eating.

“See you again! I had fun!” Adrian stated.

“Meeehhhh!” The Capricorns replied.

“The young master is really something. Those things rarely listen but they become very obedient when he is here. I would love to know what his secret is for being loved by those grass loving Capricorns.” Pann stated.

“Thanks for the milk. We will drop by some time again when we run out. Come now, we should not let the honey cake go to waste.” Iremia stated as all of them went on their way to their house.

Adrian’s house or rather Telos’ house is not incredibly fancy but it had this quaint but regal feel to it. Unlike the houses of other Asmodians that are made of rock, Telos’ house is actually a living tree monster called a Spirit Tree that was nurtured by Iremia herself. It is literally a living house that only those with the highest Faekin bloodline could use.

“Wow! You live in a Spirit Tree?! Are you related to a Faekin, Telos?” Bloom asked as she also lives in a Spirit Tree but the tree house that is before her is even more luxurious than what she lives on. Granted that the Spirit Tree House before her is not as large as her house, the Spirit Tree itself must be very high grade as it has platinum leaves and vines.

“Right, I forgot that you were an Asmodian Faekin for a moment. My mother is a distant relative of the current Asmodian Fairy Queen. She might not have white hair like us but she does indeed possess the power to grow Spirit Trees.” Adrian stated as this is one of the tidbits that Iremia told her about his lineage.

“You are royalty!” Bloom stated in shock.

“No… no… we are not. My grandfather who was a cousin of the last Fairy King married a human and he was already very far from the throne. We cannot be called royalty since we do not live in the Mother Spirit Tree but my side of the family does have the ability to care for Spirit Trees.” Iremia stated which still amazed Bloom since she knows that Spirit Tree Gardeners are held in high esteem in the Faekin circle.

“Anyways, welcome to our home! We should eat the honey cakes here at the garden since my room is a mess.” Adrian stated as he knows his room might be a mess at this time because there is a little critter that should have jumbled everything in it.

“Kuruk!”

Clicking sounds suddenly echoed from the window as a violet critter jumped and landed straight towards Adrian’s face. A cute violet lizard suddenly grabbed Adrian’s face and started to show its affection to him. Adrian had to grab this lizard that is the size of his hands and cradle it since it likes sticking to his face.

“I am home, Vio. I hope that you did not make too much of a mess in my room.” Adrian stated as this little critter is a mutated horned lizard or at least that is what Iremia told him.

Adrian discovered this critter hanging out on his window when he tried to stop the two birds from having a diss battle. He accidentally hit him and injure Vio which prompted Adrian to take care of it. Since Adrian has no way of knowing what kind of monster Vio is since the Inspect spell does not exist at this time, he asked Telos’ mother. Iremia answered that Vio is a young horned lizard since it has two bumps on his head.

Vio seemed to take a liking to Adrian as he also has a bump on his head. Also, Adrian could see that Vio’s soul has started to resonate with his which is why he did not tell him to go back to where he came from. If Adrian’s guess is correct then the ability to see souls might be the reason why Telos was able to create Summoning Magic. Magic that could bind souls together is something in the realm of gods of life and death.

“In a world where the gods of life and death roam freely, I can maybe ask them on how to create an agreement between souls.” Adrian thought as he only knows modern Summoning Magic which is already the refined version of the original.
