Chapter 2842: The Guild Alliance in Trouble III

The sky split apart as numerous meteors rained down from above. Adrian did not need to check for any ally that will be hit because he set the area where the meteors will fall down exactly at the port city. The water spout that slowed down suddenly got hit by the barrages of meteors and then proceeded to get destroyed. The water spout did prove some resistance but the numerous meteors raining down destroyed everything in its path.

Even if the water spout tried to restore itself, the meteors would just slam directly into the water spout and proceed to destroy everything. This included the magic circle that was used to create the water spout. The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm instantly noticed the presence of a demon. He did not know which demon this is but he will not let his newly conquered territory be taken away by a demon.

“WHO DARES!” The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm shouted as he released a powerful burst of divine energy that actually fortified the water spout that protected the port city.

“I guess the meteors will not cut it now since the water spout started to recover from the initial destruction. No choice then, I guess I just need to send it all into another place.” Adrian stated as he vanished once more and appeared at the very center of the water spout and already entered the enemy area.

Adrian did not need to say anything as he just slowly dropped a small star before snapping his finger. The star exploded and it turned into a massive black hole that is five times more massive than the ones Adrian used to summon. This is the effect of his newly gained abilities as all of his spells for Origin Magic have been buffed to a great degree because of Chaos Energy.

Adrian then teleported away as the black hole manifested and permanently stopped the flow of the water spout. The water spout that had tremendous power and speed in rotating suddenly stopped as the water suddenly started to funnel towards the black hole instead. Some debris and even enemies were caught in the massive black hole that Adrian summoned. In just a few seconds, the large water spout that protected the port city suddenly vanished without a trace.

“ATTACK!” The Undertow Guild Leader Ahab shouted as all of the members of the guild alliance charged towards the town.

The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm suddenly erupted in anger and suddenly created a geyser below his feet to see who is attacking his territory. He then saw the guild flag of the Undertow guild and immediately knew that it came from the ones he drove away. He did not expect that a weak guild would suddenly be able to create a large enough force to reclaim their city.

“I AM THE WRATH OF THE SEAS! KILL ALL OF THEM MY MINIONS!” The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm shouted as he called upon a slightly large wave from the sea to flood the port city.

“GHOST OF SANTA MARIA!” The Undertow Guild Leader Ahab shouted as his cutlass suddenly glowed in an eerie light and a ghostly ship once again appeared in the sky.

The ghostly ship called the Santa Maria then slammed towards the tidal wave summoned by the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm. The two things clashed and a powerful explosion took place that dispersed the water from the tidal wave while also destroying the ghostly ship. Water sprayed all over which also gave buffs to the Samebito.

The tidal wave might not have crashed directly into them but the water managed to rise up to the knee. The Samebito all sprung up from the sea and even used the knee-high water as a way to move faster. The area is suddenly flooded as the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm started to summon smaller waves of water to try and raise the sea level.

Seeing that the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm is trying to slam another tidal wave into the area, Frey did not waste any time as she used her mount to go straight towards the god. She told the others that she will buy them some time which is why they need to go push through as fast as they can.

Frey suddenly appearing before the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm in a pegasus shocked the latter as he knows what kind of being the former is. A Valkyrie is basically one of the most powerful war assets of the Goddess of Life Freyja as they are her executioners. They can also deal heavy damage to divine beings if needed.

“Did you think that I would be afraid of you?!” The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm shouted as he smashes his staff onto the ground and a geyser erupted just below Frey.

Frey and her mount got blasted with water but she did not fret as light converged onto her and her mount. The light that converged onto Frey protected them from being flung away by the geyser. She then proceeded to throw her spear towards the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm. The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm had to repel her spear with his staff which prompted the geyser to also stop erupting.

“Impressive, Valkyrie but you shall die by my hand! Lotan!” The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm shouted as he called for the divine beast that is under it.

Seven large serpentine heads suddenly erupted from the sea and each of the heads are large enough to swallow a human. The size of the Lotan is incredibly frightening as it could destroy a quarter of the port city if it entered. The seven large heads instantly made a lunge at Frey but all of them suddenly froze in the air.

“I got my target. Good luck to all of you!” Adrian stated as Kanlaon, Wisteria, and Dodu appeared from their magic circles to drag the Lotan back to the sea.

Adrian then followed his soulbounds as he brought the fight into the sea in order to not destroy the port city. He knows that fighting the Lotan might be easier for him if they fought in land but that would mean city wide destruction. If Adrian is not careful then he might even destroy the port city entirely.

The appearance of the Lotan did spread fear into the hearts of the players but Adrian managed to dispel that when he took the enemy back into the ocean. Now, the port city enemies now consist of the Samebito and the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm. The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm became irritated as he knows that the Samebito are a simple-minded race.

Out of all the aquatic races in the seas, the Samebito are very straightforward and rely more on brute strength since their minds are not that big. Still, the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm can only rely on the minions that it had gathered. He managed to perform a descent spell because of the Samebito hence he is more powerful than other greater gods that just descended immediately.

The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm prepared for his descent for at least a month in advance. He did not expect that the world barrier would weaken further which is why he managed to save most of his strength when he descended. He did not immediately attack any place he deemed beautiful and decided to wait and see. He only chose Undertow Port City because the entire area is above a special mineral called Seastone.

Seastone is basically a powerful energy stone that contains the powers of the seas. The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm wanted to stay in Undertow Port City to absorb all the energies of the Seastone. If he managed to absorb every bit of energy from the Seastone then he would be able to become a Peak Greater God and that sort of power can easily overpower any other gods that descend in the mortal realm.

“I will not let my power be stolen! Rain of Savagery!” The Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm as he summoned red rain.

The red rain did not have any effect on the guild alliance members except for being annoying to their eyes. They thought that the Greater God of Seas, and Rivers Yamm failed his spell but the effects suddenly started to appear on the Samebito. The Samebito may be shark men but they did not seem that ferocious.

Only when the Rain of Savagery descended on their skins did the Samebito morph into bloodthirsty shark men. The bodies of the Samebito expanded to almost twice their size while a crazed look appeared on their faces. The shark heads even expanded bigger as they lost their reasoning. They could only see red and the ones not affected by the Rain of Savagery as their food.
