Others Summon Dragons, I Summon Legendary Knights - Chapter 195: Isaac’s Rampage

Chapter 195: Isaac’s Rampage
Purple light flashed, and Isolde appeared in her apartment in Manhattan with Godfrey. Godfrey, once again in his hoodie, looked around the cozy, brightly lit room as he ran his fingers through his hair and sat on a sofa.
“Stay here for a while, I’ll be back.” Isolde said, sat on the armrest, and placed his head in her bosom.
“Don’t get caught.” She whispered.
“I’m tired. How long do I have to run from the authorities?” He sighed. “It’s best if they’re brought down.”
Hearing Godfrey say all these, Isolde squinted. That vision she saw, was Godfrey really accepted back into society, or did he create a new one by destroying this one?
“They’ll ask for me. I’ll leave now.” Isolde said, caressed his hair for a short while, and vanished.
Some minutes later, he heard a knock. Godfrey’s eyes snapped open.
“I don’t think she’s back.”
“So you’re telling me we sneaked out from school for nothing. Who knows what will happen to Isaac and Lucy without Isolde’s intervention. That transfer student is mysterious.”
The interaction outside made Godfrey approach the door. He could tell they were females, probably female Manhattan students.
He covered his head with his hood and opened the door. The girls were shocked to see the hooded man whose face was hidden in Isolde’s house.
Didn’t they see a picture of her with Godfrey in the Pendragon Mansion? Who was this man before them? Did he break into Isolde’s house? Was this a stalker?
No, the audacity he had to open the door before strangers meant he could be close to Isolde. Did Isolde have another guy?!
Janet squinted while Gum girl looked at Godfrey with a smile. To her, this would be juicy new gossip.
“What happened to Isaac and Lucy?” Godfrey’s voice rang.
“W-Well, Isaac has issues with this new transfer student, but it took a drastic turn lately. I think Lucy was attacked outside the school, and Isaac went to rescue her.” Janet said as Godfrey came out and closed the door.
“Why should I believe you speak the truth?” He tilted his head.
’That voice… I couldn’t confirm it earlier, but could it be—?!’ Janet’s eyes narrowed.
“The new headmistress has put a tight leash on leaving school premises. Do you think we’d risk suspension and come to draw Isolde, the strongest student in school, into a trap?” Gum girl scoffed.
Godfrey turned toward Gum girl. His gaze, through the darkness of his hood, made her flinch.
“This new transfer student. Who is he?”
“He came from Polaris High last year. I think the death of the seniors has driven the third years in a struggle to take over and assert more control, even those left of the fourth year are currently afraid of the boys in our class. Isaac held order, and Lucy is a means to draw him into a trap.” Janet replied.
Godfrey scowled inwardly. The same trick, the same thing they did to him. No doubt, this new transfer student was from a pretty influential family, but he wasn’t worried about that.
Influence had lost its influence on him, but his worry was Isaac’s anger. Isaac loved fighting ever since he left his position as a victim; only his good heart kept him intact.
Once Isaac was pushed to rage levels he had once been pushed to, he might snap.
“Do you know where they are?”
“Uhm… most information around the school gets to us. I know some of Silas’ hangout spots outside the school.” Gum girl responded.
“Then let’s go.”
“What?!” Janet blinked several times as she took two steps back. “You want us to go with you?”
“What better way is there?” Godfrey asked as he lifted both Janet and Gum girl off the floor with telekinesis.
’This power? It’s overwhelming!’ Janet’s eyes trembled.
“Where is it?” Godfrey asked.
“Uhm… I think….”
The moment Gum girl told him, he leaped hundreds of feet into the air. He sealed the girl’s scream with a telekinetic orb around their faces.
Janet saw his hood pull back as the wind blew into it, revealing Godfrey’s fluttering golden hair and face.
’My God, it’s the Shadow King!’
Her heart pounded hard.

While running through the street in his uniform, Isaac heard the rumbling in the clouds but didn’t care.
He had gotten all the information he needed. Silas made sure he left crumbs for him to follow, a clear sign that he was leading him to unfavourable terrain, but he didn’t care.
His eyes gleamed as he entered a construction site and ran up the staircase of the three story building, straight to the rooftop. The moment he got there, Isaac’s eyes widened at the sight of Lucy tied with ropes and made to sit on the concrete floor.
She looked tired with tears and a pale face of someone whose energy was completely drained.
Her eyes widened and she tried to speak, but only muffled sounds came out of her sealed mouth.
Silas sat on a chair with one leg crossed over the other. His black hair hid an eye while his lips curled into a smirk at Isaac’s arrival.
Beside and behind him were dozens of men with a few students.
“Finally, it took a while. I had her fingers crushed while you were at it.” Silas’ statement made Isaac’s eyes widen with rage.
’That’s it. You’re a dog who was forgotten by his owner. Unleash that beast inside of you…’ Silas froze when Isaac began to speak.
“Just what have I or Lucy done to you?”
“Did you hear that?” Silas pointed at him as he let out a maniacal laugh before settling into a sigh.
He rose to his feet, picked up a rod, and looked at Isaac. “You’re too popular for your own good, the same for your stupid, cowardly Shadow King who wants to make my father a fool. I’ve had just about enough of garbage trying to instill some stupid sense of ’doing the right thing’ . It’s boring. Here’s what’s fun, if I hit her, no one will do a thing about it.”
Isaac clenched his fist tighter. Then, he moved, but the men Silas gathered blocked him. Each of them were Elite and High Tiers on their own, shocking Isaac, but before he could even think about how Silas got so many Lord and King/Queen Tier summoners, he heard Lucy’s scream as Silas lifted up the rod.
Tears fell from her eyes as Silas slammed the rod against her head. The blow made her head tilt as she plopped to the floor, and blood flowed out.
“Lucy! Lucy!” Isaac couldn’t believe his eyes while Silas shrugged. “Stop being dramatic, she’s a summoner. That light hit won’t kill her… trust me, this isn’t the first time.”
Silas threw the rod and went back to his seat.
Isaac’s eyes turned red. Spider legs shot out on his back, and they pierced through four men, and he shot webs that caught the faces of others.
Their blows didn’t do much to him, but his spider legs tore through their flesh while webs kept them stuck. Seeing Isaac brutally beat down the men one after the other made Silas appear delighted.
’Good. I just need you to kill one of them. Just one.’
