[Kent’s POV – En Route To Planet Solaryn]
“So you are not from around here,” a Pill King said, sitting not far from Kent.
Kent nodded.
Around him, about a dozen Alchemists sat, learning more about Kent.
Everyone had their agenda, but they all wanted to learn more about Kent, the kid who concocted a Tier 9 Pill with a grey Pill ring around while he was only at the Pill Grandmaster rank.
“When I accidentally fell into that wormhole, I thought I would die, but here I am now, unsure when I will be going back.”
“But you will be going back,” a different Pill King asked.
“Eventually. In my world, many people used to vanish strangely all the time, only to return after a couple of days, weeks, months, or even years.
I believe I will be whisked back one of these days. However, while here, I might as well live my life to the fullest.”
The Alchemists nodded to Kent’s words, not knowing he was telling them a big fat lie. Of course, the part about going back to his world is true, so he only told a half-fat lie.
Then again, he neglected to mention he will be going back to the future, so in a way, that even makes it worse.
“I guess if you are looking to live your life here to some standards, then the Pill Ascension Realm is the right place to explore. Of course, it has its dangers, but as Alchemists, it is a haven for us.
Risking our necks to make a breakthrough is something I personally wouldn’t mind even if I were to lose my life.”
Kent stared at a beautiful Pill Sage, who had made her resolve known.
He could only smile and nod to her words. Though he had no plans on dying, making it big in a place meant for Alchemists is worth risking one’s life for.
“So what is the Pill Ascension Realm like?” Kent asked with a small smile on his lips. “I know virtually nothing about it.”
“It is only normal that you know nothing about such a place. After all, you are not from around here,” a Pill King that goes by Sark said.
“But I will do my best to summarize it for you.”
“That will be great,” Kent nodded, allowing a focused expression to appear on his face…
“Nobody knows where it came from; however, suddenly, an entrance that only accepts entry from Pill Saints to Pill Emperors appeared on Planet Solaryn.
Upon the first exploration, it was discovered to be a realm for Alchemists. They discovered that it offers so much, ranging from Pill Recipes, Pills, Herbs, Pill Techniques, Pill Flames, and the most shocking of them all: primordial flames.
I’m not sure if you are aware, but Primordial Flames are the true flames in the universe. They came directly from the Universe, so to some extent, people call them Cosmic Flames.
Many speculated that this realm came from the Primordial Era; some say it is from other eras. But one thing is certain: every 15 years, when the gate opens, every Alchemist that qualifies to enter returns a different person.
If you are lucky to pass the trial and enter, do your best to at least grab an opportunity by force because, trust me, all powerful Alchemists we have now became who they are because of the Pill Ascension Realm.”
“I see.”
Kent had to say his interest was now piqued.
Of course, learning that there are Primordial Flames there made him giddy.
However, finding out the realm might be from the Primordial Era, he couldn’t help but hope that was the case.
He had lived in the Primordial Era, so he is banking on that to maybe trigger some memories.
Of course, his main focus was forming his core with a Primordial Flame, but he also wanted to learn more about his past.
“So does it mean merely having the access token doesn’t guarantee entry?” Kent asked, and the Pill King named Sark nodded.
“Indeed. Every time the gate opens, it introduces a trial that is different from the previous openings.
Unless you pass, you wouldn’t be allowed entry,” Pill King Sark said and then added, “It is also because of this that many people say the Pill Ascension Realm was once a Pill Sect.”
“That makes sense.” Kent couldn’t deny the logic behind this reasoning. After all, before one gets to become a disciple in a sect, they must first pass a trial, so it makes perfect sense.
Kent continues to ask more questions.
Meanwhile, on the side, Pill Monarch Nefeli and Yuna sat a few inches apart, stealing a glance at each other.
To Pill Monarch Nefeli, taking a stranger in out of the blue was something she never saw coming. However, she couldn’t deny that the young lady beside her needed her.
Yuna told her about her life up to the point before Kent rescued her.
From what she learned, if Yuna were left to live somewhere else, the chances of her developing trauma from her past would be extremely high.
So she knew, as someone who naturally had no use for her, she was the best person to handle her and ensure she had some form of normalcy in her life.
However, she herself was not at peace.
She is on the run from some powerful people.
Pill Monarch Nefeli was just a persona to her. Nobody would suspect the harmless Earth Elemental Human Alchemist to be the infamous Triple Sword Samurai.
In fact, she was a whole galaxy away from home, but every passing second, she was always looking out for the first sign of danger so she could make a run for it.
Taking in Yuna was like adding a load to her already complex life.
“You don’t have to worry about me, big sister. Big brother Kent said he will bring me a Primordial Flame so that I will grow stronger and be able to defend myself from bullies and evil men.”
Yuna smiled.
Although she was 24 years old, her personality and body were still not developed to match her age.
However, looking at her cute, innocent eyes, Pill Monarch Nefeli could only sigh. She looked at Kent, who was laughing with the Alchemists from the Pyris Pill Alliance.
’What a troublemaker. If you want to play hero, why not see it through to the end? Why drag me into it?’
In the end, she could only sigh again and plan to make a decision when Kent returned from the Pill Ascension Realm.

Six hours later, they arrived on Planet Solaryn.
Planet Solaryn isn’t that big. Of course, it is big enough to house 4 countries. However, the overall diameter of the planet is 1.2 million km compared to Planet Pyris, which is 4.8 million km.
However, it is beautiful.
From space, it is a brown planet with three moons. Naturally, all three moons are occupied by three Pill Clans, which make up the powerhouse of the Solaryn Pill Alliance.
Almost all buildings are made using a rare stone found only on the three moons. The majority of the buildings are story buildings.
Right when they arrived, Kent sensed the presence of many powerful beings arriving. He opened the soul map at full capacity and began to observe everything.
’These people are no mere Alchemists. If I didn’t know better, I would say they are hardcore warriors forged in the flames of battle.’
Kent smiled.
According to what he learned, the Pill Ascension Realm only accepts Alchemists. This means if a veteran warrior were to become a Pill saint, they would be allowed entry if they passed the trial.
Naturally, this means only a few people would be true Alchemists.
’Ahhh, at the end of the day, they are all Golden Blood Essence in my eyes.’
“Let’s go.” Pill Monarch Nefeli led them to the location where the gate would open.
