“This year’s trial is strange,” Pill Monarch Nefeli said. She held a curious look in her eyes as she observed the Soul Pillar.
“It is like the trial is specifically singling out the true Alchemist. So far, all who have qualified are true Alchemists. They have love for Alchemy, unlike the others, who only came because they have the power to fight for Primordial Flames.”
“Isn’t that obvious? I mean, the Pill Ascension Realm was meant to be a haven for true Alchemists, right?” Kent scoffs. “Maybe it is finally tired of warriors desecrating it, so it changed its selection method, allowing only True Alchemists to enter.
“After all, wouldn’t it be cheating those who can’t fight but actually have a love for Alchemy?”
Pill Monarch Nefeli nodded. “I guess you are right. However, with this change, the chances of things changing this time around are very high.
I mean, look at even the top-ranking Pill Alliance. After 30 people took the trial, only five qualified.”
Kent smiled, watching the painful look in the Pill Legend’s eyes.

He then activated the audio function of the soul map and caught on to what the Pill Sovereign was plotting…
’How sinister. To think you will give Mind Explosion Pills to your own people just to kill me.’ Kent smirked.
’Looks like it is not only Pill Monarch Jackson who was in bed with the Evil Pill Cult. All of them are guilty. However, luck is on their side, because today, I am occupied, but in the future, I will have the time to address all this.’
A sigh escaped his lips.
