Chapter 1047: Back to the Land of the Living
“So you really don’t know how I became an Underworld Queen?” Nyx asked one last time as Kent prepared to leave.
Kent shook his head. “I have no idea how you became a Queen, but I know you are an Underworld Queen because you helped a subordinate of mine.”
“I see. Too bad you had no idea how I managed to kill that bastard,” she sighed and turned toward Bilad, who had come to send Kent off.
“Hell King suits you well?” Nyx smiled and straightened his collar before turning back to Kent.
“Don’t worry. Bilad is a capable person; he will take care of your kingdom while you are away.”
“I know he will. After all, he is the most qualified.” Kent pressed his finger against his forehead and transmitted a technique to him.
“This is…” Bilad froze, unsure of what to say.
“It is something small to keep you going. Though be sure to pay attention to the Blood Essence you devour, we wouldn’t want you turning into a chimera all of a sudden,” Kent smiled.
He had just given Bilad a Bloodline technique that would allow him to not only strengthen his bloodline but also upgrade it to the Celestial grade.
“Once you manage to reach the level required to fully awaken the bloodline, stop cultivating the technique and focus on exploring how best to use the various Bloodline Aspects.”
Bilad nodded.
Kent turned to Nyx next. “Treat this meeting as one arranged by fate. I don’t really know how or when you became an Underworld Queen, but I can ensure you don’t die trying.”
He pressed his hand against her forehead and transferred one of the techniques he saw in Abyssal Leviathan’s vault.
It was as if he knew this day would come, and he learned the right techniques.
“The Nine-Fold Calamity Whip Art is a technique created by a true primordial… well, that was what Leviathan told me. However, I know that it has killed many immortals and gods, so treat it with care, and please, master the first four forms before we meet again.”
“What happens if I don’t master the first four forms?”
“Then prepare for some spanking. I don’t like lazy women.”
Nyx blushed, causing Bilad to start teasing her.
Kent ignored them and turned to Avotha. “I know you would want to seek revenge on those who banished your mother down here. I know I would if I were in your place.
However, until we meet again, don’t go after them. You alone are not enough, so wait for me to bring the cavalry.
Of course, you don’t have to stay in hell if you don’t want to. You can go to the Underworld and help Nyx conquer and create her own kingdom.
You can also go to the land of the living and spend some time exploring. Just don’t go to the Galaxy of the Abyss Dragons.
One last thing: you should form at least 20 Death Tattoos before we meet again. If we are going to take down a galaxy, you need to be able to embody death in all aspects.”
Kent transmitted the second form of the Genesis of Death to Avotha before stepping back. He had done all he could to secure their future. The rest would depend on whether or not they had what it took to keep their lives.
“Take care, everyone… we will meet sooner than you think.”
“You too, Kent… and when I meet your subordinate in the future, I will be sure to help him to the best of my abilities.”
“I am sure you will,” Kent smiled.
“I will keep your kingdom safe for you, so relax and come back when you are ready,” Bilad also said, and Kent gave him a nod.
Avotha just bowed slightly.
Kent nodded at him and then, with a wave, his body vanished, appearing in front of the gate that led to the Pill Ascension Realm.
Just as it was closing, a bracelet flashed out and entered Kent’s left hand.
A voice then entered his head.
“Till next time, Sage.”
“Kent,” Pill Monarch Nefeli called out, causing Kent to turn and look in her direction. He saw her and Yuna walking toward him.
He also saw the 24 alchemists who entered the Pill Ascension Realm walk a few meters behind them.
However, before he could move, he felt five powerful presences lock on him, and at once, five figures clad in battle armor surrounded him.
Pill Monarch Nefeli froze in her steps. Instinctively, she spread her palm, summoning her sword. However, Kent’s soothing tone entered her head, causing her to close her palm.
’Don’t worry, big sister… they are as good as dead.’
Kent stood calm as five weapons stabbed toward him. All five were swordsmen; however, feeling their sword intent and aura, he knew they were mere greenhouse flowers.
’Even my level 4 Profound Sword Aura before it mutated is stronger than their level 5 Heavenly Sword Aura…’
Kent unleashed his killing intent just when they were a meter from him. This caused all five to fall to their knees and pass out. Then, with a wave of his hand, green flames that immediately caught everyone’s attention surrounded them.
“That is a Primordial Flame.”
“So powerful. What grade is it?”
“Damn, Pyris Pill Alliance now has someone with a Primordial Flame.”
“We can’t allow him to live.”
The greedy ones looked at Kent with killing intent. However, before they could even think about attacking, Kent waved his hand, and the five Heavenly Ascension Stage cultivators on the ground were reduced to ash, leaving only their Blood Essence behind.
“Let me make one thing clear. From today onwards, the number one Pill Alliance is my Pyris Pill Alliance. All those who oppose this decision will be reduced to ash, just like those idiots I just took care of.
So please, come against me. I am begging you to point your weapon at me, and let’s see who remains standing.”
BOOM
Kent unleashed his bloodline, transforming into his demi-dragon form. Everybody except Pyris and Aerithyne Pill Alliances remained standing.
The rest, including the Pill Legends, were on their knees; some even passed out on the ground.
“One thing I hate is people thinking they are on top of the world simply because they have some status. I mean, you bunch think just because you are Pill Worlds, you can do as you please.
Perhaps when I am dead… maybe then you can do that. But as long as I remain standing, forget about ever making a fuss. Trust me, if not for your importance to the other worlds, I would have wiped you out right now.
There won’t be a next time…”
Kent put away his bloodline, but everyone was so exhausted that they couldn’t stand.
Kent walked toward Pill Monarch Nefeli, still in his demi-dragon form.
“So you are a dragon…” she said, a small smile playing on her lips.
Kent walked toward her and whispered into her ear, “Not just any dragon, big sister, the Primordial Chaos Dragon.”
Her body froze, but Kent just smiled and looked at Yuna. He extended his hand, and a Primordial Flame Seed appeared.
“Big brother, is this mine?”
“Yes. It is a high-grade Primordial Flame Seed. It complements your Purity Soul Flame, so once we return, absorb it.”
“You are the best, big brother.”
“I know.” Kent flipped his hair back.
Still frozen, Pill Monarch Nefeli was struck dumb again, looking at the high-grade Primordial Flame in Yuna’s hand.
