Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System - Chapter 1148: Undead Resurrection

Chapter 1148: Undead Resurrection
After leaving the mountain garden, Kent first went to the Legion Tower and entered the Necro Forge, where he would be resurrecting his seven undead.
As expected, the moment he appeared in the workspace, he found seven cocoons hovering in the air.
This sight caused his anger to rise again. However, he calmed himself down and focused on handling the resurrection ritual of his seven undead.
“We will get our revenge one day,” Kent muttered before sitting in a lotus posture.
The process is very simple.
Since the body and essence of the undead always return to the Necro Forge after they die, Kent would just have to reconnect them to the forge and let their essence merge with their bodies.
They are undead, so their undead souls are basically their essence. Of course, the more frequently they die, the longer it will take to resurrect them.
However, as long as Kent is alive, then no matter how long it takes, as long as he breathes, his undead will never die. In fact, Kent’s life is their life, and so death has no hold on them.
The downside, however, is that whenever he resurrects them, Kent will feel his energy drained. Of course, the longer it took to resurrect them, the more it took.
For now, he can handle a couple of years, perhaps a decade for all of them. But if he doesn’t level up much faster, one of these days, if his undead keep dying, he will be forced to wake them one at a time.
Thankfully, he is much stronger now, so resurrecting all seven of them is within his capacity.
He took a deep breath and formed a hand seal, and at once, the forge came to life. The cocoons that had been hovering idle in the air began to glow as threads of energy emanated from the forge and latched onto them.
The moment this happened, Kent saw runes appearing on all seven cocoons.
These runes will help their essence merge back with their bodies. Of course, it will take some time, but now that the forge has been activated, the process will begin promptly.
⟦The resurrection ritual had begun. Duration: 2 years (Tower Time)⟧
“Good. With this, they will wake up with their strength and memories intact.”
Kent became happy that the process had finally begun, and there is even a timeframe for when it will end. This means he can finally have a breather and get back to his training.
Kent stood up and issued an order to the tower.
“In case I am not available when they wake up, release them into the Legion Tower.”
⟦I will do as the master commands⟧
Kent nodded and soon left the Necro Forge. A few seconds after he left, Gaia, Akira, and Dori appeared inside with smiles on their faces.
“Mission is a go, sisters. Let’s start the modifications.”
The three troublemakers started tinkering with the seven cocoons. Nobody knows what they are doing, but given their character and track record, the seven undead will wake up in a much different state compared to how they were before they died.
Kent, who had no idea what his three assistants were up to, arrived in the Sword Tower and immediately sat in a lotus posture to think of the order in which he would be moving.
He has several tasks to manage, and so he wants to have a roadmap before he starts.
After a few minutes, he seemed to have finalized his plans.
He will first handle Lord Genesis’ memories, as he still has four memory keys to review his life back when he was Jest, the greatest swordsman to have ever lived.
The last time he retrieved those memories, he had just traveled from Fire City, a continent dominated by Flame Humans in the world of Eryndor, to Valyrion, a place said to be home to the best swordsmen in the immortal world.
Naturally, Jest wanted to train and expand his knowledge of swordsmanship, so he traveled there. The ship he boarded landed in a city called Shengdao.
It turned out that, in this city, there was an old rule that all those who wished to be challenged should have their swords out. Jest had no idea there was a rule like this, so he entered the city like the carefree human he was.
It turned out to be a huge mistake. A swordwoman called Seraphina, the Moonlit Dancer, challenged him, and when Jest declined, she started chasing him to kill him.
Kent now wanted to know what happened next. He is a sword King while his opponent is a sword emperor.
After that is done, Kent planned to refine the two Blood Life Seals and the two Blood Death Seals he received after killing the Planet King.
He is much stronger now, but he aspires to be even stronger.
What had just happened to his undead was a clear sign that he might be strong, but he was not invincible.
Then, once the issue with the four seals was resolved, he would have his first Blood Cleansing bath, where he would submerge his body in a pool of blood and employ a special technique to temper his body.
It may sound simple, but it is a very dangerous thing, something that could easily send him into a complete frenzy and cause him to literally lose his mind due to bloodlust.
However, if he managed to complete it, he would not only become much more dangerous, but his killing intent would become so much more potent.
In fact, if he managed to refine both Blood Death Seals and have his Blood Cleansing bath, his killing intent could rival even immortals.
Then, once that was handled, he would try his chances with the Claw Art and see if he could learn the first form. The last time he tried, he nearly died. So now, he wanted to be ready before trying again.
Once that was also handled, he would focus on creating the flame technique, then he would concoct a Tier 9 pill with a grey pill ring to become a Pill Sage.
Becoming a Pill King would be handled while on the road to find Elina.
Hopefully, by then, he would also become a Sword King.
As for the three memory keys for Faceless Assassin, he would handle them later…
Kent had a lot to handle; however, thanks to the tower time, he knew he would be able to tackle everything before time ran out.
Of course, he still had the second form of the Bone Tempering Art to cultivate; however, since he had yet to awaken all Blood Runes, he was not rushing that yet.
But just out of curiosity, he checked his progress.
⟦Blood Runes: 55,600/105,600⟧
“According to the details of the second form of the Bone Tempering Art, the maximum number of blood runes required to form a Blood Tattoo is 120.
However, seeing that I have the potential to awaken 500,000 plus Blood Runes, I should force and push the maximum number of seals to at least 300.
This way, my Blood Tattoos will be super powerful. I cannot measure my nature to the ordinary folk.”
Kent smiled, knowing that if the Slaughter King heard him call him ordinary folk, he would be pissed.
“More to do and less time to do it. Elina is waiting for me, so I must hurry.” Kent retrieved the first memory key for Lord Genesis’ memories and used it.
The next second, Kent felt a sharp sword move past his neck, leaving a mark.
