To be able to attempt that, he needs more essence-rich ingredients, which can only be found from Tier 13 and upward. Tier 12 and below don’t have enough vitality to have the necessary essence to even attempt such a thing.

So, asking him to attempt such a thing and even have the audacity to recommend as low as a Tier 10 pill is just telling him to stop dreaming, that he would never become a Pill Monarch in this life or the next.

“If Pill Celestial Kevin Sage said it is impossible, who am I to argue?” Kent grinned and started reading through the techniques he had received again.

He paid more attention to those that can aid him in extracting the medicinal essence from the ingredients and those used for burning impurities.

Before he even starts to think about refining an Azure pill ring, he must master extracting pill essence to the most perfect state. He must master extracting medicinal essence from any ingredient to the point that not even an atom of impurity will be in it.

And well, while that is also impossible to some degree, many legendary alchemists have achieved it before, so he can try to do so as well.

If he manages to extract all essence from ingredients, technically, he can attempt refining an azure pill ring.
