Chapter 1494 The Eleventh Floor – Four Fallen Immortals (4)
“I never knew you could do that, Vel.” Unity stopped beside Velyra, who was using her finger to draw a series of runes in the air.
Taking control of the blood pool was within their expectations. They knew she was connected to the blood more than even vampires. So taking hold of the large blood pool was perfectly normal.
However, putting a True Immortal to sleep with a mere tap on her forehead wasn’t something they saw coming.
Even Zaila, who happens to be a mind cultivator, wouldn’t have this much power to accomplish what Velyra had accomplished.
“How did you do it?” Unity asked, but Velyra merely smiled.
“Fine, if you are not going to tell me, then keep it to yourself.” Unity clearly wanted to hear how Velyra managed to put the True Immortal to sleep; however, since she didn’t want to tell her, she could not force it out of her.
Velyra laughed, but she said nothing.
Seeing this, Unity smirked, removed the storage ring from Selvara’s finger, and stored it away in her Love Space.
They stood back and continued to watch as Velyra filled the air with runes.

[Veera’s team]
Meanwhile, Veera, Yi Lai, the Shade King Nykali, and Elaine sat on a boulder, glasses filled to the brim with red wine in their hands as they watched their subordinates wage war on Draxion – The Undying Commander.
When they arrived on the 11th floor, they appeared within the domain of one of the four Chaos Envoys. He is the strongest of them simply because he has several undead, most of which are immortals, under him.
Naturally, if a team like Vexthra’s, Unity’s, or Vari’s were to be assigned there, they would have faced the greatest challenge yet.
Facing hundreds of immortal-level undead isn’t something to scoff at. However, the team assigned to face him was made up entirely of abnormal people.
Veera has over a thousand undead, five of which are True Immortals, three Core Immortals, and the remaining ranging between Spirit Immortal and Life Stage.
Shade King Nykali also commands over 10,000 wraiths. Just like Veera, he had also gained the ability to create powerful spirit wraiths by merging the weaker ones.
He had only succeeded in creating two who are only Root Immortals. However, the tens of thousands of wraiths under his command are all within the rank of the Life and Death Stage. Unleashing all of them was more than enough to handle a large chunk of Draxion’s undead army.
As for Yi Lai, she has seven undead, one of which had only recently reached the Death Stage. The rest are True immortals, with even one of them being an Immortal King.
The dangerous part, too, was that all seven of them are dragons.
Elaine, on the other hand, had summoned three Death Agents, each a True Immortal. Naturally, she is among the strongest in the legion, all things considered.
So with this lineup unleashed on Draxion, they themselves had nothing to worry about. They just had to relax and watch as their subordinates fought for them.
Standing behind them is Fero, the Immortal King Dragon Yi Lai had waited weeks for to complete his dragon ascension trial.
“Fero, do you want to join them?” Elaine turned and asked the handsome white-haired dragon who had his arms crossed over his chest.
“No offense, my lady, but I have standards, and these small fries don’t meet them. So until a real opponent appears, my sword will remain sheathed.”
“Spoken like a true dragon,” Yi Lai said with a grin, causing her friends to laugh. Dragons are naturally arrogant, so the fact that he even showed Elaine the respect she needed was a miracle.
However, what he said is indeed true. As someone who is already an Immortal King, he is above the standard of this mission. It’s even shocking that he got to keep his cultivation base intact.
However, even if he had been suppressed, as a dragon, he would have felt insulted and might even have chosen not to fight. Thankfully, with those sent into the battle already overpowered, Draxion and his undead force are having a bad day.
But the four battlefields weren’t the only ones ablaze. Somewhere else, the rest of the legion, led by Miryssa, were locked in with the agents from the Soul Temple.
There are about 200 of them, the majority of whom are immortals, with some even at the Immortal Lord stage. However, with the likes of Miryssa, Uncle Drew, Vargus, and Avotha among them, the enemy wasn’t having a good day.
Although some of them had been suppressed to the peak of the True Immortal Stage, they aren’t in any way bothered at all.
Miryssa may be suppressed, but she is someone who has reached the Universal God Stage during the Primordial Era. Someone like that had nothing to fear when locked in combat against beings who are struggling against even Uncle Drew, who is merely at the Death Stage.
Vargus was suppressed to the True Immortal Stage, but he was everywhere with his hammer, causing mayhem.
As for Avotha, he was suppressed to the Immortal Lord Stage, and he alone held back four Immortal Lords.
He was basically everywhere on the battlefield, making sure the four Immortal Lords regret coming to this planet in the first place.
The mission was to kill all 200 of them and ensure not even a single one of them escaped. Naturally, Elina made sure none of them dared run, since before the battle, she had sealed the entire space.
Not even a distress signal could pass through. So the only hope they had was creating a chance for one of them to escape. Unfortunately for them, karma was against them.
A couple of minutes into their battle, some people joined them.
It turned out the survivors of the planet were keeping track of the Soul Temple agents, so when they saw they were under attack, they joined to finish off the parasites that had invaded their world, killed their high-ranking elders, and had been working behind the scenes to free the four Fallen Immortals.
With them joining the battle and bringing a few Immortal Lords with them, the battle suddenly shifted, and before long, every last agent was killed.
Their bodies were collected by Miryssa, who knew Veera and the other freaks would have a use for them.
It would have taken them quite some time to finish everyone. However, with the help they received from the natives, it took them less than 30 minutes to slaughter everyone.
Just when they were done handling everything, they felt their connection with Unity’s team had been established. This gave them the perfect escape, so after using their classic line, they vanished into thin air.
“Kent Madson, huh. We should thank him when we meet him one day,” the leader of the natives, a rabbit kin, said, tapping his cane on the ground.
“Leader, should we send out word to our allies? Maybe if we can form some connection with these people, they can help us rescue the princess.”
“Let’s hold back for now. The oracle clearly said our destiny is about to change. As to how it will happen, I have a feeling these wonderful people are involved somehow.”
