Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System - Chapter 900: The Apocalypse (4)

Chapter 900: The Apocalypse (4)
“What the hell?” an Earth Dragon warrior muttered, looking at the red crack that appeared in the air.
At once, everyone became pale.
The feeling of dread enveloped everyone, causing them to take a step back. The aura coming from the crack was one they knew was far beyond them.
CRACK
SHATTER
The crack in the air expanded and then shattered, revealing a large red translucent portal. It isn’t transparent, but many can see what’s on the other side.
“Oh my…”
Instinctively, many again took a few steps back when they saw what was on the other side of the cracked space.
Standing on the other side of the crack were thousands of terrifying pale white figures, each with fiery red eyes and dark veins lining their faces.
The majority had clawed hands, with most also holding jagged swords and long, razor-sharp spears that nobody wanted to be at the stabbing end of.
Some even have deadly claws, looking to slash some necks and disfigure some faces.
“Be ready,” Sect Leader Deimos said, getting into combat mode.
Suddenly, a figure walked out, bringing with him a rather powerful aura that caused many to take a few steps back again.
Naturally, the strongest on the battlefield moved forward to shield the weaker ones.
“I will only say this once, for the Vampire King wills it. Surrender all those who have Humans, Elven, Qilin, and Dragon bloodlines, and we will leave in peace. Resist, and we will annihilate everyone.”
The pressure radiating off the man’s body was pressing down on everyone to the point that even Sect Leader Deimos started turning pale.
However, he stood tall and faced the man.
“This world is for all, so if you can’t live without hurting one another, then naturally, we will exterminate you.”
The look in the man’s red eyes intensified when he heard what Sect Leader Deimos said. “Very well. If we can’t come to an agreement, then we will kill everyone here and rule the world instead. After all, you are merely livestock meant to be preyed on.”
“We shall see about that,” Sect Leader Deimos said, pointing his clawed hand at the vampire.
“Bring it on.” Kaizo flew and hovered over everyone, exuding a powerful aura. Thanks to his aura, the pressure coming from the Vampire was blocked to some degree.
The moment the man entered the crack again, everyone felt thousands of auras charging out, causing them to hold their weapons firmly.
“Know that you are fighting to protect your own.” With that, Sect Leader Deimos charged forward, meeting the vampires that came out of the crack.
Thousands of warriors on his side also charged forward.
“Ah, what a headache,” Lady Enzi sighed, and then she moved. The next second, the sound of glass breaking spread across the battlefield.
It shattered, and a beauty in red leather armor appeared, holding a thin glass sword. Everyone saw this and wondered what was happening.
Lady Liora, who saw this, smiled and said, “Looks like you couldn’t hide anymore and chose to come out.” Looking at Lady Enzi bring out her true body made her sigh.
Not even Kent knew that the uptight Lady Enzi he knew and had been interacting with was a mere clone. In fact, aside from Lady Liora, who gave Lady Enzi the Tier 18 Perfect Cloning Pill, nobody knew she was a clone.
However, her main body appeared, and the clone moved and dissolved into her.
BOOM
SHATTERED
The moment her two bodies merged, a powerful aura burst out of her body, turning the vampires charging toward her into glass statues.
Lady Enzi looked angry as she snapped her fingers, and the glass statues shattered instantly. With that, she charged forward and started shattering more vampires as if they were made of glass.
Soon, thousands of vampires were on the battlefield.
“Everyone, stay behind me and Uncle Drake,” Queen Jascia commanded as she went into full battle mode, wielding two swords.
The Half-Elves moved behind her and Uncle Drake. Naturally, the elders and the King were in the lead, making sure their warriors were guarded against the tide of vampires that seemed to surpass them in strength.
In fact, the only advantage they had was numbers, so two were ganging up on a vampire — yet even that was proving to be a headache.
“Alina, follow the plan and make sure the pressure isn’t too much on them. Big Sister said we shouldn’t attack just yet,” Princess Lovina said, and Alina nodded.
“I will deploy healing arrays for everyone to speed up their healing and another to boost their strength and stamina.”
Princess Lovina nodded and continued to observe.
Soon, a three-layered formation — one green, one red, and the last blue — appeared in the air. The moment it was fully activated, every warrior on the battlefield felt energized.
“I like this feeling,” Nyss said, evading a spear thrust from a vampire.
She moved back and then disappeared into a shadow. The next second, she appeared behind the vampire and stabbed her dagger. However, the vampire managed to evade by twisting his body in a way that the dagger only grazed his arm.
“Mark.” Nyss muttered
While the dagger missed his heart, the graze on his arm was enough for Nyss to do her thing.
“Life Drain.”
In an instant, the vampire turned even paler and then dropped dead.
“Wow, what a powerful soul power,” Nyss muttered before slipping into the next shadow.
After training tirelessly for the past months, she had used the Innate Talent Awakening Pill Kent gave her to awaken an innate ability tied to her original skill called Mark.
This ability, called ’Mark’, allows her to mark her targets, which she can then use to track them no matter where they go.
However, now, aside from merely marking her targets in order to track them, she had gained an ability that allowed her to take their life force in the form of soul power to strengthen herself.
Provided the target was not two realms above her or had three times her soul strength, she would be able to drain their life force.
So Nyss wasn’t wasting time at all. She was using that powerful innate ability to strengthen herself so she could stay in the battle for a long time.
Naturally, the longer the battle went on, the stronger she would become. Unless, of course, she ran out of stamina — which, thanks to Alina, she wouldn’t be running out of anytime soon.
On one side of the battle, the Pill Princess was doing her best to kill as many vampires as she could, using one flame art after another.
Around her arm, she had three flame runes radiating red, brown, and black colors. Each of these flame runes held a different meaning and ability.
It was a powerful technique her master had given her a few weeks ago.
Whenever she killed a target, all three runes lit up. However, if one looked closely, whenever the three flame runes lit up, her speed, strength, and flame comprehension slightly intensified.
Lady Liora, who was a few meters from her, held a smile on her face as she also had similar runes on her arm.
However, for her, aside from the red, brown, and black flame runes, there were golden and blue flame runes on her left arm and a white flame on her forehead.
“This is your first trial, Sylvara. If you manage to form the next rune on your own, maybe one day, you will be able to rise on your own two feet and roam even immortal worlds without any fear.
Also, with this, I will be able to go back home without any worry.” A smile appeared on her face.
—
Far in the distance, Vexthra, who was paying attention to the battle with her sisters and the legion, raised her brow, looking in Lady Liora’s direction.
’So that is how it is, huh?’
