Re-Awakening: I Became a Pay To Win Boss Monster - Chapter 633: A Flood Of Memories

Chapter 633: A Flood Of Memories
<Rael Sutekh: Hey… I know this might be a little sudden, but I was thinking of going to the Demonic Realm. There are a few things I want to sort out, and maybe make an ally or two. So I was just wondering if you want to come along.>
There was no reply for a good few minutes.
Rael was even beginning to think that she was just going to ignore him since he was being a little insensitive.
However, his worries were put down the moment he felt someone approaching him from the distance.
At first, he thought it was an attacker, but it turned out to be Lilith.
She had tracked him down, and after just a couple more seconds, she arrived right in front of him.
She had a slight frown on her face, but Rael didn’t question it.
He knew exactly why she was frowning.
“Are you actually going there?” she asked.
“Yep,” Rael replied plainly. “A war is coming, and it’s inevitable. I can create billions if not trillions of constructs to fight off our enemies, but in the end, my constructs are just that, constructs. I want independent people who just so happen to be very strong at the helm too.”
“My father will never be on your side,” Lilith said. “So long as I’m alive… he’ll forever be your enemy. He’ll also be my enemy for as long as I live.”
Yeah…
That was the tricky part.
But Rael had already considered that.
He hadn’t dismissed her past pleas, and he also remembered very clearly how the Demon King had treated her.
And for that reason…
“The Demon King is powerful, and he’s obviously the ruler of all demons, but that doesn’t have to be the case, right? You’re technically his blood, so you can overthrow him.”
Lilith’s eyes widened.
“Are you suggesting I go against my father?”
“Isn’t that exactly what you wanted to do, though?” Rael tilted his head. “I’m not forcing you though. I just thought you always wanted to get revenge against him. What better revenge than taking what’s his.”
He didn’t really want to sound that sadistic, but he felt like there was no other way of saying it.
Clearly, Lilith didn’t take it to heart either. Instead, she looked at it rationally.
And after rationally thinking it over, she just shook her head.
“I can never defeat my father. He’s too powerful.”
“There must be some other way to beat him though, isn’t there?” Rael asked. “Do you demons not have successions?”
“…”
Lilith met his gaze.
“You think killing my siblings would put me as the only person who can take his place?”
Rael shrugged. “Your words, not mine.”
That was indeed what he was thinking.
He just didn’t know to what extent Lilith missed her previous life.
She hated her father, and her siblings bullied her.
So why was she so hesitant?
Was there something that Rael was missing?
He couldn’t tell…
“My… bloodline is more pure than my siblings. That automatically puts me above them,” she said. “Usually, we are born with a small percentage of this bloodline. It’s not complete, but it’s enough to give us powerful abilities. You… you gave me the full bloodline. I’m on the same level as Father when it comes to that.”
Glancing away, she let out a sigh.
“If I announce that, my father will see me as the primary successor. But then my siblings will come after me.”
“And I’ll deal with them,” Rael said. “If need be, I’ll kill them all, or just neutralize them. However you want.”
Lilith lowered her gaze.
“So you’re really serious about this… in that case, I agree. But you mustn’t kill them. I only want you to embarrass them. Or rather, let me do it. I might look weak, but I’m sure I can fight on the level of a Grade 4. Most of my siblings should be around that level now.”
Fair enough.
That would solve a lot of issues.
But if the Demon King did go back on his word, then it would be a big problem.
After all, there must have been a reason why he had abandoned Lilith, aside from her lack of a bloodline.
Rael thought about it for a moment then shook his head.
He knew too little about all of this demon stuff.
He was a demon himself now, with a powerful race, but not with the knowledge.
But…
He did have a lot of money.
<Premium Facade> You can now buy the identities of the forgotten. The Eternal Dream: Shapeless. ↳Information: One of the Ancient Rulers of the Dream Realm. The first ruler of the Demonic Realm. Identity cost: 25,000 Premium Coins
This was expensive, and likely one of the most expensive identities by far.
But this was also a very high class individual.
“Lilith, I might spazz out for a second, but don’t mind me,” Rael said, earning a confused look from Lilith.
He bought the identity right away.
<Would you like to change your identity to: The Eternal Dream? Yes / No><Note: This change is not permanent and may be revoked whenever wished.><Ding!>
<You have successfully taken the identity of The Eternal Dream!>
The moment everything was finalized, a flood of information entered Rael’s mind.
However, it wasn’t the previous kind like with Jashin.
That had lasted only a few seconds, but this…?
Rael could see flashes of a shapeless being ruling over a small horde of demons.
With time, that number increased, and within just a few years, it had grown to several million demons.
Yet the being continued to remain shapeless, and after some time, he stopped showing up to the Demonic Realm entirely.
He existed from the side and helped them whenever needed, but that too stopped after several hundred more years.
The demons became independent, and they established rules, order, and so much more.
Millions of years of information passed by his mind, and for the first time in a while, Rael felt like he had bitten off more than he could chew.
But clearly, this was nowhere near over.
