More than a thousand kilograms of liquid GodForge pieces began to shoot out around the Stronghold as if they were meteorites.
They inundated the air, turning the whole area into a galaxy cluster.
Yuna and the rest of the people here couldn’t believe their eyes. This was the first time anyone had ever seen such a large quantity of GodForge pieces haphazardly flying around the air!
But this was for good reason.
Michael knew that the GodForge pieces were somewhat sentient. They knew which person was worthy, and which was not.
If someone deserved to advance, then they would naturally attract the drops of GodForge into their hearts.
And as expected, the Dragonborns were the first to be given their due ascensions.
Umisu, Sheina, and Jaku all staggered back as multiple drops of GodForge pieces began to fight over each other trying to get inside their hearts.
A total of fifteen drops found the privilege to become one with the three Dragonborns.
With this amount, they were able to transcend from the 3rd stage, immediately to the 6th stage of the Body Formation realm!
Their innate talent as well as their experience fighting against enemies multiple stages above their own allowed them to transcend their limits and completely pass through the 4th and 5th stage like it was a breeze!
Now, they have reached the 6th stage. This was a bottleneck that could only be transcended through experience or another Aubility Power breakthrough.
But the fact of the matter was that with the Dragonborns’ talent, it was practically all but guaranteed that they would reach further realms in record time.
The next to receive their bout of GodForge was the mischievous little slime next to Michael.
In complete contrast to the Dragonborns, Fudge didn’t wait until the GodForge pieces chose him.
He swallowed them instead.
Fudge’s body enlarged to five times his normal size, a large slit appearing where his mouth should be.
Then, this enormous maw opened, like a blue whale about to consume an entire colony of krill.
The GodForge pieces around Fudge began to feel a tug, an enormous pull of gravity akin to that of a black hole, as they began to fall into this violet slime’s innards.
Multiple flaming drops fell into Fudge. One, five, ten…
Michael’s eyes widened as he realized that the amount of drops Fudge consumed grew far more than what the Dragonborns had absorbed.
A whopping total of 30 kilograms were drawn into Fudge’s seemingly infinite void.
That was enough to send Fudge from the 3rd stage to the 8th stage of Body Formation!
That was too big of a jump!
Even Michael wasn’t able to make that big of a jump.
This surprised him greatly. He didn’t know if it was because of Fudge’s unique powers, his identity as a monster, or because of his propensity to mischievous pranks that allowed him to bypass all the bottlenecks that a Maugnetic should have.
But Michael wasn’t going to complain.
Having another 8th stage Maugnetic in their midst was a tremendous boon!
The only problem Michael had with this was the fact that it would only make Fudgge more unhinged than he was before.
With this new power, he’d be able to go places where he couldn’t enter before. He would no longer be limited by his weak Aubility Power. With his stealth now powered by an 8th stage Body Formation cultivation, he was practically unseeable by even the 9th stage Maugnetic cultivators! That was a scary thought.
Michael didn’t want to ponder about the implications of Fudge’s ascension. Instead, he focused on the things he could control right now.
As the galaxy of GodForge pieces shot around in the air, some of them immediately shot towards the two Orc Chieftains.
Narito and Sasuki opened their arms wide, chanting their species’ shout as they did so.
“BU TO TO!”
“RAH TA TA!”
Five kilograms diverted towards the two Shadow Orcs, allowing them to transcend from the 1st stage to the 3rd stage of the Body Formation realm.
It must be taken into account that they hadn’t even been a Maugnetic for a week, yet now, they were already in the 3rd stage!
Next up were the Elite Penumbras. Their advancements were a bit more subdued, with each of the ten only getting two kilograms of GodForge each.
This allowed them to advance to the second stage. A very respectable progression. Just behind the Elite Penumbras were the High Orcs.
The three hundred Shadow Orcs had not yet achieved a sufficient level of experience to attract any of the GodForge pieces.
But that was for good reason. They had just awakened their Aubility Powers.
With their Divas awakened, they were now fully-fledged Maugnetics!
The Nation of Reborn now had three hundred 1st stage Body Formation cultivators!
But that wasn’t even the best part.
After all, the GodForge pieces weren’t done circling the air just yet.
They began to swoop down into the other Shadow Orcs further down the line, to those who had not yet received any of the GodForge pieces.
With their life or death experience during the siege, some of them finally became worthy of awakening an Aubility Power.
Finally, the cluster of meteoric GodForge pieces shot down towards the sea of Shadows in the Stronghold, lodging themselves deep into the Orcs’ madly beating hearts.
Michael counted them.
Ten… a hundred… five hundred… a thousand… a thousand two hundred!
He couldn’t believe it! 1200 Shadow Orcs finally become worthy of becoming a Maugnetic.
He expected a few hundred to advance, not a thousand!
“BU TO TO! It seems that a lot more of the Orcanines are eligible to become a Maugnetic! A marvelous advancement!”
“RAH TA TA! What are you saying, it’s just a tiny bit of difference. What matters is that there are more Orcupines in the Elite Penumbras!”
The Orc Chieftains, on the other hand, weren’t as surprised as him. They thought it was normal. There was even a hint of disappointment in their faces as if 1200 new Maugnetic Orcs wasn’t enough!
