Chapter 1737: Dreams
—–
“Aquarina!”
“Hmm…”
Aquarina felt slightly sleepy, tired even.
Her eyes were groggy and dizzy, and as she looked around her surroundings, the sunray was very bright and annoying to her eyes.
She slowly rubbed her eyes, opening her eyes a bit better, while sighing as she suddenly realized she was in bed…
Or not?
“Eh?”
She noticed she was resting in her bed, but surrounding the bed was a lot of grasslands, trees, and more.
“Where… where am I?”
She gasped in disbelief, noticing the beautiful nature surrounding her, and the bright blue sky above the heavens.
“Aquarina!”
She heard a voice again; something was calling her…
No, someone.
“Is this a dream? What am I even dreaming now?”
Aquarina was used to having weird dreams, although the last nightmare she had left her slightly traumatized.
But right now, things were a bit different.
This didn’t look quite like a nightmare, she was surrounded by the beautiful grasslands and forests of Agartha, the Territory within the Elven Kingdom where she lived for the majority of her childhood with Sylphy and the rest of her friends and families.
“Hmm…”
She slowly walked out of her bed, closing her eyes as she felt the cold breeze wash over her body.
It was refreshing, especially because she had bene living in a pretty hot environment for over a year now.
The sun above the skies was bright, but it wasn’t as bad as the desert.
“This is really nice… I’ve been missing this greenery, honestly.”
As she sighed in relief, simply deciding to go with the flow…
“Aquarina! Can you hear me?”
“Eh?”
She quickly looked around.
This time, she recognized that voice.
“Aquarinaaa!”
“S-Syl…?!”
Her eyes widened, that voice was…
“Sylphy?!”
She looked around desperately, running through the grasslands, her sharp eyes tried to locate the origin of that voice but…
“Aquarina!”
“Ah, there!”
She began running across the grasslands, enjoying walking over the cold, slightly wet grass with her barefoot, a sensation she had missed quite a bit.
She ran into the forest, entering it.
“Can you hear me Aquarina?”
“Over there…”
Aquarina ran around, turning on several times, until finally…
She reached a beautiful pocket of flowers in the middle of the forest.
And at the center of this secret garden, there was a young apple tree.
“Eh? A tree?”
“Aquarina! Are you there?”
“S-Sylphy?!”
She ran towards the tree, hearing her voice.
“Yes I’m here! A-Are you not a dream?! Is this you for REAL?!”
“Yes it’s me! I-I think I made it! Aquarina!”
The tree shook a little, as Aquarina felt slightly wierded out.
“…But why are you a tree though?”
“AM I?! Oh…! M-must be the aftereffects of using this power…”
“W-What power are you talking about?”
“I did something with Yggdra and Naturia, we connected our souls and with their Spiritual Guidance, and Yggdra’s power to connect with her children’s soul, we connected with yours!”
“What?! No way! That’s so cool!”
“Yeah but I don’t know, it’s a bit unstable! It might only last a few minutes…”
“Ah, I don’t really care if you’re a tree! I’m so happy to see you again!”
Aquarina spread her big arms and hugged Sylphy’s tree form.
“A-Ah! I also missed you a lot, Aquarina…”
Sylphy felt overwhelmed, her branches moving like arms.
Until suddenly…
FLAAASH!
“Huh?”
“Ah!”
Aquarina’s Aura spread through Sylphy, as her tree-like shape began to transform, quickly turning more and more humanoid, the branches quickly wrapping around one another.
Somehow, one of Aquarina’s abilities or skills triggered Sylphy to transform!
Her tree-like avatar was most likely the result of her coming with Yggdra and Naturia’s powers.
But this was… Aquarina’s doing.
“Eh? Oh! I’m no longer a tree!”
And there she was.
“S-Sylphy… Sniff…”
Aquarina started crying, as she saw Sylphy’s adorable appearance, although she looked a year younger than she was right now.
Her long red hair, her beautiful green eyes, her pointy ears, her cute face, and her freckles.
And of course, her gentle, harmonious voice, which made Aquarina melt inside.
“Aquarina! Wow this is amazing… You turned me back? Since when did you had this power?”
“Sylphyyyy!”
Aquarina ignored her words though, running towards her again and hugging her.
“A-Ah…! Heheh…”
Sylphy giggled cutely, hugging Aquarina back, as she was suddenly lifted by Aquarina.
“Oooh?!”
“I missed you, Sylphy!”
“I missed you too, Aquarina…”
The two girls hugged one another, as Aquarina kissed Sylphy’s face, and Sylphy kissed her back.
Eventually, while being carried like a princess, Aquarina kissed her lips.
They let their kisses and hugs talk for them.
Even if this wasn’t real life, even if it was just a dream, it felt real to them.
And for now, they were fine with that…
“Mooch! I love you!”
Sylphy was so happy, she started crying as well, kissing Aquarina’s lips happily, while she was carried adorably by Aquarina.
“I love you too… I love you so much! It feels like the longer we are separated, the more I loved you!”
“Heheh… It’s the same for me… I missed your kisses, and your hugs… and your cute face.”
“C-Cute…? Don’t I look a bit roughed up or something?”
“Huh? Y-You certainly look bigger… but that doesn’t really matter, right? You’re my cute Aquarina, hehe!”
“Sylphy… you’re the cute here!”
Aquarina kept kissing her lips, which were so soft and small, she couldn’t stop.
Until finally, after they rolled over the grass kissing passionately for a good ten minutes…
“Haah… Haah…”
“Hmm… Phew…”
The two ended up resting over the grass, Sylphy above Aquaria’s body.
“It might be just a dream, but we let out a lot of steam, didn’t we? Heheh…”
“Y-Yeah… Sorry, I couldn’t control myself… It might be even worse when we met again for real…”
“Hahah! I don’t mind it! I’m so happy this worked!”
Sylphy hugged Aquarina happily, rubbing her face over her big chest, feeling like taking a nap right there with her beloved.
But she couldn’t waste the precious time she had with her in this dream, as she didn’t know if her Spirits would have the energy to do this again in a while, as it required a large quantity of Soul Essence.
“So how has everything been over there, Aquarina?”
“A lot has happened… It has sure been a wild ride, even now, tomorrow… we’ll have to go and fight something really strong. I’m… a bit worried.”
“Huh?”
