Chapter 1874: Visiting The Dungeon

I mean, it’s not like it matters that much now, right? I have lived longer in this world than in the other, and I am enjoying this life thoroughly while always hoping for the best for the family I left behind in that world.
“Well, I’m glad things got resolved just fine… I got a little worried, but maybe I shouldn’t have,” Aquarina smiled. “Anyway, is that the city? Wow, it’s huge. It’s no longer just a village, huh? It has a lot more houses than I remember… a bigger wall and… many other buildings, and a giant tree! Wait, is that you, Yggdra? How?”
“Yes, it’s me!” Yggdra nodded. “It is a tree I planted there, an extension of my own body and soul. I can do something similar to little Red over there.”
“That’s pretty interesting,” Aquarina smiled. “Let’s go see it then! Can’t wait!”
She ran through the grasslands, and I quickly followed her from behind. The rest of our familiars came along as well, although some were slower and mostly playing around. But I left them on their own, since I can simply summon them to my side if I get worried about where they may be.
We looked at the Village of Eden from afar—or rather, the City of Eden. It had indeed gone through expansions over the last year, becoming three times as large as it was before the invasion of the Evil God of Dungeons.
It now has several hundred more houses, new facilities, traits, and improved stats. However, it had yet to level up to Level 4, though I was very close to it…

Yeah, quite a lot of things have happened, but overall, it’s just more houses and a few tasks finally getting done, while new ones are midway through. I also obtained more Civilization Items in the Vault.
I haven’t tried to summon any more Special Units after what happened. I simply didn’t want to bring someone here just to make them suffer. Selene and Ivy told me they would appreciate having more people like them, but even now I’m still debating it.
The population skyrocketed after I increased the production of better and more nutritious food, especially the kind infused with spiritual energy. Arboren appear faster from such farms, or sometimes they’re born from seeds planted in gardens by adults. Couples can form by pollinating each other’s flowers, producing a fruit that they plant in the soil. Sometimes a normal plant grows, other times the plant sprouts little legs and arms and learns to speak.
As for Robotians, their tree has been producing more “Crystal Fruits,” which they use as the cores of their bodies. Whenever a new one appears, they quickly build a body and place the core inside, giving “birth” to a new Robotian.
Because of the high concentrations of Mana, Spirit Energy, and now Divine Power, that tree produces one fruit almost every week. They always get a new Robotian… I fear we may face overpopulation eventually, so I plan to tell them not to turn every fruit into a new Robotian. Perhaps I could isolate the tree so it doesn’t produce them endlessly and so quickly.
Robotians have much longer lifespans than Arboren. They last for hundreds of years before their core slowly shatters and they die. The core is then fed back to their crystal tree, which later creates another core, continuing an endless cycle.
“Here we are. Oh right! I almost forgot there was a floating island up there,” Aquarina looked into the skies. “Right! My mom made this one, didn’t she?”
“Yeah,” I nodded. “She helped a lot back then. We could go there later; the Robotians are always welcoming and kind to us.”
“That’s nice~!” Aquarina nodded. “Let’s go see the plant people first! Ah right, what about that Saintess, Selene was her name?”
“Oh yes, she’s around the plaza. Let’s go see her,” I nodded, as we moved toward the gate.
“Halt! Who goes there?!”
A resounding voice echoed through the walls as a group of armed soldiers appeared. Three of them were larger, bulkier Robotians riding golems of their own creation. The other four were Arboren carrying Spirit Weapons and Magic Armor. They were all Apple Treant Guardian Harvest Familiars from the very first batches I summoned and left here.
