Chapter 1934: The Power Of Zephyrus Naturia Bravo
—–
All Beast Auras converged into my body.
This was the first time I had tried it, so the sensation felt new to me as well.
Yet at the same time, deep confidence surged through me—I knew it would work.
BOOOM!
A massive explosion of five radiant colors erupted, halting my brother in his tracks as raw energy detonated within me.
My red scales turned crystalline, gleaming with chromatic light.
The skin between them deepened to a rich metallic gold, while my long hair transformed into blazing chromatic flames laced with spiritual starlight.
My horns stretched impossibly long, forming a majestic crown around my head.
And then… two additional pairs of rainbow-colored eyes opened above my own.
“W-Wha…! What is this?! Sylphy?!” My father stared in shock.
“Incredible…” my mother gasped.
“This girl… has she caught up with us now?” Nepheline could barely believe it.
“That… that’s definitely… no… is it? I… can’t tell…” Shade stammered.
“Sylphy, what is that?!” Aquarina screamed.
“Eeeeh?!” Mist shrieked.
“A-Ah…” Celeste stood speechless.
“Oh fuck…” Ruby swallowed hard, nerves tightening.
“What is that pressure?! It’s as if her power suddenly multiplied by five! Hahaha!” Lara laughed wildly.
“Master…” Nephilim smiled softly.
“Go go go, Zephyrus!” Celica cheered him on.
“Hoh… You’ve begun to tap into an even greater power now, dear disciple. Let’s see if that works or not…” Master Felicia murmured.
I looked down at Zephyrus from above. I had decided to rely solely on my innate abilities, techniques, and Auras in this battle.
Calling on my spirits to fight for me would feel like cheating, this was a true one-on-one duel. My brother hadn’t summoned the phoenix either; he was only channeling its power.
Just like me. All my spirits and familiars were currently pouring their strength into my Body, Soul, and Aura.
I gripped my Soul Weapon and fused it swiftly with Ruby.
FLAAASH!
The sword tripled in length, becoming a blade of golden divine holy light fused with dark abyssal demonic void. It radiated both blinding light and suffocating darkness, warping the space around its edge.
“Zephyrus! This is my all! Can you take this? Can you?!”
Endless Mana surged from every inch of my body. A blazing sunlight halo crowned my head, rings of divine thunder encircled my arms and legs, and a rotating star of destruction spun relentlessly around me.
I had attained a truly divine form, a perfect fusion of every power within me, and a little more.
“I will try!”
My brother nodded, power surging through him. The Golden Phoenix merged completely, transforming him into a half-phoenix warrior.
His red hair lengthened and shifted to golden blonde streaked with crimson. His eyes blazed with golden fire, and his armor wrapped around him like shimmering golden and red feathers.
At the same time, I sensed he was still holding something back.
“You’re not going to use That, are you?”
“…”
“Use it.”
“But big sister, it’s…”
“I don’t care. Use it!”
“…”
He sighed, bowed his head, and nodded.
RUMBLE!
A sinister force erupted. I heard the agonized screams of thousands of living beings as my brother unleashed the untapped horror within him.
Endless darkness. Endless blood. Endless destruction.
This was the “Entity” dwelling in his Soul.
No one could fully explain what it was, a monstrously powerful Demonic Spirit born alongside him, confirmed after countless checks to be an inseparable part of his soul.
An “Innate Talent” like my own Endless Mana, defying easy explanation.
This vile demonic power tamed itself, coiling around my brother’s body and splitting his form in two.
Half turned clear brown-skinned, his red-and-golden hair shifting to black and crimson. One eye glowed with fierce crimson light.
The armor darkened to black and red, echoing with metallic roars shaped like dozens of demonic beings—each with six arms—snarling in fury.
His rapier had become a great lance of intertwined darkness and light, mirroring mine.
“Now we’re talking! Show me, Zephyrus! Show me what you’ve got! Show your big sister that you’ve grown up!”
“I will!”
RUMBLE!
The skies split apart. Clouds parted the instant he reached me. His demonic lance, brimming with unprecedented power, clashed against my transformed blade fused with my Soul Weapon.
BOOOMMM!!!
The impact unleashed a colossal explosion across the heavens. Space itself twisted for a fleeting moment as I locked eyes with my brother amid the dark clouds of ash.
“Brother, you make me proud!”
“I have to say the same, big sister! You’re the best!”
We both smiled.
Despite our differences, we were family.
We had inherited our father’s burning love for battle, a trait most likely born from the Bravo Clan, those legendary red-headed mercenaries of unmatched strength who had served nobility for generations.
Ordinary humans who forged an enduring bloodline through their relentless pursuit of power, a clan of redheads with fierce affinity for swords and fire.
This was the Bravo Clan.
A lineage that eventually produced one of humanity’s greatest heroes: my father.
Thus.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
We clashed, swearing upon our clan’s name to honor our ancestors in this deadly dance of life and death, our flames and blades colliding with unrelenting fury.
The skies burned red.
My brother’s Aura exploded outward, golden flames and demonic blood shadows merging into chaotic force. In a split second, he closed the distance.
He thrust to pierce my chest.
I intercepted, swinging my blade in a devastating arc that cracked his lance and shattered it into fragments with one blow.
Then.
It happened.
“Dark Demon Style.”
“The First Form!”
“Shadow Wrath!”
My brother unleashed a hidden technique—a trump card he had saved.
He struck from below with ferocious power, slamming into my chin and hurling me upward with tremendous force.
BOOOM!
But it didn’t stop there. Dozens of explosions detonated across my body, each delayed just enough to chain together from a single devastating hit.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
In the end, I was flung wildly, erupting over and over.
It was incredibly amusing.
But I wasn’t defeated.
Not that easily, little brother.
RUMBLE!
I unleashed my full strength. My divine aura tore apart the demonic curse embedded by that strike.
My brother appeared at my back.
Then above.
Then left and right.
He had somehow divided into four versions of himself, even with only one body.
Nonsensical, I know.
But this was my own technique—he had copied it.
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
I countered all four by dividing my own body into four copies of spiritual light.
“Hey, that’s my Afterimage Technique.”
“I’ve made it my own, big sister!”
He offered no further explanation; manifesting dozens of spears forged from his black and golden metals and launching them at me.
I swung my blade. A vast sea of rainbow spiritual energy and mana-disrupting flames erupted, surging forward to engulf them.
For a moment, the entire sky turned chromatic.
BOOOMMM!!!
A titanic explosion swallowed Zephyrus in an instant, washing him in immense essence and sword energy.
Then.
I reached him. He defended with his spears, but I intercepted swiftly with my sword of light and darkness.
