When I was back from the divine realm, I had a complicated look on my face.

Even without coming out of the main chapel, I could already guess who would be waiting outside for me to come out.

And when I came out, I found them all standing there waiting for me.

“Holy son, what did you learn?”

I looked at the popes that were standing in front of me with a strange look on my face.

After all, these were popes that should have been the head of their individual religions.

But now they were in front of me acting like this…

The popes were surprised to hear this, but they didn’t waste any time in calling for the saintess.

I looked at her for a bit without saying anything before finally saying, “This isn’t the place to talk about this. Let’s go find a more private place to discuss this.”

The saintess looked surprised again before giving a nod and started leading the way.

But before we left, I turned to look at the popes who weren’t following. The way that they looked at me was as if they were giving their agreement for whatever was happening to happen.

Even though the one that this was happening to was the saintess of the Holy Empire.

However, it wasn’t as if this was my intention.

“What are you all doing? Come on, let’s go and have a talk.” I saId with a sigh.

They looked surprised and confused at first, but then they followed behind me with a serious look on their faces.

It didn’t take long for the saintess to bring us to a secret room in the main church of the Holy Empire. This was a place that was very obviously set up for a secret meeting between the top members of the Holy Empire.

Normally, this wasn’t a place that I should be able to enter.

But now I was the one that had been put at the head of the table.

When they pushed me to this seat, there really wasn’t anything that I could do about it.

After sitting down, I took a while before saying with a sigh, “What I’m about to tell you will be a bit hard to hear, but I hope that you will keep an open mind.”

The popes and the saintess were surprised once more, but it didn’t take them long to give a serious nod.

“Let’s talk about demigods.”

“Demigods?” The pope of the Solista Religion suddenly cut me off when I said this.

I raised a brow to look at him, but he bowed his head when he saw me looking at him as if he was apologizing for cutting me off. I just waved my hand to show that it was fine before looking at him for him to continue saying what he wanted to say.

“It’s just that we already know about demigods.”

I was a bit surprised at first, but then I realized that it wasn’t that strange.

This was an empire that was dedicated to worshipping the gods, so it would have been strange if they didn’t actually know about demigods.

In that case, that made things easier for me to explain.

The popes and saintess looked like they had already guessed this as they nodded in agreement.

But after I said this, the way that they looked at me changed as well.

With a sigh, I said, “It could be said that I have the same powers as a demigod.”

Hearing that I admitted this, the eyes of the popes and the saintess lit up immediately.

They weren’t surprised as I had expected, they had already most likely guessed this since they had seen me fighting against Famine of the Four Omens. If the Four Omens were equal to demigods, then that meant that I had to be a demigod to even fight them.

It was clear that there were many questions that were on their minds with the way that they looked at me, but I didn’t give them a chance to ask any of this.

I just told them a few more things about what Solista had told me about the God of Destruction.

“Then the seal really is breaking faster? Is there something that is causing it?”

I shook my head to show that I didn’t know.

If Solista didn’t want to tell me this, there really wasn’t anything that I could tell them.

The popes and the saintess all had heavy looks on their faces after they heard this.

At the same time, it seemed like they were a bit lost as they didn’t know what to do now.

When they were lost like this, they turned to look at me as if they were asking me for guidance.

But it wasn’t as if I had much guidance for them since I had no idea how to find the God of Destruction either.

Instead of giving them empty promises, I turned to look at the saintess who was surprised by the fact that I looked at her like this.

After a moment of silence, I suddenly said, “Follow me from now on.”
