I just simply pulled out a few ice needles that I tossed into the air around us.

The moment that these ice needles were thrown out, they suddenly shattered apart and formed a freezing mist in the air. This freezing mist spread out around us and soon created an area of coldness that restored the temperature.

When the magicians of the Sorcery Empire saw these ice needles that I tossed out, they couldn’t help revealing strange looks on their faces.

That was because they recognized these ice needles with a single glance and knew exactly what they were.

Though before going forward, I did bring out a few more of the ice needles to create another layer of the mist around us. If I didn’t do this, then it would have been harder for us later on.
