Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure - Chapter 1720: Spirit lesson

Chapter 1720: Spirit lesson
After coming back from the picnic, I didn’t head off once more.
It was simply because the places that the two other Spirit Kings were in weren’t in the Kite Kingdom.
They were in other countries, which made it hard for me to go find them without attracting any attention.
Right now, I was quite the famous person and anything that I did would attract attention from other people. So it was hard for me to move around without causing a commotion.
The moment that a commotion was caused, it would be even harder for me to sneak into the dungeon that I wanted to go to.
If I were to trigger the contract with the Spirit King, then there would be even more signs that something was happening.
It was only different since it was Undine that I had contracted.
Since she was the Water Spirit King, that meant that the signs were all under the lake and didn’t show themselves to others. That was how I had been able to hide the fact that I had made the contract with Undine.
So while I couldn’t go to the other countries, I had to find another way to pass my time.
That was why I was currently taking lessons with my three daughters.
The ones that were teaching us were the Fire Spirit King Ifrit and the Water Spirit King Undine.
As for what they were teaching us…
“Spirits have the ability to affect the elemental energy in the air around us since they are formed from that elemental energy. The more elemental energy that they possess, the stronger that they are.”
Ifrit suddenly added, “As the Spirit Kings, naturally we are the most powerful spirits when it comes to our perspective elements.”
He even puffed out his chest as if he was showing off.
When my daughters saw this, they clapped for him with smiles on their faces which made Ifrit look even more proud.
I had to admit that I was surprised how the relationship between them had developed.
When my daughters first met these two Spirit Kings, they certainly did not get along.
After all, the two Spirit Kings had restrained the spirits that they had been playing with which made my daughters unhappy.
But in the end, they were able to hit it off because of a few tricks.
Even if they were mature for their age, my daughters were still children and they were quite easily convinced. That was how Ifrit and Undine were able to easily win them to their side and become friends with them.
Well, it was a bit more than friends.
“If anyone even touches a single hair on their heads, I will personally end their lives.”
This was something that Ifrit had suddenly declared one night after one of our lessons.
Though Undine didn’t say anything, I could tell from the way that she acted that she felt the same.
It was rare for the two of them to actually agree on something, but they definitely cherished my daughters.
Still, it wasn’t as if this was a bad thing.
With even Spirit Kings watching over them, was there anyone that could still harm them?
Of course, I would be the final line of defense as I would never let anything happen to them.
Though it certainly was surprising how easily my daughters had been able to win over these two Spirit Kings…It almost seemed like it was too easy…
The three of them had this kind of attraction to spirits that just wasn’t normal…
It seemed like it was something that they got from me since I had an affinity for spirits as well.
Though it certainly didn’t seem to be on the same level as them.
While we were taking this lesson, I had actually learned quite a bit about spirits that I didn’t know previously.
I had come from a world where this world was nothing more than a game, so it wasn’t as if there was much that I actually knew about spirits. The things that I did know were all from the game mechanics, but they didn’t actually explain the things that spirits could do.
Now that I was in this world and had an understanding of how these powers worked, I was able to understand more about the way that spirits used their power.
With these ideas, I started coming up with more ideas on how I could use the power of the spirits.
Of course, these were ideas that incorporated ideas from my past life as well.
It was only because of these ideas from my past life that I was able to come up with these ideas.
After the class, I would try to test out a few more of these ideas.
I had already tested a few of them, but there were only a few that worked and a few that had ended in disaster.
It wasn’t that they were completely unusable, it was just that they had to be fine tuned before they could be used.
Perhaps I should have paid more attention in class in my past life.
“Is class really over?” My daughters seemed disappointed when it was the end of class, but I needed to take Ifrit and Undine away to test out some of those new ideas before I forgot them.
To my surprise though, it seemed like Ifrit and Undine didn’t want to separate from them either.
As I was about to say something, there were panicked voices that came from outside.
“It’s coming! It’s coming!”
That was what I heard, but I had no idea what was happening.
With knitted brows, I said to my daughters, “Stay here and let me see what’s happening.”
When I came out, I found that there were maids of the castle that were running all over the place.
I wanted to grab one, but I also didn’t want to get in their way since they seemed like they were all busy with something.
It was only after a royal guard came to report that I learned what had happened.
